Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to underskirt pants, and more particularly, to functional underskirt pants having a structure that does not curl up when wearing, implements a firm joint between a pants part and a skirt part, prevents a Y-zone from being exposed to the outside, and may compress the abdomen while covering the abdomen.

BACKGROUND ART

In general, underpants are single-layered pants worn under pants or skirts, like underwear. In particular, while a user moves with wearing short pants or skirts, there is a function to prevent underwear from being exposed between the pants or skirts. In addition, the underpants are worn to correct a woman's body or for convenience in activities.

It is preferable that the underpants give the same adhesion as underwear by using single-layered thin fabric, and when pants or skirts are worn, it is good to prevent the underpants from showing up on the surface of the pants or skirts.

In conventional underpants, after the fabric is cut into several pieces to suit a body shape, the stitching is omitted at a part to which each piece is joined, or a part to be stitched is joined by heat bonding treatment, or subjected to a process of compressing by compression pressing. When these underpants are worn, there is a disadvantage that the joint portion is easily separated or rolled during moving or the bonded joint portion is not smooth. In addition, in order to compensate for the disadvantage, an end portion to be joined in a product is sewn with one stitch to prevent the joint portion from being easily separated, but this also has a problem that a sewing line protrudes and shows up when the underpants are worn.

As a prior art related to the present invention, in Patent Document 1, there is disclosed underpants comprising an underpants part formed by connecting a front plate of the underpants and a rear plate of the underpants through a bottom connection plate, and a correction part located above the underpants part, wherein the correction part is formed by connecting a front plate of the correction part and a rear plate of the correction part and includes a front elastic member attached to the front plate of the correction part and a rear elastic member attached to the rear plate of the correction part, the length of the front plate of the underpants is greater than that of the rear plate of the underpants, and the underpants part includes a rear elastic member attached to the inner side of the rear plate of the underpants part.

Technical Problem

To solve the problems, an object of the present invention is to maintain excellent adhesion even after washing and to minimize a deviation between products according to a material during ultrasonic striking by treating a joint portion flatly and smoothly so as not to show up and applying the ultrasonic striking to a plurality of joint portions.

Further, another object of the present invention is to integrally combine a skirt with the underpants to prevent a Y-zone from showing on the underpants, and to compress the abdomen while covering the abdomen by extending a high waist portion above the underpants.

Technical Solution

In order to achieve the objects, the present invention provides functional underskirt pants that are worn under the skirt or pants comprising: a front pants part which is formed from the belly under the chest to two thighs while covering the lower belly and the pelvis and has a first joint portion in which an upper end portion is wound inwardly and joined and second joint portions in which both sides of a lower end portion are wound inwardly and joined; a rear pants part which is formed from the back to two thighs while covering the hips and the pelvis and has a third joint portion in which an upper end portion is wound inwardly and joined, fourth joint portions in which both sides of a lower end portion are wound inwardly and joined, fifth joining portions in which both side end portions of the front pants part and the rear pants part are overlapped and joined, respectively, and sixth joint portions in which crotch portions of the front pants part and the rear pants part are overlapped and joined, respectively; and a skirt part which is integrally provided with the front side of the front pants part and has a seventh joint portion in which an upper end portion is joined to a central surface of the front pants part, an eighth joint portion in which a lower end portion is wound inwardly and joined, and ninth joint portions in which both side end portions are joined to edge portions of both side end portions of the rear pants part.

The first joint portion to the ninth joint portions may be joined with an adhesive member, and further comprise a plurality of ultrasonic joint portions joined to the joint portions with ultrasonic waves using an ultrasonic striking machine.

A sanitary pad part may be joined on an inner side of the crotch portion.

The front pants part and the rear pants part may be made of a material in which an upper portion from a central portion has greater elasticity than a lower portion.

Advantageous Effects

According to the present invention, the underskirt pants are simplified into three components of a front pants part, a rear pants part, and a skirt part, a sewing stitching or compressing method is avoided on each joint portion so that the feeling of touching a body surface is soft and does not show up in appearance, a Y-zone is not formed outside by the skirt part, a high waist portion is extended from the underpants to cover and compress the abdomen so as to make the waist line look smooth, and the joint portion is not easily separated even after frequent washing. Therefore, the present invention has an advantage of improving convenience and reliability of wearing the underskirt pants.

MODES FOR THE INVENTION

Hereinafter, an embodiment of functional underskirt pants according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

In FIGS. 1 to 3, functional underskirt pants 1 of the present invention is to be worn in a skirt or pants, compress the abdomen of a wearer, and prevent a Y-zone from showing when the skirt is worn. The underskirt pants 1 are formed by integrally combining a skirt for preventing the Y-zone on a front surface of high waist-type pants. The pants are divided into a front pants part 10 and a rear pants part 20.

The front pants part 10 is a high waist type, and has a structure formed from the belly under the chest to two thighs while covering the lower belly and the pelvis. An upper end portion of the front pants part 10 is provided with a first joint portion 11 that is wound inwardly and joined. At this time, the first joint portion 11 is joined by applying an adhesive or the like to the portion wound inward and joined. In addition, second joint portions 12 are provided to be wound inwardly and joined to both sides of a lower end portion of the pants front portion 10, that is, portions into which the legs are inserted, respectively. The second joint portions 12 are joined by applying an adhesive or the like to the portions wound inwardly and joined.

The rear pants part 20 is a high waist type, and has a structure formed from the back to two thighs while covering the hips and the pelvis. The rear pants part 20 is integrally combined with the front pants part 10 to have a three-dimensional shape like pants. An upper end portion of the rear pants part 20 is provided with a third joint portion 21 that is wound inwardly and joined. At this time, the third joint portion 21 is joined by applying an adhesive or the like to the portion wound inwardly and joined. In addition, fourth joint portions 22 are provided to be wound inwardly and joined to both sides of a lower end portion of the pants rear portion 20, that is, portions into which the legs are inserted, respectively. The fourth joint portions 22 are joined by applying an adhesive or the like to the portions wound inwardly and joined.

In addition, fifth joining portions 23 are provided to which both side end portions of the front pants part 10 and the rear pants part 20 are overlapped and joined. The fifth joining portions 23 are integrally joined by applying an adhesive or the like to both side end portions of the front pants part 10 and the rear pants part 20, that is, portions joined to edge portions facing each other. In addition, sixth joint portions 24 are provided in which both end portions are overlapped and joined between the crotch portions 13 of the front pants part 10 and the rear pants part 20, that is, portions into which legs are inserted, respectively. The sixth joint portions 24 are integrally joined by applying an adhesive or the like to portions facing the edge portions of the crotch portions formed between the front pants part 10 and the rear pants part 20.

The skirt part 30 is provided integrally with the front side of the front pants part 10. The skirt part 30 is provided with a seventh joint portion 31 to which an upper end portion is joined to a central surface of the front pants part 10. The seventh joint portion 31 is integrally joined along the center of the front pants part 10 by applying an adhesive or the like to the edge portion corresponding to the upper end portion of the skirt part 30. In addition, a lower end portion of the skirt part 30 is provided with an eighth joint portion 32 wound inwardly and joined. The eighth joint portion 32 is joined by applying an adhesive or the like to the portion wound inwardly and joined. Further, both side end portions of the skirt part 30 are provided with ninth joint portions 33 for joining edge portions of both side end portions of the rear pants part 20. The ninth joint portions 33 are joined to the edge portions of the rear pants part 20 by applying an adhesive or the like to the edge portions corresponding to the both side end portions of the skirt part 30.

Meanwhile, in FIG. 4, after each of the first joint portion 11 to the ninth joint portion 33 is joined with an adhesive or the like, a plurality of ultrasonic joint portions 50 are provided in each joint portion by ultrasonic waves using an ultrasonic striking machine. The ultrasonic joint portion 50 is preferably formed in a portion where each joint portion is overlapped and joined again, but may also be formed at a predetermined interval in each joint portion.

In addition, in FIG. 5, a sanitary pad part 40 is joined to an inner side of the crotch portion, that is, an inner side of the lower end portion of the rear pants part 20. The sanitary pad part 40 may absorb or block secretions discharged from the physiological organs of the human body.

A joint width of the first joint portion 11 of the front pants part 10 and the third joint portion 21 of the rear pants part 20 is preferably larger than the joint width of other joint portions. Further, a pressing member made of an elastic material may be inserted into the first joint portion 11 of the front pants part 10 and the third joint portion 21 of the rear pants part 20. In addition, in the front pants part 10 and the rear pants part 20, the upper portion corresponding to the high waist is made of a material having greater elasticity than the lower portion of the pants to press the abdomen, thereby covering extra flab.

In the functional underskirt pants 1 of the present invention configured as described above, the fifth joint portion 23 is formed by joining the front pants part 10 of which the first joint portion 11 and the second joint portion 12 are joined to an upper end and a lower end, respectively, and the rear pants part 20 of which the third joint portion 21 and the fourth joint portion 22 are joined to an upper end and a lower end, respectively, after overlapping both side end portions. In addition, a sixth joint portion 24 is formed to be joined even between the crotch portions 13 of the front pants part 10 and the rear pants part 20 in an overlapped state.

When the front pants part 10 and the rear pants part 20 are joined by the first joint portion 11 to the sixth joint portion 24 to produce high waist-type pants, the skirt part 30 is joined and integrated with the front surface of the pants. That is, the upper end portion of the skirt part 30 is joined to the approximately central portion of the front pants part 10 with the seventh joint portion 31. At this time, the lower end portion of the skirt part 30 is joined with the eighth joint portion 32. In addition, both side end portions of the skirt part 30 are joined to the edge portions of the rear pants part 20 with the ninth joint portions 33.

Accordingly, in FIG. 6, the functional underskirt pants 1 of the present invention has an advantage of preventing the Y-zone from being exposed outside by the skirt part combined to the front surface of the pants part and improving the fit and restoring a smooth waistline by extending the high waist part 2 above the pants part to compress the abdomen of the wearer.

While the present invention has been illustrated and described with respect to the specific embodiments thereof, it will be easily known by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
