Claims
- 1. A galvano mirror unit comprising:
a galvano mirror; a rotor to which said galvano mirror is mounted; a stator that rotatably supports said rotor about a rotation axis; a pair of center pins provided to one of said rotor and said stator; and a pair of receive members provided to the other of said rotor and said stator, said receive members respectively receiving said center pins; wherein said rotor is pivoted by the engagement of said center pin and said receive member.
- 2. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 1, further comprising:
a pair of driving coils provided to one of said rotor and said stator; and a pair of driving magnets provided to the other of said rotor and said stator.
- 3. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 1, said center pins having curved projections, and
said receive members having conical surfaces, wherein said conical surfaces of said receive members respectively contact said curved projections of said center pins.
- 4. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 3, wherein said center pins have conical protrusions, said conical protrusions having rounded apexes.
- 5. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 3, wherein a apex angle of said conical surface is set to 80 to 115 degree.
- 6. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 1, wherein said center pins are provided to said stator, while said two receive members are provided to said rotor.
- 7. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 1, said receive members is made of a material of low coefficient of friction.
- 8. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 1, said receive member is made of one of ruby and sapphire.
- 9. A galvano mirror unit comprising:
a galvano mirror; a rotor to which said galvano mirror is mounted; a stator that rotatably supports said rotor about a rotation axis; at least one center pin provided to one of said rotor and said stator, said center pin having a curved projection; and at least one receive member provided to the other of said rotor and said stator, said receive member having a conical surface which receives said center pin, wherein said curved projection of said center pin contacts said conical surface of said receive member, so that said receive member receives said center pin, thereby to pivot said rotor.
- 10. A galvano mirror unit comprising:
a galvano mirror; a rotor to which said galvano mirror is mounted; a stator that rotatably supports said rotor about a rotation axis; first and second center pins provided to said stator; first and second receive members provided to said rotor, which respectively receive said first and second center pins; and a biasing member provided to said stator, which biases said first center pin to said first receive member, thereby to eliminate backlash between said first center pin and said first receive member and between said second center pin and said second receive member.
- 11. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 10, said biasing member comprising a plate spring.
- 12. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 11, wherein said first center pin and said plate spring are mechanically coupled with each other, thereby to prevent the deviation of the inclination of said first center pin.
- 13. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 12, said plate spring having an engaging hole, and
said first center pin having a protrusion that fits into said engaging hole.
- 14. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 12, wherein said first center pin and said plate spring are adhered with each other.
- 15. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 10, said biasing member comprising a plurality of plate springs,
said plurality of plate springs being arranged in the direction of said rotation axis.
- 16. A galvano mirror unit comprising:
a galvano mirror; a rotor to which said galvano mirror is mounted; a stator that rotatably supports said rotor about a rotation axis; first and second center pins provided to said stator, said first center pin being provided in a hole of said stator so that said first center pin is movable in the direction of said rotation axis; first and second receive members provided to said rotor, said first and second receive members respectively receiving said first and second center pins; and an offset member provided to said stator, said offset member urging said first center pin so that said center pin is inclined in a predetermined direction in said hole.
- 17. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 16, said offset member comprising a plate spring that contacts a periphery of said center pin.
- 18. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 17, wherein said plate spring further biases said first center pin to said first receive member.
- 19. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 17, said plate spring comprising a flat plate with a bent portion, and said bent portion contacting said center pin.
- 20. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 18, wherein said center pin has a contact surface that is in contact with said plate spring,
said contact surface being inclined with respect to an axis of said center pin.
- 21. A galvano mirror unit comprising:
a galvano mirror; a rotor to which said galvano mirror is mounted; a stator that rotatably supports said rotor about a rotation axis; first and second center pins provided to said stator; first and second receive members provided to said rotor, said first and second receive members respectively receiving said first and second center pins; and a plate spring provided to said stator, which biases said first center pin to said first receive member, wherein said first center pin is fixed to said plate spring.
- 22. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 21, wherein said first center pin is unitarily formed with said plate spring.
- 23. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 22, said center pin having a dome-shaped head,
wherein said dome-shaped head of said center pin contacts said first receive member.
- 24. A galvano mirror unit comprising:
a galvano mirror; a rotor to which said galvano mirror is mounted; a stator that rotatably supports said rotor about a rotation axis; first center pin provided to said rotor; second center pin provided to said stator; first receive member provided to said stator; second receive member provided to said rotor, said first and second receive members having conical surfaces respectively receiving said first and second center pins; and a plate spring provided to said stator, which biases said first receive member to said first center pin, wherein said receive member is fixed to said plate spring.
- 25. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 24, wherein said first receive member is unitarily formed with said plate spring.
- 26. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 25, wherein said first receive member is a depression formed on said plate spring.
- 27. A galvano mirror unit comprising:
a galvano mirror; a rotor to which said galvano mirror is mounted; a stator that rotatably supports said rotor about a rotation axis; first and second center pins provided to said rotor; and first and second receive members provided to said stator, said first and second receive members respectively receiving said first and second center pins.
- 28. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 27, further comprising a biasing member provided to said stator, said biasing member biasing said first receive member to said first center pin.
- 29. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 28, said biasing member comprising a plate spring,
wherein said first receive member is fixed to said plate spring.
- 30. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 27, said first and second center pins having curved protrusions,
said first and second receive members having conical surfaces, wherein said curved protrusion of said center pins contacts said conical surfaces of said receive members.
- 31. A galvano mirror unit comprising:
a galvano mirror; a rotor to which said galvano mirror is mounted; a stator that rotatably supports said rotor about a rotation axis; a pair of center pins provided to one of said rotor and said stator; a pair of receive members provided to the other of said rotor and said stator, said receive members respectively receiving said center pins; and a pair of driving magnets provided at opposing ends of said rotor; and a pair of driving coils provided to said stator, said coils being faced with said magnet members respectively.
- 32. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 31, wherein each of said driving magnets includes sections of N-pole and S-pole.
- 33. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 31, wherein said center pins are provided to said rotor, while said receive members are provided to said stator.
- 34. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 31, wherein said center pins are provided to said stator, while said receive members are provided to said rotor.
- 35. A galvano mirror unit comprising:
a galvano mirror; a rotor to which said galvano mirror is mounted; a stator that rotatably supports said rotor about a rotation axis; a pair of center pins provided to one of said rotor and said stator; a pair of receive members provided to the other of said rotor and said stator, said receive members respectively receiving said center pins; and first and second driving coils provided to said stator, wherein said rotor has first and second sides that are respectively faced with said first and second coils, said first and second sides being magnetized.
- 36. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 31, wherein each of first and second sides of said rotor includes sections of N-pole and S-pole.
- 37. A galvano mirror unit comprising:
a galvano mirror block having a mirror surface; a stator that rotatably supports said galvano mirror block about a rotation axis; first and second center pins provided to said stator; and first and second receive portions provided to said galvano mirror block, said first and second receive portions respectively receiving said first and second center pins.
- 38. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 37, further comprising:
a pair of coils provided to opposing sides of said galvano mirror block; and a pair of magnets provided to said stator, said magnets being respectively faced with said coils.
- 39. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 37, further comprising:
a pair of magnets provided to opposing sides of said galvano mirror block; and a pair of coils provided to said stator, said magnets being respectively faced with said coils.
- 40. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 37, said center pins having curved projections,
said receive portions having conical surfaces, wherein said curved projections of said center pins respectively contact said conical surfaces of said receive portions.
- 41. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 37, wherein said receive portions include recesses formed on opposing ends of said galvano mirror block.
- 42. A galvano mirror unit comprising:
a galvano mirror; a rotor to which said galvano mirror is mounted; a stator that rotatably supports said rotor about a rotation axis; first and second center pins provided to said stator; first and second receive members provided to said rotor, said first and second receive members respectively receiving said first and second center pins; a biasing magnet provided to said stator so that said biasing magnet is located around said first center pin; and a magnetic chip provided to a predetermined portion of said first center pin, wherein, due to the magnetic force generated by said biasing magnet and said magnetic chip, said first center pin is biased to said first receive member.
- 43. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 43, said biasing magnet comprising a ring-shaped magnet.
- 44. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 42, wherein said biasing magnet is located between said magnetic chip and said first receive member in the direction of said rotation axis, and
wherein said biasing magnet attracts said magnetic chip thereby to bias said first center pin.
- 45. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 42, wherein said biasing magnet comprising two ring-shaped magnets disposed in the direction of said rotation axis.
- 46. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 45, wherein said magnetic chip is located between said two ring-shaped magnets in the direction of said rotation axis.
- 47. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 46, wherein said biasing magnet attracts one of said ring-shaped magnets and repulses the other of said ring-shaped magnets.
- 48. A galvano mirror unit comprising:
a galvano mirror; a rotor to which said galvano mirror is mounted; a stator that rotatably supports said rotor about a rotation axis; first and second center pins provided to said stator; first and second receive members provided to said rotor, said first and second receive members respectively receiving said first and second center pins; a biasing coil provided to said stator, said biasing coil being arranged to surround said first center pin; and a magnetic chip provided to a predetermined portion of said first center pin, wherein, by allowing current to flow in said biasing coil, said first center pin is biased to said first receive member.
- 49. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 48, wherein said biasing coil is located between said magnetic chip and said first receive member in the direction of said rotation axis.
- 50. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 49, wherein a biasing force can be adjusted by varying current flow in said biasing coil.
- 51. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 48, wherein said first center pin is made of non-magnetized material.
- 52. A galvano mirror unit comprising:
a galvano mirror; a rotor to which said galvano mirror is mounted; a stator that rotatably supports said rotor about a rotation axis; first and second center pins provided to said stator; first and second receive members provided to said rotor, said first and second receive members respectively receiving said first and second center pins; two biasing coils provided to said stator, said biasing coils being arranged to surround said first center pin; and a magnetic chip provided to a predetermined portion of said first center pin, wherein, by allowing current to flow in said biasing coils, said first center pin is biased to said first receive member.
- 53. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 52, wherein said magnetic chip is located between said two biasing coils.
- 54. A galvano mirror unit comprising:
a galvano mirror; a rotor to which said galvano mirror is mounted; a stator that rotatably supports said rotor about a rotation axis; first and second center pins provided to said stator, said first center pin being made of a magnetized member, said first center pin being provided in a hole of said stator so that said first center pin is movable in the direction of said rotation axis; first and second receive members provided to said rotor, said first and second receive members respectively receiving said first and second center pins; and an offset magnet provided to said stator, said offset magnet attracting said first center pin in a predetermined direction, thereby to prevent the deviation of the inclination of said first center pin in said hole.
- 55. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 54, said offset magnet comprising an arc-shaped magnet,
said arc-shaped magnet being faced with a side of said first center pin.
- 56. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 54, said offset magnet comprising first and second magnets,
wherein said first magnet is faced with a side of said first center pin, while said second magnet is faced with the other side of said first center pin.
- 57. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 56, wherein said first center pin includes two sections that can he divided by a plane including an axis of said first center pin, said two sections having different poles with each other.
- 58. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 54, each of said first and second magnets is arc-shaped.
- 59. A galvano mirror unit comprising:
a galvano mirror; a rotor to which said galvano mirror is mounted; a stator that rotatably supports said rotor about a rotation axis; first and second center pins provided to said stator; first and second receive members provided to said rotor, said first and second receive members respectively receiving said first and second center pins; and first positioning magnet provided to said rotor; second positioning magnet provided to said stator, each of said first and second positioning magnets including a portion of N-pole and a portion of S-pole, wherein a neutral position of said rotor is obtained by the attraction of said first and second positioning magnets.
- 60. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 59, said first positioning magnet comprising a ring-shaped magnet, said ring-shaped magnet surrounding said first center pin.
- 61. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 59, said second positioning magnet comprising a ring-shaped magnet, said ring-shaped magnet surrounding said first receive member.
- 62. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 59, said first and second positioning magnet are faced with each other.
- 63. A galvano mirror unit comprising:
a galvano mirror; a rotor to which said galvano mirror is mounted; a stator that rotatably supports said rotor about a rotation axis; first and second center pins provided to said rotor, said first center pin including a portion of N-pole and a portion of S-pole; first and second receive members provided to said stator, said first and second receive members respectively receiving said first and second center pins; and positioning magnet provided to said stator, said positioning magnet including a portion of N-pole and a portion of S-pole, wherein a neutral position of said rotor is obtained by the attraction of said first center pin and said positioning magnet.
- 64. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 63, said first center pin including two sections of N-pole and two sections of S-pole,
said positioning magnet including two sections of N-pole and two sections of S-pole.
- 65. The galvano mirror unit according to claim 63, said first center pin including four sections of N-pole and four sections of S-pole,
said positioning magnet including four sections of N-pole and four sections of S-pole.
