Abstract
A gas heating smoking article and its disposable consumption are provided. The disposable consumption includes a housing and a mouth piece; the housing is sealed at its front end by a metal foil which can be melted by external flame, and is connected with the mouth piece at its rear end; the housing includes a chamber divided by quartz fiber therein, the chamber is filled with tobacco which generates vapor but does not burn. The disposable consumption can generate vapor very similar to that generated by a traditional cigarette, it can provide very good smoking experience.
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

This invention disclosed a disposable consumption of a smoking article and a smoking article, especially a gas heating smoking article and its disposable consumption.


BACKGROUND

A traditional smoking article, like cigarette or tobacco, is made of cigarette paper rolling tobacco to form a stick shape or rod. Usually, the mouth piece (puff side) of a cigarette is designed with filter, such as a filter made of cellulose acetate. When smoker lights a cigarette and starts to inhale, the tobacco filament inside the cigarette starts to burn and generates a hot combustion zone, this hot combustion zone generally moving backwards and generate high temperature air flow to dry distillate tobacco filament around it, thus vaporized volatile substance inside tobacco filament and become white and lite blue smoke while meet puffed cooling air. However, many chemical materials inside the tobacco will generate huge amount tar and hazard materials by decomposition reaction and double replacement reaction during combustion, so a difficult problem to tobacco manufacture is to enjoy low harmful nicotine and reduce tar and hazard material. To greatly improve public health environment, reduce the damage from tobacco and law conflicts, many technical improvements and scientific invention are all improving this situation.


Thus, there are many experiments and research, developed many e-cigarette and electrical heating smoking articles. Inventor of this application has granted China utility model patent ZL201621111124.8 and ZL201920810783.8, “a gas heating smoking article” by using butane and air premix combustion as heating source on October 2016. These patents are all providing low tar cigarette with traditional cigarette's advantages, which is to reduce incomplete combustion and heat decomposition products. It has become very important to provide smokers a good, convenience smoking experience, smoking article with disposable consumption.


SUMMARY

This invention provides a disposable consumption applied on a gas heating smoking article, can generate smoke very similar to the traditional cigarette, provides good smoking experience.


To archive purpose above, the technical solution of this invention is.


A disposable consumption for a gas heating smoking article, including a housing and a mouth piece, the housing is sealed at its front end by a metal foil which can be melt by external flame, and is connected with the mouth piece at its rear end; the housing includes a chamber divided by quartz fiber therein, the chamber is filled with tobacco which generates vapor but does not burn. Preferably, the housing is made of metal foil like: aluminum, copper, iron, alloy foil, etc. or heat resistance paper.


Preferably, the housing is provided with a secondary heating source that reacts with oxygen and generates heat. The secondary heating source is in shape of cylindrical column with multiple air flow paths, placed in the chamber and longitudinally divides the space of the chamber, or placed between the chamber and the front end of the housing; or there are multiple secondary heating sources mixed with tobacco, randomly distributed inside the chamber. The secondary heating source is preferably made of carbon powder, reduced iron powder and adhesive compressed together.


Preferably, the metal foil is aluminum foil, its thickness is 0.01 mm to 0.02 mm.


Preferably, the chamber is filled with multiple soaking plates mixed with tobacco, to dissipate and balance heat inside the chamber. Such soaking plate is preferably made of metal foil or graphene thermal conductive paper.


Preferably, the housing is provided with a cooling air hole connected with external air.


Preferably, there is quartz fiber, heat melting plastic plate with multiple micro holes, and filter with macro holes in turns provided between the chamber and the mouth piece, the heat melting plastic plate is melted when the tobacco is nearly exhausted, to seal the micro holes.


As another optimized solution, a disposable consumption for a gas heating smoking article, includes a housing and a mouth piece, the housing is sealed at its front end by a metal foil which can be melted by external flame, and is connected with the mouth piece at its rear end; the housing is provided with a chamber divided by quartz fiber therein, the chamber is filled with tobacco which generates vapor; the tobacco includes inorganic salt and coking agent, when heated by gas flame, the coking agent melts with heavy tar molecules from tobacco tar, to form high viscosity materials. Such tobacco is preferably tobacco filament or tobacco sheet. Such housing is designed with cooling air hole connected with external air. Preferably, the housing is made of metal foil like: aluminum, copper, iron, alloy foil, etc. or heat resistance paper.


Preferably, such metal foil is aluminum foil, its thickness is 0.01 mm to 0.02 mm.


The housing is provided with a secondary heating source that reacts with oxygen and generates heat. Specially, the secondary heating source is in the shape of cylindrical column with multiple air flow paths, placed in the chamber and longitudinally divides the space of the chamber, or placed between the chamber and the front end of the housing; or there are multiple secondary heating sources mixed with tobacco, randomly distributed inside the chamber, with volume of less than 5 cubic millimeters. Preferably, the secondary heating source is made of carbon powder, reduced iron powder and adhesive compressed together, the weight ratio of carbon powder and reduced iron powder is 1:0.05-1:0.4.


Preferably, the chamber is filled with multiple soaking plates mixed with the tobacco, to dissipate and balance heat in the chamber. Such soaking plate is preferably made of metal foil or graphene thermal conductive paper; its length is less than 5 mm.


Specifically, such inorganic salt is a mixture of one or more of sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, aluminum elements' hydrochloride, sulfate, silicates, and carbonates. Preferably, the inorganic salt is sodium chloride, or a mixture of sodium chloride and calcium chloride.


Specifically, such coking agent is one or more mixtures of sucrose, monosaccharides, wheat flour, dextrin, edible gum, curdlan gum, seaweed gum, peanut oil and hydrogenated oil. Preferably, such coking agent at least includes peanut oil or hydrogenate oil. Preferably, such coking agent at least includes sucrose, monosaccharides, wheat flour, dextrin. Preferably, in weight ratio, the recipe of coking agent is 1-7% sucrose, 1-2% dextrin, 1-3% curdlan gum, 0.2-0.8% peanut oil, and rest is water suspension.


Preferably, such chamber is filled with tobacco, soaking plates and metal packages, the metal package is formed by metal foil wrapping content therein, the metal package releases its content to generate vapor when heated. The metal package is in the volume of 1-5 cubic millimeters. Preferably, such content is a mixture of nicotine, propylene glycol and flavor.


Preferably, there is quartz fiber, heat melting plate with multiple micro holes, and filter with macro holes in turns provided between the chamber and the mouth piece, the heat melting plate is melted when the tobacco is nearly exhausted, to seal the micro holes. Such heat melting plate is preferably a heat melting plastic plate.


The tobacco described above is preferably preprocessed as follow;

    • infiltrating the tobacco into the inorganic salt solution;
    • drying the infiltrated tobacco on a fluidized bed to dry until water content is less than 20%;
    • spraying coking agent on the tobacco;
    • drying the tobacco on the fluidized bed to dry until water content is less than 10%.


In weight percentage, such inorganic water solution recipe is preferably 10-30% sodium chloride, 1-8% calcium chloride, and the rest is water.


As an alternative solution of the secondary heating source, during the tobacco preprocessing, microscale of the reduced iron powder and/or the carbon powder are attached on surface of the tobacco, for micro combustion of the tobacco to consume oxygen in the chamber.


In order to facilitate manufacture, to simplify process, a disposable consumption of a gas heating smoking article, includes a housing and a mouth piece, the housing is sealed at its front end by a metal foil which can be melted by external flame, and is connected with the mouth piece at its rear end; a cylindrical tobacco rod is formed by wrapping evenly distributed tobacco with an aluminum foil of 0.01-0.06 mm thickness and winding the tobacco longitudinally for 2-4 rounds; section shape of the tobacco rod is involute formed by distribution of the tobacco and the aluminum foil. Wherein, quartz fiber is provided at each end of the tobacco in the rod, a thin aluminum foil for seal is provided at a front end of the rod, with thickness of 0.01-0.02 mm, the mouth piece is connected at the rear end of the rod. Preferably, the tobacco will not participate combustion. More preferably, such tobacco contains inorganic salt and coking agent as described above, when being heated by the gas flame, such coking agent melts with heavy tar molecules from tobacco tar, to form high viscosity materials.


A gas heating smoking article is equipped with the disposable consumption as described above, such gas heating smoking article includes a housing, a gas heating system and the disposable consumption.


The gas heating system in this invention preferably uses a premix fire equipment with premixed propane or butane as fuel, i.e. combusting the premixed propane or butane with air, heat generated from combustion for baking the disposable consumption, vapor being generated while user puff. Such working principle is similar to that of a wind proof premix lighter. The working principle of the so-called premix lighter is to mix fuel with air for combustion, as technicians in this field should understand, the premix lighter is an existing mature technology. This invention will not make any limitation about the premix lighter. To prevent incomplete combustion of the butane, combustion is preferably conducted by premix superfluous air.


To apply the disposable consumption of the gas heating smoking article, to a premix combustion heating smoking article, flame generated by combusting such as premixed propane or butane can bake the disposable consumption with high temperature, hot air flow bakes tobacco to generate vapor which is very similar to that of a traditional cigarette. The thermal inertia is less thermal inertia, and large amount of vapor can be continuously released. In this invention, the premix flame is the first heating source to heat tobacco, and then, oxygen consumption and heat releasing action is triggered at the secondary heating source. During the pause between puffs, the secondary heating source will stop surface combustion and stop releasing heat due to lack of oxygen in the housing.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

The following is more detailed instruction about this invention with figures and specific implementation, the examples are only to explain this invention, not for limiting this invention.


This invention provides a disposable consumption for gas heating smoking article.


As shown in FIG. 1, a disposable consumption includes a housing 6 and a mouth piece 11, a filter 10 is placed inside the mouth piece 11. The housing 6 is in rod shape, front side of the housing 6 is sealed with an aluminum foil 2, thickness of the foil is 0.01 to 0.02 mm. When flame is ignited by premixed butane via a push button, center of the thin aluminum foil 2 is melted letting air flows in. The housing 6 is designed with cooling air hole 1, inhaling cool air to condense steam to generate more vapor. Inside the housing 6, a loose quartz fiber 3 is placed at each end of the housing, thus a chamber for filling tobacco 5 is formed by the two loose quartz fiber 3 and the housing. The chamber is filled with the mixture of secondary heating source 4, tobacco 5 and several soaking plates 7. Between the mouth piece 11 and rear end of the housing 6, there is a macro hole filter 9. A heating melt plastic plate 8 with several air flow micro holes is placed between the macro hole filter 9 and the quartz fiber 3. The tobacco 5 could be tobacco filament or tobacco sheet.


The secondary heating source 4 is made of carbon powder, reduced iron powder and adhesive compacted together, weight ratio of the carbon powder and the reduced iron powder is 1:0.05-1:0.4. The carbon powder has oxidation reaction with the reduced iron powder to consume oxygen. Wherein, the carbon powder consumes oxygen to generate carbon dioxide by micro combustion on the surface of the tobacco, and the reduced iron powder reacts with oxygen and vapor generated by gas burning. The two forms of oxidation reaction simultaneously release heat, to form the secondary heating source of the smoking article. Due to lack of oxygen in the chamber, the tobacco 5 therein does not participate combustion.


Preferably, the tobacco 5 in this embodiment is preprocessed. Making inorganic water solution, including 15% sodium chloride, 8% calcium chloride and 77% water; immersing the tobacco into double amount inorganic salt solution for 2 hours, drying on fluidized bed until water amount is less than 20%; spraying coking agent on tobacco filament or tobacco sheet; continue drying until water amount is less than 10%. Such coking agent is made of 1-7% sucrose, 1-2% dextrin, 1-3% curdlan gum, 0.2-0.8% peanut oil, and rest is water suspension. When the smoking article is smoked, water steam in the chamber meets inorganic salt on the tobacco and they melt together, the micro holes on surface of the tobacco are then sealed, therefore the tobacco will not participate combustion. The coking agent melt with heavy tar with big molecules from tobacco, to form high viscosity material; for the light tar with small molecules from tobacco, the majority of them are vaporized to form smoke.


Such soaking plate 7 is made of metal foil or graphene thermal conductive paper, preferably made of aluminum foil. Its purpose is to balance and distribute heat of the disposable consumption during heating, to prevent partly over heated. Length of the soaking plate 7 is 2-3 mm.


The smoke generated inside the housing 6 will be puffed through the quartz fiber 3, the heat melting plastic plate 8, the macro hole filter 9, the filter 10 and the mouth piece 11. Near the end of the smoking, vapor amount reduce and temperature rises, with high temperature, the heat melting plastic plate 8 is melted to close its micro holes, puffing is then stopped.


When smoker puffs, carbon dioxide and water steam with high temperature and high concentration flow through the loose quartz fiber 3, the tobacco 5 is heat preprocessed to generate vapor. With two heating sources, tobacco filament or tobacco sheet is surrounded by inert gas, which is carbon dioxide and nitrogen, tobacco in the disposable consumption will not burn, thus could decrease many harmful products due to tobacco combustion and thermal cracking like traditional cigarette, there is not hazard materials like heavy tar from traditional cigarette combustion.


As shown in FIG. 2, this invention provides another example of the disposable consumption, a disposable consumption with frontally placed secondary heating source. It includes a housing 206 and a mouth piece 211 with a filter 210. The housing 206 is in rod shape, front end of the housing 206 is designed with an aluminum foil 202 for sealing, with thickness of 0.01 to 0.02 mm. The housing 206 is provided with three loose quartz fibers 203 located at front, middle and rear thereof. The front quartz fiber is next to the aluminum foil 202, a secondary heating source 204 is provided between the front fiber and the middle fiber, a chamber for filling tobacco 205 is formed and enclosed by the middle fiber, the rear fiber and the housing 206. The chamber is filled with the mixture of tobacco 205, several soaking plate 207 and multiple metal package 212. A macro hole filter 209 is provided between the rear end of the housing 206 and the mouth piece 211, a heat melting plastic plate 208 is provided between the macro hole filter 209 and the rear fiber, there are several micro holes on the heat melting plastic plate 208.


The secondary heating source 204 is designed with several air flow holes paralleled with housing's 206 lengthwise direction, shaped in column with some holes. The secondary heating source 204 is compressed with carbon powder, reduced iron powder and little carboxymethylcellulose.


The tobacco 205 is preprocessed, contains inorganic salt and coking agents. The inorganic salt is 10-30% sodium chloride, 1-8% calcium chloride and water solution remained on tobacco after immerse and dry. Coking agent is a mixture with sucrose, wheat powder, curdlan gum and seaweed gum, its weight ratio is 2:1:1:1. Preprocessing is the same as last example.


Metal package 212, is made of aluminum sealing nicotine, propylene glycol and little flavor in rod shape, preferably nicotine 1-2%, propylene glycol 98-99%, little flavor. The volume of the metal package is 1-5 cubic milliliter. The metal package will release liquid while heating, to increase vapor amount.


When smoking is ending, the temperature of vapor will rise, the heat melting plastic plate 208 will melt and close its micro holes, thus will stop the puff.


As shown in FIG. 3, it is another disposable consumption provided in this invention. The location of the secondary heating source is different from that in FIG. 1. The disposable consumption includes a housing 306 and a mouth piece 311 with a filter 310. The housing 306 is in rod shape, with an aluminum foil 302 for sealing provided at the front end, thickness of the foil is 0.01 to 0.02 mm. The housing 306 is provided with two loose quartz fibers 303 at both front and rear ends, together with the housing to form a chamber for filling tobacco 305. The chamber is filled with the mixture of several secondary heating sources 304, tobacco 305 and several soaking plate 307. A macro hole filter 309 is provided between the mouth piece 311 and rear end of the housing 306. A heat melting plastic plate 308 is provided between the macro hole filter 309 and the quartz fiber 303, the heat melting plastic plate 308 is designed with multiple air flow micro holes. The tobacco 305 generates vapor that is puffed out through the heat melting plastic plate 308, the macro hole filter 309, the filter 310 and the mouth piece 311.


The described secondary heating source 304 is placed inside the housing 306, along lengthwise direction, to divide the chamber into two parts. The secondary heating source 304 is designed with several air flow holes paralleled with housing's 306 lengthwise direction, shaped in column with some holes. The secondary heating source 304 is compressed with carbon powder, reduced iron powder and little carboxymethylcellulose.


As shown in FIG. 4, this invention provides a simplified disposable consumption for a smoking article. The disposable consumption includes a housing 406 and a mouth piece 411, a filter is placed inside the mouth piece. The housing 406 is in rod shape, front end of the housing 406 is sealed with an aluminum foil 402, with thickness of 0.01 to 0.02 mm. Inside the housing 406, there are two loose quartz fibers 403 at both ends, forming a chamber for filling tobacco 405.


The tobacco 405 is preprocessed as described above. The spray preprocess can be optimized. Except for spraying coking agent on tobacco as mention above, reduced iron or carbon powder are also sprayed on the tobacco, to form micro combustion of the tobacco, to consume oxygen inside the chamber. From the result of usage, micro combustion of the reduced iron powder and/or carbon powder works as the usage of a secondary heating source.


To simplify the manufacture process for fitting the rolling machine manufacture, this invention also provides an optimized solution without need to add soaking plates in the disposable consumption. Using aluminum foil with thickness 0.01-0.06 mm, warping with tobacco paved on the aluminum foil 2-4 rounds, shaping a cylindrical tobacco rod, from the section view, the tobacco layer and aluminum is in involute distribute. Inside, the tobacco rod's each tobacco end placed quartz fiber, the front end of the rod is sealed with aluminum foil, thickness is 0.01 to 0.02 mm, the rear end of the rod connected with mouth piece as one product. The tobacco inside is preprocessed as mentioned above, making it contains inorganic salt and coking agent.


As shown in FIG. 5, place the disposable consumption mentioned above in the gas heating smoking article. The smoking article includes housing, gas heating system and disposable consumption. Inside, gas heating system can be any system applied by. In this example, only making a schematic specification, the housing includes butane lighter button 501, butane tank 502, gas exhaust 503, premix gas combustion system 504 and disposable consumption 505, combustion is premix combustion.


Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical scheme of the invention, but not to limit it: Notwithstanding the detailed description of the invention with reference to the foregoing embodiments, ordinary technicians in the field should understand that they may modify the technical scheme recorded in the foregoing embodiments, or substitute the preparation reaction conditions, or make equivalent substitutions to some of the technical features thereof; These modifications and substitutions shall not separate the essence of the corresponding technical scheme from the spirit and scope of the technical scheme of each embodiment of the present invention.

Claims
  • 1. A disposable consumption of a gas heating smoking article, comprising a housing and a mouth piece; the housing is sealed at a front end of the housing by a metal foil, wherein the metal foil is allowed to be melted by an external flame, and the housing is connected with the mouth piece at a rear end of the housing; the housing comprises a chamber, wherein the chamber is divided by a quartz fiber the chamber, the chamber is filled with tobacco, wherein the tobacco generates vapor but does not burn.
  • 2. The disposable consumption according to claim 1, wherein the housing is provided with a secondary heating source, wherein the secondary heating source reacts with oxygen and generates heat.
  • 3. The disposable consumption according to claim 2, wherein the secondary heating source is in a shape of cylindrical column with a plurality of air flow paths, placed in the chamber and longitudinally divides a space of the chamber, or placed between the chamber and the front end of the housing; or a plurality of secondary heating sources are provided to be mixed with tobacco and randomly distributed in the chamber.
  • 4. The disposable consumption according to claim 3, wherein the secondary heating source is made of carbon powder, reduced iron powder and adhesive compacted together.
  • 5. The disposable consumption according to claim 4, wherein the metal foil is aluminum foil, with thickness of 0.01 to 0.02 mm.
  • 6. The disposable consumption according to claim 5, wherein the chamber is filled with a plurality of soaking plates mixed with the tobacco, to dissipate and balance heat in the chamber.
  • 7. The disposable consumption according to claim 6, wherein each of the plurality of soaking plates is made of metal foil or graphene thermal conductive paper.
  • 8. The disposable consumption according to claim 7, wherein the housing is provided with a cooling air hole connected with external air.
  • 9. The disposable consumption according to claim 1, wherein the quartz fiber, a heat melting plastic plate with a plurality of micro holes, and a filter with macro holes are in turns provided between the chamber and the mouth piece, the heat melting plastic plate is melted when the tobacco is nearly exhausted, to seal the plurality of micro holes.
  • 10. A disposable consumption of a gas heating smoking article, comprising a housing and a mouth piece, wherein the housing is sealed at front end of the housing by a metal foil, wherein the metal foil is allowed to be melted by an external flame, and the housing is connected with the mouth piece at a rear end of the housing; the housing comprises a chamber, wherein the chamber is divided by a quartz fiber in the chamber, the chamber is filled with tobacco, wherein the tobacco generates vapor; the tobacco comprises an inorganic salt and a coking agent; when heated by a gas flame, the coking agent melts with heavy tar molecules from a tobacco tar, to form high viscosity materials.
  • 11. The disposable consumption according to claim 10, wherein the housing is provided with a secondary heating source, wherein the secondary heating source reacts with oxygen and generates heat; the secondary heating source is in a shape of cylindrical column with a plurality of air flow paths, placed in the chamber and longitudinally divides a space of the chamber, or placed between the chamber and the front end of the housing; or a plurality of secondary heating sources are provided to be mixed with tobacco and randomly distributed in the chamber, with a volume of less than 5 cubic millimeters.
  • 12. The disposable consumption according to claim 11, wherein the secondary heating source is made of carbon powder, reduced iron powder and adhesive compacted together, a weight ratio of the carbon powder and the reduced iron powder is 1:0.05-1:0.4; or during a tobacco preprocessing, a microscale of the reduced iron powder and/or the carbon powder are attached on a surface of the tobacco, for a micro combustion of the tobacco to consume oxygen in the chamber.
  • 13. The disposable consumption according to claim 10, wherein the coking agent is selected from at least one of the group consisting of sucrose, monosaccharides, wheat flour, dextrin, edible gum, curdlan gum, seaweed gum, peanut oil and hydrogenated oil.
  • 14. The disposable consumption according to claim 10, wherein the chamber is filled with a plurality of soaking plates mixed with the tobacco, to dissipate and balance heat in the chamber.
  • 15. The disposable consumption according to claim 10, wherein the housing is provided with a cooling air hole connected with external air.
  • 16. The disposable consumption claim 10, wherein the chamber is filled with tobacco, soaking plates and metal packages; the metal package is formed by a metal foil wrapping content in the metal package, the metal package releases the metal foil wrapping content to generate vapor when heated; the metal package is in a volume of 1-5 cubic millimeters.
  • 17. The disposable consumption according to claim 10, wherein the quartz fiber, a heat melting plate with a plurality of micro holes, and a filter with macro holes are in turns provided between the chamber and the mouth piece, the heat melting plate is melted when the tobacco is nearly exhausted, to seal the plurality of micro holes.
  • 18. The disposable consumption according to claim 10, wherein the tobacco is preprocessed as follow: preparing an inorganic salt solution;infiltrating the tobacco into the inorganic salt solution to obtain an infiltrated tobacco;drying the infiltrated tobacco on a fluidized bed to dry until a water content is less than 20%;spraying the coking agent on the tobacco;drying the tobacco on the fluidized bed to dry until the water content is less than 10%.

A disposable consumption of a gas heating smoking article, comprising a housing and a mouth piece; the housing is sealed at a front end of the housing, by a metal foil, wherein the metal foil is allowed to be melted by an external flame, and the housing is connected with the mouth piece at a rear end of the housing; a cylindrical tobacco rod is formed by wrapping evenly distributed tobacco with an aluminum foil of 0.01-0.06 mm thickness and winding the tobacco longitudinally for 2-4 rounds; a section shape of the cylindrical tobacco rod is involute formed by a distribution of the tobacco and the aluminum foil; wherein, the quartz fiber is provided at each end of the tobacco in the cylindrical tobacco rod, a thin aluminum foil for seal is provided at a front end of the cylindrical tobacco rod, with thickness of 0.01-0.02 mm, the mouth piece is connected at a rear end of the cylindrical tobacco rod; the tobacco will not participate combustion.
  • 20. A gas heating smoking article, comprising a housing, a gas heating system and the disposable consumption as described in claim 1.
