The production method of the fully spandex weft-knitted cloth in the present application revolutionalized the use of raw materials in the weaving production distinguished from traditional practice and inventively applied spandex filaments. No matter whether it is the weft-knitting weaving production, or the textile materials and clothing capability aspects, the present application is an important and novel break-through. The production method in the present application applies specialized weaving method, and a fully spandex cloth can be weaved out using a double sided knitting machine (including rib knitting machine). Since the spandex with melting and shaping properties is applied for weaving, the cloth obtained can possess greater flexibility and firmness, allowing it to achieve a fitting effect incomparable by other products and can solve the inflexible characteristic of general cotton and fiber cloths due to weaving too densely which would result in loosening and finally causing flabbiness of the cloth surface incapable of achieving firmness. Since the fully spandex weft-knitted cloth in the present application possesses the capability of high gripping parameter, it can fit comfortably on the surface of skin and prevent the situation of relocation or fall off of the clothing due to motion of the wearer. Hence, it can be applied to lingerie lining, underwear border, clothing or pant border during weaving of cloths and can be used as a type of cloth when large flexibility is required and which effect cannot be achieved using fiber and cotton.
