This invention is a piece of plastic which has length and width dimensions equivalent to wrapping paper. Presidential plastic is composed of many pockets. Each pocket holds a single dollar bill/bank note which is supplied separately by the customer. Each pocket has physical dimensions identical to a dollar bill and/or bank note in terms of length and width. These pockets are tightly packed one next to another. These pockets may also overlap one another by 10% so copycat inventions will be forced to waste greater than a 10% surface area display of cash supplied.
