The present subject matter relates to garments for use in a hospital or medical facility.
Most gowns worn in hospitals have an open back so that medical professionals can quickly treat patients should an emergency arise. However, these known garments lack privacy and do not accommodate wires (for example, for heart monitoring) and/or devices (for example fixator, catheter, etc) attached to the patient.
Contrary to known gowns, a medical garment that does not rely on an open back or a string to tie the gown closed is presently disclosed.
