DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
Embodiment 1

As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 3, the embodiment provides a granular cigarette, comprising a tobacco tube 2 encapsulated with tobacco particles 1, wherein one end of the tobacco tube 2 is provided with a filtering component 3 and the other end thereof is provided with a sealing component 4 for preventing tobacco particles 1 from leaking out; the tobacco particles 1 are arranged between the filtering component 3 and the sealing component 4.

In the embodiment, the particle size of tobacco particles 1 is greater than 0.3 mm.

In the embodiment, the tobacco tube 2 adopts an integrated paper tube; in addition, the tobacco tube 2 can also be prepared by tobacco leaves, and the preparation process may be winding, molding, and the like.

The filtering component 3 has the following basic functions: filtering and blocking tobacco particles 1 so that the smoke can pass through when the granular cigarette is heated, but the tobacco particles 1 will not fall out. In order to further improve the filtering effect, a filtering sheet may be further arranged between the filtering component 3 and the tobacco particles 1.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the filtering component 3 is a filtering silica gel strip, and the filtering silica gel strip is provided with at least one filtering air channel. On the basis of the basic filtering function of the filtering component 3, the filtering silica gel strip further has the functions of cooling and condensing, which can reduce the smoke temperature and condense harmful substances such as tar, and has the advantages of good heat resistance and low price without odor when being heated. There is no doubt that the filtering air channel should be sized so that it cannot pass through the tobacco particles 1.

In the embodiment, the length of the tobacco tube 2 is 45 mm, the length of the filtering silica gel strip is 33 mm, and the space for encapsulating the tobacco particles 1 is approximately 12 mm (the sealing component 4 occupies a part of the length).

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the filtering air channel is a cogging structure arranged along the length of the filtering silica gel strip, and the end surface of the cogging structure of the filtering silica gel strip is in contact with the inner wall of the tobacco tube. In addition to the cogging structure in the embodiment, a filtering air channel structure with multiple through holes can also be adopted, but the cogging structure makes the smoke dispersed and cool, and the processing thereof is simple and convenient, which makes the filtering air channel smaller. In the embodiment, the cogging width of the filtering air channel is 0.3 mm, and the particle size of the tobacco particles 1 is greater than 0.3 mm, thereby preventing the tobacco particles 1 from flowing out of the filtering air channel. In the embodiment, the end face of the cogging structure of the filtering silica gel strip and the inner wall of the tobacco tube 2 are in an interference fit, which can ensure that the filtering air channels are independent and isolated from each other.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the sealing component 4 is a glue film. The glue film can make the sealing component 4 very thin, which is convenient for inserting the heating needle or heating piece of the low-temperature non-burning cigarette. The preparation steps of the glue film are as follows: when filling tobacco particles 1 into the tobacco tube 2, leaving a certain height (specifically 2 mm in the embodiment) without filling up, and applying or spraying a layer of tobacco glue (food-grade glue) on the tobacco particles 1; a glue film can be formed after the glue is dried, so that the end for filling the tobacco particles 1 in the tobacco tube 2 is closed, thereby preventing the tobacco particles 1 from falling.

Since the color and appearance of the glue film are very different from those of tobacco particles 1, in order to overcome the above problems, a layer of tobacco particles is provided on the surface of the glue film in the embodiment. The preparation method thereof is as follows: after applying or spraying a layer of tobacco glue (food-grade glue) on the tobacco particles 1, spreading a layer of tobacco particles on the surface, and the tobacco particles can be bonded to the wet glue film to form a layer of tobacco particles, so that it cannot only prevent the tobacco particles 1 from falling, but also has basically the same appearance and feel as ordinary tobacco particles.

The preparation steps of the granular cigarette in the embodiment are as follows: 1) inserting the filtering component 3 into one end of the tobacco tube 2; 2) filling the tobacco particles 1; 3) preparing the glue film and the layer of tobacco particles thereof; 4) drying.
