DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS

Only some exemplary embodiments are briefly described below. As can be appreciated by those skilled in the art, modifications may be made to the described embodiments in various ways without departing from the spirit or scope of the present application. Therefore, the accompanying drawings and the description are considered as exemplary in nature rather than limiting.

FIG. 1 to FIG. 6 illustrate a ground insert according to a preferred implementation of the present disclosure. The ground insert includes: a ground insert body 1, provided with a first connection hole 11 and a second connection hole 13, where the first connection hole 11 extends along a height direction of the ground insert body 1, the first connection hole 11 is used for matching a lower end of an umbrella pole 31 of an outdoor umbrella, so that the lower end of the umbrella pole 31 is inserted onto the ground insert body 1, and the second connection hole 13 extends along a width direction of the ground insert body 1; and

    • an assistance rod 2, where the assistance rod 2 and the second connection hole 13 are detachably fitted to transversely arrange the assistance rod 2 on the ground insert body 1, and the assistance rod 2 is used for a user to grip to screw the ground insert body 1, so as to screw at least part of the ground insert body 1 into the ground 4. That is, when it is required to insert a lower end of the ground insert body 1 into the ground 4, the assistance rod 2 is inserted in the second connection hole 13, so that the assistance rod 2 is transversely arranged on the ground insert body 1 for the user to grip the assistance rod 2 and screw the ground insert body 1. After the lower end of the ground insert body 1 is inserted into the ground 4, the assistance rod 2 is pulled out, so as to prevent easy tripping of the user caused by the assistance rod 2 being transversely arranged on the ground insert body 1, thereby improving the safety of use.

The ground insert of the present disclosure is provided with a first connection hole 11, so that the ground insert body 1 and the umbrella pole 31 may be quickly assembled together, enabling convenient and efficient assembly, while the ground insert body 1 and the umbrella pole 31 may also be quickly disassembled, enabling convenient and efficient disassembly. In addition, due to the presence of the assistance rod 2, when at least part of the ground insert body 1 is screwed into the ground 4, it is possible to use a hand to grip the assistance rod 2, so as to easily drive the ground insert body 1 to rotate, thereby saving on effort. In this way, the user may screw at least part of the ground insert body 1 into the ground 4 with less effort, thereby solving the problem that it takes a lot of effort to screw the ground insert into the ground 4 nowadays, which may improve the user experience and contribute to popularization and application.

In an implementation, the ground insert body 1 is further provided with a locking structure 12, which is movably arranged on the ground insert body 1 and has a locking portion 121. The locking portion 121 has an extended state of being located in the first connection hole 11 and a retracted state of exiting from the first connection hole 11. When the locking portion 121 is in the extended state, the locking portion 121 is used to press against the lower end of the umbrella pole 31, so as to restrict the lower end of the umbrella pole 31 from detaching from the first connection hole 11, so that the lower end of the umbrella pole 31 and the ground insert body 1 are reliably connected with each other. The locking structure 12 is movable to drive the locking portion 121 to switch between the extended state and the retracted state, so that the lower end of the umbrella pole 31 may be locked onto the ground insert body 1 or detached from the ground insert body 1. In this way, the convenient assembly and disassembly of the umbrella pole 31 and the ground insert body 1 may be achieved, while the stability of the connection between the umbrella pole 31 and the ground insert body 1 may be strengthened.

In an implementation, the locking structure 12 further has an operation portion 122. The operation portion 122 is exposed outside the ground insert body 1, and the operation portion 122 is used for a user to operate the locking structure 12, so as to drive the locking structure 12 to move. That is, the user may drive the locking structure 12 to move by operating the operation portion 122, thereby driving the locking portion 121 to switch between the extended state and the retracted state, so as to lock or unlock the lower end of the umbrella pole 31.

Referring to FIG. 6, in an implementation, the ground insert body 1 is further provided with a threaded hole 14, the locking structure 12 is provided with an external threaded structure 123, and the external threaded structure 123 fits with the threaded hole 14, so that the locking structure 12 is movably arranged on the ground insert body 1. That is, the locking structure 12 is screwed to the ground insert body 1. In this way, the locking portion 121 may be driven to switch between the extended state and the retracted state by gripping the operation portion 122 and rotating the locking structure 12, thereby enabling convenient and efficient operation. In addition, when the locking portion 121 is in the extended state and presses against an outer wall of the lower end of the umbrella pole 31, due to the connection between the external threaded structure 123 and the threaded hole 14, the locking structure 12 is reliably installed on the ground insert body 1, so that the locking portion 121 may reliably maintain a state of pressing against the outer wall of the lower end of the umbrella pole 31, thereby enabling higher locking reliability.

Of course, in other implementations, the locking portion 121 may be an elastic and stretchable structure, and the locking portion 121 switches from the retracted state to the extended state under the action of an elastic force.

Of course, in other implementations, the locking structure 12 may be provided with an electric structure, and the locking portion 121 is driven to switch between the extended state and the retracted state by the electric structure.

In an implementation, an outer diameter of the operation portion 122 is larger than a diameter of the threaded hole 14, so as to restrict the operation portion 122 from entering the first connection hole 11.

Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, in an implementation, each of a left end and a right end of the second connection hole 13 passes through the ground insert body 1. In a case that the assistance rod 2 is inserted in the second connection hole 13, a first end of the assistance rod 2 extends beyond a first end of the second connection hole 13 to form a first grip portion 21, and a second end of the assistance rod 2 extends beyond a second end of the second connection hole 13 to form a second grip portion 22. In this way, it is convenient for the user to select the first grip portion 21 or the second grip portion 22 to grip the assistance rod 2, improving the use convenience, or the user may grip the first grip portion 21 and the second grip portion 22 with left and right hands, respectively, thus improving the stability of rotation, and making it easier to insert the lower end of the ground insert body 1 into the ground 4, while a better effect of saving on effort may be achieved.

Of course, in other implementations, the second connection hole 13 may also be a blind hole, that is, one end of the second connection hole 13 is closed and the other end of the second connection hole 13 is open.

Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, in an implementation, the ground insert body 1 is further provided with a guiding structure 15. The guiding structure 15 is spirally arranged along the height direction of the ground insert body 1, that is, the guiding structure 15 is a helix structure. The guiding structure 15 is used to guide the lower end of the ground insert body 1 to be inserted into the ground 4, so that the lower end of the ground insert body 1 is smoothly inserted into the ground 4, thereby increasing a speed at which the lower end of the ground insert body 1 is screwed into the ground 4.

Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, in an implementation, the guiding structure 15 includes a first helix structure 151 and a second helix structure 152. The first helical structure 151 and the second helical structure 152 are arranged in sequence from bottom to top along the height direction of the ground insert body 1, and an outer diameter of the first helix structure 151 is smaller than an outer diameter of the second helix structure 152. The first helix structure 151 with the smaller outer diameter is located in a lower position and is easier to drill into the ground 4, thereby guiding the ground insert body 1 to quickly drill into the ground 4. In addition, the arrangement of the first helix structure 151 and the second helix structure 152 may effectively strengthen a structural strength of the ground insert body 1, so that the ground insert body 1 is less likely to deform. Accordingly, it is possible for the ground insert body 1 to be smoothly inserted into the ground 4 and have high structure reliability.

In an implementation, each of the ground insert body 1 and the guiding structure 15 is a structure made of a hard metal material, so that the ground insert has a better structural strength and is not easily deformed, therefore, the ground insert may be applied to soil structures of various terrains and has a wider scope of application.

In an implementation, the ground insert body 1 and the guiding structure 15 are formed as an integral structure, so that the ground insert body 1 and the guiding structure 15 are reliably connected with each other, improving the structural stability.

Of course, in other implementations, the ground insert body 1 and the guiding structure 15 are separately provided, and the ground insert body 1 and the guiding structure 15 are connected with each other by welding, which may also provide a reliable connection between the ground insert body 1 and the guiding structure 15.

In an implementation, the ground insert body 1 is further provided with a connection portion 16. The connection portion 16 is used to connect with a pet tether, for the convenience of tying the pet tether, thereby permitting a pet to move at a designated point outdoors.

In an implementation, the ground insert body 1 is further provided with a limiting portion 17. The limiting portion 17 is used to limit a depth by which the ground insert body 1 is inserted into the ground 4, so as to control the depth by which the ground insert body 1 is inserted into the ground 4. Accordingly, it is ensured that the ground insert body 1 may be reliably inserted into the ground 4, while preventing an increase in the difficulty of pulling the ground insert body 1 out of the ground 4 due to the ground insert body 1 being fully inserted into the ground 4.

In an implementation, a guiding portion 18 is provided at a bottom of the ground insert body 1. An outer diameter of the guiding portion 18 gradually decreases from top to bottom. The guiding portion 18 is used to guide the ground insert body 1 to be inserted into the ground 4, so as to guide the ground insert body 1 to be quickly inserted into the ground 4, which may improve the convenience of use.

FIG. 7 to FIG. 8 illustrate an outdoor umbrella according to a preferred implementation of the present disclosure. The outdoor umbrella includes:

    • an umbrella body 3, provided with an umbrella pole 31; and
    • the ground insert mentioned above. The first connection hole 11 matches a lower end of the umbrella pole 31, and the locking portion 121 presses against an outer circumferential wall of the lower end of the umbrella pole 31, so as to restrict the umbrella pole 31 from detaching from the first connection hole 11.

The outdoor umbrella according to the present disclosure uses the ground insert mentioned above, which may also facilitate convenient assembly and disassembly of the umbrella pole 31 and the ground insert body 1. Meanwhile, it is possible to save on effort, so that the user may screw at least part of the ground insert body 1 into the ground 4 with less effort, which may improve the user experience and contribute to popularization and application. In addition, the arrangement of the umbrella body 3 may provide a leisure and comfortable sunshade environment for users and pets.
