DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

FIGS. 1 to 5 are respectively a pictorially schematic assembled view, a pictorially schematic decomposed view, a schematic view at another angle, a first schematic implementation view and a second schematic implementation view showing a preferred embodiment of the invention.

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 5, it is clearly obtained that a hair comb set structure 1 includes a comb body 2 and a comb cover 3, wherein the comb body 2 is in a form of an arc body and is formed with a first side surface 21 and a second side surface 22 at positions of the two side surfaces. Multiple combing teeth 23 are formed on the first side surface 21, and multiple connection strip portions 24 and multiple connection ring portions 25 are formed on the comb body 2. Multiple guide holes 26 communicating the first side surface 21 with the second side surface 22 are formed between the connection strip portions 24 and the connection ring portions 25.

In addition, one end of the comb body 2 is formed with a handle 27, and a grip portion 27 is formed on the handle 27. Also, the comb cover 3 is formed with an accommodating space 31 for accommodating the comb body 2, and the comb cover 3 is formed with at least one baffle 32 and at least one projection 33 on an inner wall of the accommodating space 31. In this embodiment, the projection 33 is formed on a side edge of the comb cover 3, and a through hole 34 and a scarf joint 35 are formed on the comb cover 3. The through hole 34 communicates with the accommodating space 31, and the scarf joint 35 is to be joined to the handle 27. In addition, when the comb body 2 is assembled within the accommodating space 31 of the comb cover 3, the combing teeth 23 are correspondingly disposed in the accommodating space 31, and the first side surface 21 of the comb body 2 and the baffle 32 rest against and position with each other. Meanwhile, the second side surface 22 is snapped to the projection 33. When the user is using the comb body 2, four fingers of the user can hold the grip portion 271, which presents the slightly bent form to enable the user to hold the handle 27 in a manner satisfying the human engineering and in the correct direction.

Also, the comb body 2 is used in conjunction with a hair dryer 4. When the user moves the combing teeth 23 toward the hair roots, the first side surface 21 neighbors upon the positions of the hair roots, and the hot air steams of the hair dryer 4 enter through the guide holes 26 and then go to the positions of the first side surface 21 and the combing teeth 23, so that the comb body 2 can effectively guide the hot air steams and the rapid drying effect can be achieved. Also, when the using of the comb body 2 is finished, the comb cover 3 can directly cover the comb body 2, so that the first side surface 21 firstly passes through the projection 33 until the first side surface 21 and the baffle 32 rest against and position with each other. Meanwhile, the second side surface 22 is also snapped to the projection 33 through the projection 33, so that the comb body 2 and the combing teeth 23 are correspondingly disposed in the accommodating space 31, and the handle 27 is joined to the scarf joint 35.

Alternatively, when the comb cover 3 is to be removed from the comb body 2, the projection 33 of the first side surface 21 can be directly separated from the second side surface 22, so that the comb cover 3 can be removed from the comb body 2. Thus, the comb body 2 of the hair comb set structure 1 can guide the hot air steams through the guide holes 26, and the comb cover 3 can directly cover the comb body 2, so that the rapid drying and convenient covering and protecting effects can be achieved. Also, when the comb body 2 is disposed in the accommodating space 31, the combing teeth 23 can achieve the ventilation effect through the through hole 34.

Referring now to FIG. 5 and FIG. 7, a side view of the comb body 2 is illustrated according to some embodiments. As illustrated in FIG. 5, the comb body comprises a substantially s-shaped comb body which includes a first c-shaped curve, when viewed from the side, to which a plurality of combing teeth is affixed along the first c-shaped curve which includes a plurality of comb teeth (i.e., a teeth portion of the s-shaped comb body). The plurality of combing teeth each comprise a shaft and a ball at a distal end of the shaft and, in some embodiments, the plurality of combing teeth may be arranged in (i) a plurality of substantially oval shaped rings that follow a curvature of a portion of the s-shaped comb body (e.g., a first c-shaped curve) and (ii) a row comprising a plurality of combing teeth where the row is circumscribed by an innermost oval shaped ring of the plurality of oval shaped rings.

As further illustrated in FIG. 5 and FIG. 7, when the comb body 2 rests on a surface 76 (illustrated as a dashed line), both (i) a handle end 72 and (ii) a midpoint 75 of first c-shaped curve are in contact with the surface 76. In some embodiments, a distal end 72 (See FIG. 7) of the handle is not in contact with the surface 76 (See FIG. 7) and may be raised at an angle between 30 degrees and 35 degrees with the surface 76 (see angle 79). In some embodiments, angle 79 may be between 31 and 33 degrees. A portion of the handle closest to the teeth portion may be raised at an angle between 15 degrees and 19 degrees as shown as angle 73. In some embodiments, angle 73 may be between 17 and 18 degrees. The handle/handle end 72 may be located at an opposite end of the s-shaped comb body from the teeth portion.

An end of the s-shaped comb body 2 that is at a distal end 78 from the handle may be raised by an angle between 21 degrees and 25 degrees as shown as angle 77. In some embodiments, angle 73 may be between 23 and 24 degrees.

Now referring to FIG. 6, a front view of the s-shaped comb body 2 is illustrated. As illustrated, the front of the s-shaped comb body 2 defines a second c-shaped curve from a first outer edge 98 to a second outer edge 99 with a maximum concave point of the c-shaped curve in the center of the comb body. In this sense, the s-shaped comb body 2 has both a forward-facing c-shaped curve (e.g., the second c-shaped curve) and a side facing c-shaped curve (e.g., the first c-shaped curve). As illustrated in FIG. 6, angle 92 may range from 20 to 25 degrees and angle 94 may range from 7 to 12 degrees. In some embodiments angle 92 may range from 21-22 degrees and angle 94 may range from 9 to 10 degrees. A third c-shaped curve 74 may be located between the first c-shaped curve and the handle.

The aforementioned shapes and angles described with respect to FIG. 5, FIG. 6 and FIG. 7 improve the performance of the comb set. For example, the defined shapes and angles improve ergonomics so that is easier for a user to remove tangles from hair, massage the scalp and create volume in the hair. Moreover, the defined shapes and angles improve drying time of hair when using a blow dryer in conjunction with the comb set.

It should be noted that, the above descriptions only relate to preferred embodiments of the invention, and are not intended to limit the invention. Any modifications, such as the transformed configuration or layout type, various changes, modifications and applications, generating the equivalent effect, made according to the concept of the invention without departing from the spirit of the invention should be included in the scope of the claims.
