Description
BACKGROUND

The present disclosure relates generally to a golf glove for swing correction. More particularly, the present disclosure relates to a golf glove which corrects a swing for a more stable shot by limiting the movement of a golfer's wrist during the swing.

Generally, golfers require accurate gripping and swinging to make a stable shot. Accordingly, the golfer wears a golf glove as a way to properly hold a grip and protect his or her hands.

However, a general golf glove prevents the slip of a golf club such that a grip can be properly held and injury to a hand can be prevented, but has difficulty in preventing the bending of a wrist, which causes scooping and makes it difficult to make a stable shot.

In order to solve the above problem, a golfer wears a wristband in addition to a golf glove to prevent bending of his or her wrist, so that the golfer can make a stable shot.

However, when a golfer wears the golf glove and the wristband together, her or she feels uncomfortable, which makes it difficult to perform a swing comfortably and naturally, and purchasing the wristband incurs additional costs.

Accordingly, in order to solve the above problem, Korean Patent Application Publication No. 10-2012-0016339 is disclosed. In the conventional technology, without wearing a wristband, the degree of the bending of a wrist is adjusted by a wrist angle adjustment member of the golf glove such that a stable shot can be made, but a wrist angle maintenance member is made of an elastic metal or synthetic resin material, so the maintenance member made of a metal material may cause injury to a golfer's wrist.

In addition, Korean Patent No. 10-1352325 is disclosed. In the conventional technology, a band steel plate, which is an elastic member, is arranged inside a correcting tool, and when the widthwise curved portion of the band steel plate is bent, a shape thereof is transformed which generates vibration and noises, so that a golfer's grip and swing posture can be corrected, but

the band steel plate arranged in the correcting tool of the conventional technology is formed as a steel metal plate, and may cause injury to a golfer's wrist during swinging, and when the correcting tool is lost, a new correcting tool is required to be purchased, which incurs additional costs.

Accordingly, required is the development of a golf glove in which a golfer's accurate grip and swing posture are induced, no injury to a wrist is caused by a correcting member, and swing correction is possible.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present disclosure has been made to solve the above problems, and the present disclosure is intended to propose a golf glove for swing correction which can correct a swing by preventing hand injuries and the bending of a wrist only by wearing the golf glove.

In addition, the present disclosure is intended to propose a golf glove for swing correction, in which a correcting member uses a plastic card of each golfer, which prevents additional costs, and is simply used detachably to improve usability thereof.

Furthermore, the present disclosure is intended to propose a golf glove for swing correction, in which a binding band can be folded inside a dorsal portion so that the loss of the correcting member can be prevented.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

First, before describing an embodiment of the present disclosure in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, the embodiment of the present disclosure is provided to fully explain the present disclosure to those skilled in the art.

Accordingly, the following embodiment does not limit the scope of the claims of the present disclosure. The scope of the claims of the present disclosure may only be defined by the claims. In addition, the drawings in this specification are intended such that the explanation of the specification by reference to the drawings is clear. For this purpose, the drawings shown in the present disclosure are illustrated by being somewhat exaggerated. Accordingly, the product of the drawings in the present specification and the actual product of the present disclosure may not be the same.

Hereinafter, a golf glove for swing correction of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the drawings of the following embodiment of the present disclosure. However, the present disclosure will be outlined with reference to FIG. 1 such that the explanation of the present disclosure may be clear and concise.

FIG. 1 is a front view of the golf glove for swing correction according to the embodiment of the present disclosure.

The golf glove 100 for swing correction may include a finger portion 120 into which a golfer's fingers are inserted when the golfer puts on the golf glove 100, a dorsal portion 130 covering a dorsal side of a hand, a cut portion 132 formed by being cut from a middle portion of the dorsal portion 130 to a lower end portion thereof, and a binding band 140 coupled to one side of the cut portion 132.

The golf glove 100 may be made entirely of materials such as leather, synthetic fibers, and synthetic resins. Accordingly, contact force between the golf glove 100 and a golf club may be increased so as to reduce frictional force between the golf club and a golfer's hand so that hand injuries can be prevented.

The cut portion 132 may be formed on the dorsal portion 130. The cut portion 132 may be formed by being cut from the middle portion of the dorsal portion 130 to the lower end portion thereof. The dorsal portion 130 may be divided into opposite sides by the cut portion 132. The dorsal portion 130 may be configured such that an area of a first side of the dorsal portion 130 is larger than an area of a second side thereof. This is intended such that the binding band 140 to be described later is inserted and mounted in the dorsal portion 130 by being folded.

In addition, Velcro may be formed on each of the opposite sides of the cut portion 132 on the outer surface of the dorsal portion 130. Through this, it is possible to securely wear the glove.

The binding band 140 may be coupled to one side of the cut portion 132.

The binding band 140 may be formed in a rectangular shape having a width larger than a width of a plastic card such that the plastic card can be inserted into the binding band 140.

Accordingly, a correcting member 200 to be described late may be properly coupled to the inside of the binding band 140.

The correcting member 200 may be inserted inside the binding band 140. That is, the correcting member 200 may be bound inside the binding band 140 by passing vertically through and being inserted into the inside of the binding band 140.

The correcting member 200 may generally use a rectangular plastic card which is easy for a golfer to carry. That is, the correcting member 200 may use a general plastic card that a golfer has without additional preparation, thereby increasing convenience and avoiding additional costs to the correcting member 200.

The binding band 140 and the cut portion 132 may be coupled to one side of the cut portion 132 by a coupling line 162. The coupling line 162, together with the cut portion 132, may be sewn while the cut portion 132 is sewn, or may be formed by forming a separate sewing line along the sewing line of cut portion 132 preformed.

A binding line 164 may be formed at one side of the coupling line 162 by being spaced apart by a predetermined interval therefrom.

The binding line 164 may be sewn at a position spaced apart by a predetermined interval from the coupling line 162 through thread, or by using various methods such as adhesive or heat fusion.

The binding line 164 may be formed at a position into which the correcting member 200 can be securely inserted. That is, the position of the binding line 164 may be determined such that space into which a plastic card which is the correcting member 200 can be inserted is defined inside the binding band 140.

Accordingly, the correcting member 200 may be securely bound by the binding line 164.

Eventually, the binding line 164 may securely bind the correcting member 200 so as to prevent the removal of the correcting member 200, and at the same time, may function to define space which is spaced apart from the coupling line 162.

In the embodiment, in a case in which only the coupling line 162 is present without the binding line 164, when the binding band 140 is moved into the dorsal portion, a portion of the cut portion 132 is also rolled into the dorsal portion, so the golf glove 100 is not comfortable to wear.

Accordingly, the space is defined between the binding line 164 and the coupling line 162, and thus the foldable area of the binding band 140 is secured such that the binding band 140 can be smoothly folded to the inner surface of the dorsal portion 130.

Hereinafter, the configuration of the golf glove for swing correction and the method of using the golf glove will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 2 to 5.

Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, the binding band 140 of the golf glove 100 may be formed to have a hollow shape, with opposite ends of the binding band being open. Since the opposite ends of the binding band are open, the correcting member 200 may be inserted inside the binding band 140 by passing vertically through the binding band 140 along inner space of the binding band 140.

The binding band 140 may be made of various materials with a soft feel, such as a fiber or synthetic resin film. Accordingly, even if the binding band 140 rubs against the back of a golfer's hand, the golfer's hand may be prevented from being injured.

Referring to FIG. 4, the correcting member 200 may be moved into the dorsal portion 130 by being bound to the binding band 140. In this case, the binding band 140 may be folded along the longitudinal direction of the space defined between the coupling line 162 and the binding line 164, and may be moved into the dorsal portion 130.

Referring to FIG. 5, after moving the binding band 140 into the dorsal portion 130, the glove may be securely worn by using the Velcro formed on the dorsal portion 130.

Accordingly, the movement of the binding band 140 located inside the dorsal portion is limited, and the correcting member 200 is precisely located from the dorsal side of a hand to a wrist, and thus the bending of a wrist is prevented, thereby preventing scooping and enabling a stable shot due to the effect of swing correction.

FIG. 6 is a view illustrating the inner surface of the binding band 140 by unfolding the binding band 140 before the binding band 140 is sewn to the golf glove 100.

Referring to FIG. 6, tape strips 144 are attached to face each other at an interval of about 1 mm on opposite sides of a line portion [hereinafter, referred to as a center folding line 142] of a label [the binding band 140] folded in half, which is an end portion of a side opposite to the binding line 164 formed by sewing two surfaces of the binding band 140 to be attached to each other.

Accordingly, when inserting the correcting member 200 such as a plastic card into the binding band 140 such as a label made of a soft film, the card is inserted to the center folding line 142 of the binding band 140, and the tape strips 144, which are stiffer than the film, are attached at the opposite sides of the center folding line 142, so even if a user swings for a long time while the card is inserted into the binding band 140, the card may not be removed from the center folding line 142 of the binding band, but may be fixed in place.

On the other hand, in a case in which the tape strips 144 are not attached on the opposite sides of the center folding line 142, when a user swings with the card being inserted into the binding band (the label), the card is put in the center folding line 142 of the label when the golf glove is initially worn, but as the user continues to swing, the shape of the center folding line of the label is deformed due to friction of the label with the dorsal portion, and the edge of the card is removed from the center folding line of the label, and thus the position of the card held on the back of a hand during the wearing of the golf glove is changed, which may interfere with a swing.

Although the embodiment of the present disclosure has been described with reference to the accompanying drawings above, those skilled in the technical field to which the present disclosure belongs will be able to understand that the present disclosure may be embodied in other specific forms without changing its technical idea or essential characteristics. Therefore, it should be understood that the embodiment described above are illustrative in all respects and not restrictive.
