Information
Abstract
A gambler's purse designed to be a portable, key locked container into which a gambler can insert winnings. Once inserted, the winnings cannot be accessed without the use of the key, which would appropriately be stored somewhere away from the gambling. The gambler's purse may further comprise a coin purse and/or phone case on the exterior, multiple internal compartments so that some are accessible and others are not, and Battery backup.

DESCRIPTION
Field of the Invention

A gambler's purse is a storage container in the shape a purse or other geometric and decorative shape, intended to aid in protecting the winnings of a gambler by containing a locked compartment which the owner can only access with the use of a key.


BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

A big temptation to gamblers is the desire to spend the winning already accumulated in order to recoup losses or continue gambling. The gambler's purse is designed to prevent the gambler from risking the accumulated winnings, because the winnings can be inserted into a keyed lock enclosed space the gambler cannot access, if the gambler leaves the key to the lock securing the enclosed space elsewhere, say at home, in the hotel room, or out in the vehicle.


SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present disclosure reveals a gambler's purse which offers a gambler a key locked enclosed space into which the gambler can insert his or her winnings. The gambler's purse can be of a rigid formed construction such as plastic or in the form of a soft-sided purse. In either case, the gambler's purse can have a single or multiple compartments so that the user has access to some items while not having access to his or her winnings.


The gambler's purse may also comprise a coin purse and/or phone case on the exterior of the gambler's purse. Further, the gambler's purse may have a Battery backup to allow the user the ability to charge or recharge a phone.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present disclosure reveals a gambler's purse 1 for the purpose of saving winnings from gambling and preventing the user from being gambled.


The first embodiment 2 of the gambler's purse 1 comprises a top 3, a plurality of sides 4, a bottom 5, at least one slot 6, an opening 7, a keyed lock 8 and a strap 9. The plurality of sides 4 is defined as a least one side so as to encompass a circular shape to the sides. The gambler's purse 1 top 3, plurality of sides 4, and bottom 4 are made of a rigid material in order to retain the desired shape, said rigid material to include at least one of plastic, glass, and/or wood.


The top 3 being at least one of flat, domed, peaked, curved, and/or pointed. The top 3 further being connected to the plurality of sides 4 so that, along with the bottom 5, an enclosed space 10 is formed, so that there is an inside, the enclosed space 10, and an outside 11.


The strap 9 comprises a first end 12 and a second end 13, and wherein the first end 12 of the strap 9 being connected to at least one of the top 3 or the plurality of sides 4 and the second end 13 of the strap 9 being connected to at least one of the top 3 or the plurality of sides 4.


There is also at least one slot 6 in at least one of the top 3, plurality of sides 4, and/or bottom 5. There is the opening 7 with a hinged door 14 in at least one of the top 3, plurality of sides 4, and/or bottom 5 to allow access into the enclosed space 10 and the hinged door 14 is opened and closed with the use of the keyed lock 8.


The second embodiment 15 of the gambler's purse 1 comprises an upper opening 16, a plurality of sides 17, a bottom 18, at least one slot 19, a keyed lock 20, and a strap 21. The plurality of sides 17 is defined as at least one side so as to allow for a circular shaped gambler's purse 1. The gambler's purse 1 plurality of sides 17 and bottom 18 are made of a material, said material to include at least one of leather, plastic, vinyl, cotton, wool, pleather, nylon, and/or woven material. The gambler's purse 1 upper opening 16 is made of a material, said material to include at least one of metal, wood, leather, plastic, vinyl, cotton, wool, pleather, nylon, and/or woven material.


The upper opening 16 comprises a first edge 22 and a second edge 23 that can be separated apart from each other and is sealed by at least one of a flap 24 that that covers the upper opening, a zipper, or a clasp. The upper opening 16 further being connected to the plurality of sides 17 so that, along with the bottom 18, create an enclosed space 26, said enclosed space 26 is accessible through the upper opening 16 so that there is that there is an inside, the enclosed space 26, and an outside 27.


The strap 21 comprises a first end 28 and a second end 29, the first end 28 of the strap 21 being connected to at least one of the upper opening 16 or the plurality of sides 17 and the second end 29 of the strap 21 being connected to at least one of the upper opening 16 or the plurality of sides 17.


There is also at least one slot 19 in at least one of the plurality of sides 16, and/or bottom 17 to allow access into the enclosed space 26 and the hinged door 25 is opened and closed with the use of the keyed lock 20. The at least one of the flap, zipper, or clasp 24 comprises the keyed lock 20 to secure the at least one flap, zipper, or clasp 24 and prevent opening of the gambler's purse 1.


In the third embodiment 54, the gambler's purse 1 comprises an upper opening 55, a plurality of sides 30, a bottom 31, a box 32, at least one slot 33, a keyed lock 34, and a strap 35. The plurality of sides 30 is defined as at least one side so as to include a circular shape. The gambler's purse 1 plurality of sides 30 and bottom 31 are made of a material, said material to include at least one of leather, plastic, vinyl, cotton, wool, pleather, nylon, and/or woven material. The upper opening 55 comprises a first edge 36 and a second edge 37 and the upper opening 55 is made of a material, said material to include at least one of metal, wood, leather, plastic, vinyl, cotton, wool, pleather, nylon, and/or woven material. The upper opening 55 further being connected to the plurality of sides 30 so that, along with the bottom 31, create an enclosed space 38, said enclosed space 38 is accessible through the upper opening 55, wherein there is the enclosed space 38 and an outside 39. The box 32 of the third embodiment 54 is within the enclosed space 38 and comprises a top 40, a bottom 41, and a plurality of sides 42. The plurality of sides 42 of the box 32 is defined as at least one side so as to include a circular shape. The strap 35 comprises a first end 43 and a second end 44, the first end 43 of the strap 35 being connected to at least one of the first edge 36, the second edge 37, or the plurality of sides 30 and the second end 44 of the strap 35 being connected to at least one of the first edge 36, the second edge 37, or the plurality of sides 30.


There is at least one slot 33 in at least one of the top 40, plurality of sides 42, and/or bottom 41 of the box 32. There is also a hinged door 46 in at least one of the top 40, plurality of sides 42, and/or bottom 41 to allow access into the of the box 32, and wherein the hinged door 46 comprises the keyed lock 34 to secure the box 32.


In the third embodiment 54 of the gambler's purse 1 when the slot 33 in the box is located in at least one of the bottom 31, and/or the plurality of sides 30, the slot 33 has an adjacent slot 45 that passes through the at least one of the plurality of sides 30 or the bottom 31 to the outside 39. Also, the hinged door 46 of the box 32 is located in at least one of the plurality of sides 30, and/or bottom 31 to allow access into the of the box 32 and to the outside 39, and wherein the hinged door 46 comprises the keyed lock 34 to secure the box 32, such that that keyed lock 34 is located on the outside 39.


In any of the embodiments 2, 15, 54, the gambler's purse 1 may comprise at least one of a change purse 47 and/or phone case 48, said change purse 47 and/or phone case 48 being attached to the outside 11, 27, 39 of at least one of the top 3, plurality of sides 4, 17, 30, and/or bottom 5, 18, 31.


In the first and second embodiments 2, 15, the gambler's purse 1 may comprise a divider 49 within the enclosed space 10, 26, said divider 49 to separate the enclosed space 10, 26, 38 into two compartments, a first compartment 50 connected to the at least one slot 6, 19, 33 with a second compartment 51 that is accessible from a hinged access 34 in the case of the first embodiment 2 or the upper opening 16 in the case of the second embodiment 15. In the second embodiment 15 the first compartment is accessible by an access 35 with a keyed lock 20 and the upper opening would not require a keyed lock 20.


In any of the embodiments 2, 15, 54, the gambler's purse 1 may comprise a Battery backup 52, said Battery backup 52 wherein the battery backup 52 is within the enclosed space while a Charge port 53 is accessed on the outside 11, 27, 39 or within the enclosed space 10, 26, 37.

Claims
  • 1. A gambler's purse for the purpose of saving winnings from gambling and preventing the user from being gambled, said gamblers purse comprising: the gambler's purse with a top, a plurality of sides, a bottom, at least one slot, an opening, a keyed lock and a strap;wherein the purse top, plurality of sides, bottom are made of a rigid material in order to retain the desired shape, said rigid material to include at least one of plastic, glass, and/or wood;the top being at least one of flat, domed, peaked, curved, and/or pointed;the top further being connected to the plurality of sides so that, along with the bottom, an enclosed space is formed;wherein there is the enclosed space and an outside;wherein the strap comprises a first end and a second end, the first end of the strap being connected to at least one of the top or the plurality of sides, and the second end of the strap being connected to at least one of the top or the plurality of sides;wherein there is at least one slot in at least one of the top, plurality of sides, and/or bottom;wherein there is a hinged door in at least one of the top, plurality of sides, and/or bottom to allow access into the enclosed space; andwherein the hinged door is opened and closed with the use of the keyed lock.
  • 2. The gambler's purse of claim 1 further comprising at least one of a change purse and/or phone case, said change purse and/or phone case being attached to the outside of at least one of the top, plurality of sides, and/or bottom.
  • 3. The gambler's purse of claim 1 further comprising a divider within the enclosed space, said divider to separate the enclosed space into two compartments, a first compartment connected to the at least one slot, with a second compartment that is accessible from a hinged access.
  • 4. The gambler's purse of claim 3 further comprising at least one of a change purse and/or phone case, said change purse and/or phone case being attached to the outside of at least one of the top, plurality of sides, and/or bottom.
  • 5. The gambler's purse of claim 1 further comprising a Battery backup, said battery backup wherein the battery is within the enclosed space while a Charge port is accessed from at least one of the outside and/or within the enclosed space.
  • 6. The gambler's purse of claim 2 further comprising a Battery backup, said battery backup wherein the battery is within the enclosed space while a Charge port is accessed from at least one of the outside and/or within the enclosed space.
  • 7. The gambler's purse of claim 3 further comprising a Battery backup, said battery backup wherein the battery is within the enclosed space while a Charge port is accessed from at least one of the outside and/or within the enclosed space.
  • 8. The gambler's purse of claim 4 further comprising a Battery backup, said battery backup wherein the battery is within the enclosed space while a Charge port is accessed from at least one of the outside and/or within the enclosed space.
  • 9. A gambler's purse for the purpose of saving winnings from gambling and preventing the user from being gambled, said gamblers purse comprising: the gambler's purse with an upper opening, a plurality of sides, a bottom, at least one slot, a keyed lock and a strap;wherein the gambler's purse plurality of sides, bottom are made of a material, said material to include at least one of leather, plastic, vinyl, cotton, wool, pleather, nylon, and/or woven material;the upper opening comprising a first edge and a second edge;the upper opening is made of a material, said material to include at least one of metal, wood, leather, plastic, vinyl, cotton, wool, pleather, nylon, and/or woven material.the upper opening further being connected to the plurality of sides so that, along with the bottom, create an enclosed space, said enclosed space is accessible through the upper opening;wherein there is the enclosed space and an outside;wherein the gambler's purse is sealed by at least one of a flap that that covers the upper opening, a zipper, a clasp, or a hinged access;the strap comprises a first end and a second end, the first end of the strap being connected to at least one of the first edge, the second edge, or the plurality of sides and the second end of the strap being connected to at least one of the first edge, the second edge, or the plurality of sides;wherein there is at least one slot in at least one of the top, plurality of sides, and/or bottom; andwherein the at least one of the flap, zipper, or clasp comprises the keyed lock to secure the at least one flap, zipper, or clasp.
  • 10. The gambler's purse of claim 9 further comprising at least one of a change purse and/or phone case, said change purse and/or phone case being attached to the outside of at least one of the top, plurality of sides, and/or bottom.
  • 11. The gambler's purse of claim 9 further comprising a divider within the enclosed space, said divider to separate the enclosed space into two compartments, a first compartment connected to the at least one slot, with a second compartment that is accessible from the hinged access; and wherein the first compartment is accessible by the hinged access with the keyed lock.
  • 12. The gambler's purse of claim 11 further comprising at least one of a change purse and/or phone case, said change purse and/or phone case being attached to the outside of at least one of the top, plurality of sides, and/or bottom.
  • 13. The gambler's purse of claim 9 further comprising a Battery backup, said battery backup wherein the battery is within the enclosed space while Charge port is accessed from at least one of the outside and/or within the enclosed space.
  • 14. The gambler's purse of claim 10 further comprising a Battery backup, said battery backup wherein the battery is within the enclosed space while Charge port is accessed from at least one of the outside and/or within the enclosed space.
  • 15. The gambler's purse of claim 11 further comprising a Battery backup, said battery backup wherein the battery is within the enclosed space while Charge port is accessed from at least one of the outside and/or within the enclosed space.
  • 16. The gambler's purse of claim 12 further comprising a Battery backup, said battery backup wherein the battery is within the enclosed space while Charge port is accessed from at least one of the outside and/or within the enclosed space.
  • 17. A gambler's purse for the purpose of saving winnings from gambling and preventing the user from being gambled, said gamblers purse comprising: the gambler's purse with an upper opening, a plurality of sides, a bottom, a box, at least one slot, a keyed lock and a strap;wherein the gambler's purse plurality of sides, bottom are made of a material, said material to include at least one of leather, plastic, vinyl, cotton, wool, pleather, nylon, and/or woven material;the upper opening comprising a first edge and a second edge;the upper opening is made of a material, said material to include at least one of metal, wood, leather, plastic, vinyl, cotton, wool, pleather, nylon, and/or woven material.the upper opening further being connected to the plurality of sides so that, along with the bottom, create an enclosed space, said enclosed space is accessible through the upper opening;wherein there is the enclosed space and an outside;the box is within the enclosed space and comprises a top, a bottom, and a plurality of sides;the strap comprises a first end and a second end, the first end of the strap being connected to at least one of the first edge, the second edge or the plurality of sides and the second end of the strap being connected to at least one of the first edge, the second edge, or the plurality of sides;wherein there is at least one slot in at least one of the top, plurality of sides, and/or bottom of the box;wherein there a hinged door in at least one of the top, plurality of sides, and/or bottom to allow access into the of the box; andwherein the hinged door comprises the keyed lock to secure the box.
  • 18. The gambler's purse of claim 17 further comprising at least one of a change purse and/or phone case, said change purse and/or phone case being attached to the outside of at least one of the top, plurality of sides, and/or bottom.

The gambler's purse of claim 17 wherein the box comprising the at least one slot wherein the at least one slot located in at least one of the top, the bottom, and/or the plurality of sides; wherein the slot that is on at least one of the bottom or plurality of sides of the box has an adjacent slot that passes through the at least one of the plurality of sides or the bottom to the outside;wherein the hinged door is located in at least one of the plurality of sides, and/or bottom to allow access into the of the box and to the outside; andwherein the hinged door comprises the keyed lock to secure the box.
  • 20. The gambler's purse of claim 19 further comprising at least one of a change purse and/or phone case, said change purse and/or phone case being attached to the outside of at least one of the top, plurality of sides, and/or bottom.
  • 21. The gambler's purse of claim 17 further comprising a Battery backup, said battery backup wherein the battery is within the enclosed space while Charge port is accessed from at least one of the outside and/or within the enclosed space.
  • 22. The gambler's purse of claim 18 further comprising a Battery backup, said battery backup wherein the battery is within the enclosed space while Charge port is accessed from at least one of the outside and/or within the enclosed space.
  • 23. The gambler's purse of claim 19 further comprising a Battery backup, said battery backup wherein the battery is within the enclosed space while Charge port is accessed from at least one of the outside and/or within the enclosed space.
  • 24. The gambler's purse of claim 20 further comprising a Battery backup, said battery backup wherein the battery is within the enclosed space while Charge port is accessed from at least one of the outside and/or within the enclosed space.
