BACKGROUND

By way of background, individuals purchase traditional hair products for maintaining and improving hair styles and hair designs. When individuals purchase such hair products, it is assumed that customers know their true hair condition, texture, and scalp condition. For hair styling and creating hair waves, individuals use different types of products which are not only expensive, but are complicated to use. Further, different types of products are required for different hair types. For example, bald individuals look for products that help bald heads shine bright while individuals with coarse hair look for products that create waves in their hair. Similarly, individuals with other hairstyles desire to refine and style their hairstyle for a defined look.

Generally, individuals use grease, wave creams, and hair machines for creating hair waves. However, such products may cause damage to hair and may not be used without professional help. Similarly, individuals with a bald head apply products such as hyaluronic acid, shea butter, ceramides, glycerin, and the like for creating a bright shine. Use of such products is difficult and therefore, individuals desire an easy way and device that can easily enable them to create hair waves, shine, and more.

Conventional haircare products are marketed and sold as having specific uses and the problem with such products is that they are not suitable for all consumers as they have different types of hair and requirements. Because of these problems, individuals desire a haircare product that can be used by all consumers having different hair styling requirements and which is free of chemicals.

Different types of combs are used by individuals for creating hair waves, but they are inefficient and can damage hair as well. Individuals desire a haircare product that reduces dependency on use of combs and other machines to create hair waves and other styling.

Therefore, there exists a long felt need in the art for a haircare product that helps users to easily create waves in hair and shine on a bald head. There is also a long felt need in the art for a haircare product that can be used by individuals having different types of hair. Additionally, there is a long felt need in the art for a haircare product that does not contain any chemicals for creating hair waves. Moreover, there is a long felt need in the art for a haircare product that can work in conjunction with other products to improve the hair styles. Further, there is a long felt need in the art for a haircare product that can be easily used and is cost-effective. Finally, there is a long felt need in the art for a haircare product that reduces dependency on existing haircare products while being efficient to improve almost any type of hairstyle with case.

The subject matter disclosed and claimed herein, in one embodiment thereof, comprises a specialized glove for enhancing hair styles. The glove is manufactured from soft nylon material and is designed to stroke the head and/or the hair to create different hair styles. Additionally, the palm side of the glove can be rubbed on a bald head to enhance skin shine. The glove secures conveniently to a user's hand and wrist via an adjustable fastening means, such as a hook and loop fastener strap mechanism, although similar products are also available. The glove features an oriented propylene layer sandwiched between the palm side and a 2-micron aluminum layer, for example, to provide a mirror-look and helps to enhance different hairstyles.

In this manner, the wave-enhancer glove of the present invention accomplishes all of the forgoing objectives and provides users with modified gloves designed to improve and enhance hair waves. The glove offers additional uses for those with bald heads, enabling users the ability to rub the palm side of the glove on the head to enhance skin shine.
