Field of the Invention This invention relates to the production and delivery of ozone in highly concentrated forms, both in high weight percent gas and high levels of ozone dissolved in water. More specifically, the invention relates to an electrochemical system capable of efficiently generating even small amounts of ozone.
This invention was made with Government support under contract NAS9 97023 awarded by NASA. The Government has certain rights in this invention.
