Description
RELATED APPLICATION

This application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application Serial No. 201610561088.3, entitled “Gas Stove Provided With Anti-Dry-Burning Device,” filed on Jul. 11, 2016, which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to gas stoves, and in particular, to a gas stove provided with an anti-dry-burning device.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

In the technical field of an anti-dry-burning device of a gas stove, no matter which type of sensor (e.g., a temperature sensor or a pressure sensor) is adopted, a corresponding control system needs to be additionally arranged.

For example, Chinese Patent No. CN200710145762.0, entitled “anti-dry-burning electric linkage valve for gas stove,” provides an anti-dry-burning circuit control switch under the rotation control of a press knob in order to achieve anti-dry-burning electric linkage. Chinese Patent No. CN201610212613.0, entitled “safety protection device for preventing dry burning and flameout of household gas stove,” also provides a circuit board that closes a solenoid valve to cut off the gas circuit in the case of accident flameout, which causes heat generated potential to disappear, or in the case of temperature exceeding a limit caused by dry burning of a pot bottom. Chinese utility model Patent No. CN201120291047.X, entitled “anti-dry-burning control device for gas stove,” discloses an anti-dry-burning control device for a gas stove, which comprises multiple groups of thermocouples, a differential amplifier circuit, a microprocessor control unit and a main intake pipeline connected to the gas stove, wherein a main solenoid valve and a main solenoid valve control circuit arranged on the main intake pipeline; the thermocouples are used for detecting the temperature of the pot bottom and transmitting a signal to the differential amplifier circuit; the differential amplifier circuit is used for differentially amplifying the temperature signal and transmitting the signal to the microprocessor control unit; and the microprocessor control unit controls the opening and closing of the main solenoid valve.

With the addition of a corresponding control system to the anti-dry-burning device for the gas stove, not only the cost, but also the failure points are increased accordingly. Therefore, it is desirable to design a low-cost anti-dry-burning device for the gas stove without adding a control system.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of the above problems, an objective of the present invention is that by mounting an anti-dry-burning device of the present invention, a gas stove achieves an anti-dry-burning function at a low cost and work reliably without any additional anti-dry-burning control system.

The technical solutions of the present invention are achieved as follows.

A gas stove provided with an anti-dry-burning device comprises the anti-dry-burning device and a gas cooker with a flameout protection device. The anti-dry-burning device is arranged at the central position of a combustor of the gas stove and is fixed on the gas stove. Specifically, the anti-dry-burning device at least comprises a temperature controller, a temperature controller insulating base, a spring, an anti-dry-burning probe body and an anti-dry-burning probe base. The temperature controller is a bimetal thermostat. The temperature controller is serially connected between an inductive probe of the gas cooker flameout protection device and a gas solenoid valve. The inductive probe of the gas cooker flameout protection device at least comprises a thermocouple and an ion sensor needle.

More specifically, the temperature controller insulating base is columnar, and at least includes a temperature sensor mounting groove at the top, a spring positioning boss or a positioning groove at the bottom, and a temperature controller lead outlet hole at the central position. A hollow cavity for receiving the temperature controller and the temperature controller insulating base is arranged at the upper part of the anti-dry-burning probe body, and a spring receiving cavity is arranged at the lower part of the anti-dry-burning probe body. The anti-dry-burning probe body comprises a top cover, an upper probe shell and a lower probe shell. A spring receiving cavity is arranged at the upper part of the anti-dry-burning probe base, and a temperature controller lead protective tube is arranged at the lower part of the anti-dry-burning probe base. A limiting mechanism is arranged between the anti-dry-burning probe body and the anti-dry-burning probe base. The temperature controller and the temperature controller insulating base are enclosed in the anti-dry-burning probe body by a welding structure or a riveting structure.

Furthermore, for the anti-dry-burning probe body, when the top cover and the upper probe shell are integrated into one piece, the lower probe shell is an independent structure. When the upper probe shell and the lower probe shell are integrated into one piece, the top cover is an independent structure. The limiting mechanism at least includes a limiting flange or a limiting boss arranged at the bottom of the lower probe shell, and a limiting flange or a limiting boss arranged at the top of the anti-dry-burning probe base.

The basic principles of the present invention are as follows.

The anti-dry-burning device with a bimetal thermostat as a temperature controller is mounted on the gas cooker with the flameout protection device, and the temperature controller is serially connected between the probe of the gas cooker flameout protection device and the gas solenoid valve. Once the temperature exceeds a predetermined temperature in use, the bimetal thermostat is disconnected to cut off the power supply to the solenoid valve, causing the gas channel to be closed and the gas stove to be turned off, thus preventing the dry burning of the gas stove.

The present invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. The anti-dry-burning device of the present invention uses bimetal thermostat as the temperature controller. Therefore, it is simple in structure, low in cost and reliable in work. The gas stove equipped with the flameout protection device can achieve an anti-dry-burning function without any additional control system.

2. The anti-dry-burning device of the present invention can be used in a wide range of applications. For example, it can be applied not only to gas stoves equipped with thermocouple flameout protection devices, but also to gas stoves equipped with ion probe flameout protection devices.

3. With respect to the gas stove equipped with the anti-dry-burning device of the present invention, if no pot is placed on the stove after ignition for a long time, the probe of the anti-dry-burning device will automatically cut off the gas source to extinguish the fire when the temperature exceeds a predetermined value, so that the gas loss and the potential safety hazards resulting from burning without placing the pot for the long time can be reduced.

4. With respect to the gas stove equipped with the anti-dry-burning device in the present invention, the oil temperature can also be controlled not to exceed 350° C. during frying via the temperature setting of the temperature controller, so as to meet the demands of frying and prevent personal and property damages caused by over-high oil temperature and oil combustion.
