TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to a hair clip which is highly flexible to clamp hairs.
BACKGROUND
Hair clips are one of the indispensable hairdressing styling tools for modern female consumers. It is considered that conventional hair clips can hold the hair strands in the clamping operation, but they will produce hairpins on the hair strands during the clamping operation, thus sliding and not easy to fix. To increase clamping and fixing effects, a plurality of hair teeth will be arranged inside the two clips of the conventional hair clips. But after clamping, the hair teeth will damage the hair.
The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.
SUMMARY
The primary aspect of the present invention is to provide a hair clip which contains the at least one first and second flexible ribs being highly flexibly to clamp the hairs based on various using requirements when the hair clip clamps the hairs, and the at least one first and second flexible ribs are formed in the wave shape to avoid damage the hairs, thus obtaining using safety.
To obtain above-mentioned aspect, a hair clip provided by the present invention contains: the first clamper, the second clamper, and the resilient element rotatably connected between the first clamper and the second clamper and configured to urge the first clamper and the second clamper to clamp the hairs, wherein the first clamper includes the at least one first flexible rib extending from the inner wall of the first curved combing extensions and formed in at least one wave shape, and the first curved combing extensions is one-piece formed with the at least one first flexible rib. The second clamper includes at least one second flexible rib extending from the inner wall of the second curved combing extension and formed in at least one wave shape, wherein the second curved combing extensions is one-piece formed with the at least one second flexible rib.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
With reference to FIGS. 1-4, a hair clip 10 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a first clamper 1 and a second clamper 2, a structure of which is the same as a structure of the first clamper 1. The first clamper 1 includes a first press sheet 11, multiple first curved combing extensions 12 extending from a bottom of the first clamper 1, and a first rotatable connection portion 13 formed among the first press sheet 11 and the multiple first curved combing extensions 12. The second clamper 2 includes a second press sheet 21, multiple second curved combing extensions 22 extending from a bottom of the second clamper 2 and configured to clamp hairs with the multiple first curved combing extensions 12, and a second rotatable connection portion 23 formed among the second press sheet 21 and the multiple second curved combing extensions 22 and configured to rotatably connect with the first rotatable connection portion 13. A resilient element 3 is rotatably connected between the first rotatable connection portion 13 and the second rotatable connection portion 23 and is configured to urge the first clamper 1 and the second clamper 2 to clamp the hairs, wherein a connection bolt 4 is configured to fix the resilient element 3 in the first rotatable connection portion 13 and the second rotatable connection portion 23, and the resilient element 3 is a spring. The first clamper 1 further includes at least one first flexible rib 14 extending from inner walls of the multiple first curved combing extensions 12 and formed in at least one wave shape, wherein a width of a respective one first flexible rib 14 is 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm, and the multiple first curved combing extensions 12 are one-piece formed with the at least one first flexible rib 14. The second clamper 2 further includes at least one second flexible rib 24 extending from inner walls of the multiple second curved combing extensions 22 and formed in at least one wave shape, wherein a width of a respective one second flexible rib 24 is 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm, and the multiple second curved combing extensions 22 are one-piece formed with the at least one second flexible rib 24.
Referring to FIG. 3, the at least one first flexible rib 14 and the at least one second flexible rib 24 are formed in at least two wave shapes. As shown in FIG. 5, the at least one first/second flexible rib 5 is formed in three successive wave shapes.
Referring further to FIG. 6, the at least one first/second flexible rib 6 is an arcuately elongated bar.
With reference to FIG. 7, in another embodiment, the hair clip 7 includes multiple combing extensions 71, and a respective one first/second combing extension 71 has a hollow portion 710, wherein the hair clip 7 further includes at least one first/second flexible rib 74 extending from an inner wall of a top 72 and an inner wall of a bottom 73, wherein the at least one first/second flexible rib 74 is formed in at least one wave shape and is one-piece formed with the multiple first/second combing extensions 71.
Thereby, the hair clip 10 comprises the first clamper 1, the second clamper 2, and the resilient element 3 rotatably connected between the first clamper 1 and the second clamper 2 and configured to urge the first clamper 1 and the second clamper 2 to clamp the hairs, wherein the first clamper 1 includes the at least one first flexible rib 14 extending from the inner walls of the multiple first curved combing extensions 12 and formed in at least one wave shape, and the multiple first curved combing extensions 12 are one-piece formed with the at least one first flexible rib 14. The second clamper 2 includes at least one second flexible rib 24 extending from the inner walls of the multiple second curved combing extensions 2 and formed in at least one wave shape, wherein the multiple second curved combing extensions 22 are one-piece formed with the at least one second flexible rib 24. In operation, the at least one first and second flexible ribs 14, 24 are highly flexibly to clamp the hairs based on various using requirements when the hair clip clamps the hairs. Preferably, the at least one first and second flexible ribs 14, 24 are formed in the wave shape to avoid damage the hairs, thus obtaining using safety.
