TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to a hair band which is capable of tying hairs or ponytail.
BACKGROUND
Hair bands are one of the most important dressing tools for modern women. Whether it is to tie hair for work or to change the shape for beauty, it is essential for the hair band to enhance practicality and aesthetics. Most of the hair ties are made of elastic plastic material, which often breaks the hair when using it, or often causes the trouble of breaking the hair when trying to take it off after tightening the hair. Referring to FIG. 6, a conventional hair band 5 contains a hollowly woven body 51 configured to cover a flexible tying strap 52 made of flexible plastic to avoid pollution of the flexible plastic. The hair band 5 is comprised of the hollowly woven body 51, the flexible tying strap 52, and a fastener 53, wherein the flexible tying strap 52 is made of rubber and is covered by the hollowly woven body 51, and the fastener 53 is configured to fasten two ends of the hollowly woven body 51, thus producing the hair band 5. The hollowing woven body 51 has multiple bores 54 so that the hairs 6 are inserted into the hollowly woven body 51 via the multiple bores 54. However, the hairs 6 touch the flexible tying strap 52 of the hollowly woven body 51 to pull or break the hairs 6, when removing the hair band 5 from the hairs 6.
The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.
SUMMARY
The primary aspect of the present invention is to provide a hair band which is configured to tying hairs or ponytail, wherein when desiring to remove the hair band from the hairs or the ponytail, the hairs are pulled out of the multiple bores of the hair band easily to avoid friction of the multiple intersected threads and tearing off of the hairs.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
With reference to FIGS. 1-4, a hair band 10 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a flexible body 1, and the flexible body 1 including a predetermined length and is woven by multiple intersected threads, the flexible body 1 further includes multiple bores 13 defined among the multiple intersected threads, wherein two ends 11 of the flexible body 1 are connected to form a coupling portion 14, and the coupling portion 14 is hot pressed by an ultrasonic pressing machine 2 so as to produce the hair band 10 in a circle shape or a ring shape, thus tying hairs or ponytail by using the hair band 10. When desiring to remove the hair band 10 from the hairs or the ponytail, the hairs are pulled out of the multiple bores 13 of the hair band 10 easily to avoid friction of the multiple intersected threads and tearing off of the hairs 4.
Referring to FIG. 2, the flexible body 1 is formed in a hollow tube shape and includes a hollow space in which no any object is accommodated to have friction with an inner wall of the flexible body 1, wherein the two ends 11 of the flexible body 1 are connected to form the coupling portion 14, and the coupling portion 14 is hot pressed by the ultrasonic pressing machine 2, wherein the ultrasonic pressing machine 2 includes a hot press mold 21, and the hot press mold 21 has a non-planar surface on which concave patterns and convex patterns are formed, for example, the hot press mold 21 is located on a top and a bottom of the coupling portion 14 formed by the two ends 11 of the flexible body 1 so as to hot press the top and the bottom of the coupling portion 14, thus producing a hot-pressed pattern section 15 on the top and the bottom of the coupling portion 14. In addition, the coupling portion 14 of the flexible body 1 is hot pressed to connect the flexible body 1, thus forming the hair band 10 in the circle shape or the ring shape.
The ultrasonic pressing machine 2 is configured to press various patterns without using sewing threads, thus enhancing production efficiency and obtaining easy operation.
Since the multiple intersected threads do not have the friction with the object and the flexible body 1 includes the multiple bores 13, when tiring the hairs 4, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the hairs 4 are inserted into the flexible body 1, wherein the flexible body 1 is woven by the multiple intersected threads, and the hairs 4 are inserted into the multiple bores 13 to avoid to be pulled or broken.
With reference to FIG. 5, in another embodiment, a hair band 3 includes a flexible body 31 which is a plane, and the flexible body 31 has multiple bores 32, a predetermined length, and two ends, wherein the two ends of the flexible body 31 are connected to form a coupling portion by which the flexible body 31 is formed in a circle shape or a ring shape.
Accordingly, the hair band 10 of the present invention includes the flexible body 1, and the flexible body 1 is woven by the multiple intersected threads, wherein the flexible body 1 further includes the multiple bores 13 defined among the multiple intersected threads, the predetermined length, and the two ends 11 which are connected to form the coupling portion 14, such that the coupling portion 14 is hot pressed by the ultrasonic pressing machine 2, and the flexible body 1 is formed to produce the hair band 10 in the circle shape or the ring shape, thus tying the hairs or the ponytail by using the hair band 10. Furthermore, when removing the hair band 10 from the hairs or the ponytail, the multiple intersected threads do not have the friction with the object so that the hairs are removed from the multiple bores 13 easily and are not pulled or broken.
