FIG. 1 is a first transitional image of an animated graphical user interface for a display screen or portion thereof;

FIG. 2 is a second view of the transitional image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a third view of the transitional image thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a fourth view of the transitional image thereof.

The appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-4. No ornamental aspects are associated with the process or period in which one image transitions to another image.

The broken lines depict portions of the graphical user interface for display screen or portion thereof that form no part of the claimed design.
