Abstract
The invention provides a hair comb, which comprises a comb body and a plurality of comb tooth sets. The comb tooth sets are configured side by side on the comb body. Each comb tooth set comprises a comb tooth portion, a base, and a support portion. The comb tooth portion is provided on an upper surface thereof with a plurality of comb needles having elasticity. The support portion comprises a first connection member, a plurality of elastic support members, and a second connection member. The elastic support members are configured between the first connection member and the second connection member. The first connection member is connected to the comb tooth portion. The second connection member is connected to the base. The hair comb can effectively straighten out or unwind the winding or the knotting of hair in different positions or of different degrees so as to protect the hair.
Description

This non-provisional application claims priority claim under 35 U.S.C. ยง 119 (a) on China Patent Application No. 201720186423.6 filed Feb. 28, 2017, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.


FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a comb, more particularly, to a comb for combing hair.


BACKGROUND

When the tradition hair comb is taken for combing hair (especially long hair) and encountered slight hair knotted, it is able to straighten out the winding or the knotting of hair by the elasticity of oneself comb needle. However, the tradition hair comb can only forcibly pull a serious knotted hair, in which will not only cause the pain of the user' scalp, but may pull to break the hair. Furthermore, the comb needles of the tradition hair comb are configured on the same comb sheet, which are unable to provide the different level of the combing for the winding or the knotting of the hair in different positions or of different degrees, resulting in people have to be forced to pull hair, and therefore the hair broken and pain happened to the user.


SUMMARY

It is one objective of the present invention to provide a hair comb, which can effectively straighten out or unwind the winding or the knotting of hair in different positions or of different degrees.


It is another objective of the present invention to provide a hair comb, when the hair comb is used for combing the hair and encountered parts of serious winding or knotting, the comb tooth sets of the hair comb can evade these parts of serious winding or knotting by elastic swing of a supporting portion, in such a way the condition that the comb needles of the comb tooth sets forcibly straighten out or unwind the winding or the knotting, resulting in the pain or hair broken for people due to the scalp to be pulled will be prevented, these parts of the winding or the knotting of hair can be smoothly straightened out or unwound through repeating multiple combing under the user is in painless situation so as to protect the hair.


To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a hair comb, comprising: a comb body; and a plurality of comb tooth sets, configured side by side on the comb body, wherein each of comb tooth sets comprises a comb tooth portion, a base, and a support portion; wherein the comb tooth portion is provided on an upper surface thereof with a plurality of comb needle having elasticity, the support portion comprises a first connection member, a plurality of elastic support members, and a second connection member, the elastic support members are configured between the first connection member and the second connection member, the first connection member is connected at an upper surface thereof to a lower surface of the comb tooth portion, the second connection member is connected at a lower surface thereof to an upper surface of the base.


In one embodiment of the present invention, the comb tooth set is a disassemblable component, the comb tooth portion, the base, and the support portion are combined into the comb tooth set by the means of embedding.


In one embodiment of the present invention, cross sections of the comb tooth portion, the first connection member, the second connection member, and the base are an arc-shaped, respectively.


In one embodiment of the present invention, the comb body is a rectangular comb body.


In one embodiment of the present invention, cross sections of the elastic support members are cylindrical-shaped, wave-shaped, or arc-shaped.


In one embodiment of the present invention, cross sections of the comb tooth portion, the first connection member, the second connecting member, and the base are ring-shaped.


In one embodiment of the present invention, the comb body is a cylindrical body, the comb tooth portion, the first connection member, the second connection member, and the base are a hollow ring member, respectively, the base is embedded into a round hole surrounded by the second connection member of the support portion and the support portion is embedded into a round hole surrounded by the comb tooth portion in such a way that the comb tooth set is assembled, each of the comb tooth sets is configured on the comb body via the base passed through the comb body.


In one embodiment of the present invention, cross sections of the elastic support members are cylindrical-shaped, wave-shaped, or arc-shaped.


In one embodiment of the present invention, the comb body is provided at a front end thereof with a cap for stopping the comb tooth sets on the comb body.


In one embodiment of the present invention, the comb body is provided at a rear end thereof with a handle.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, there are shown a structural view of a hair comb according to one embodiment of the present invention, and a structural view of a comb tooth set according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the hair comb 100 comprises a rectangular comb body 10. A plurality of comb tooth sets 20 are configured side by side on the rectangular comb body 10. In one embodiment of the present invention, the comb tooth sets 20 are five sets, including but not limited to this. Each of comb tooth sets 20 comprises a comb tooth portion 21, a support portion 22, and a base 23. The comb tooth portion 21 is vertically provided on an upper surface thereof with a plurality of comb needles 211 having elasticity, for example, the elastic comb needles have different length or different thickness. The base 23 is connected at an upper surface thereof to a lower surface of the comb tooth portion 21 via the support portion 22, and connected at a lower surface thereof to the comb body 10. In one embodiment of the present invention, the comb tooth set 20 is an integrally formed member by the means of injection molding. Otherwise, the comb tooth set 20 is a disassemblable component, the comb tooth portion 21, the support portion 22, and the base 23 are combined into the comb tooth set 20 by the means of embedding. Furthermore, in the present invention, the hair comb 100 can also known as hair brush, the comb tooth set 20 can also known as brush bristle set, and the comb needle 211 can also known as brush bristle.


In the hair comb 100 of the present invention, the comb needles 211 on the comb tooth portion 21 of the comb tooth set 20 are used for combing hair, and the comb portion 21 is able to independent swing via the support portion 22. When the hair comb 100 is used for combing hair and encountered parts of serious winding or knotting, the comb tooth set 20 can evade these parts of serious winding or knotting by the elastic swing of the support portion 22, in such a way the condition that the comb needles 211 forcibly straighten out or unwind the winding or the knotting, resulting in the pain or hair broken for people due to the scalp to be pulled will be prevented, these parts of the winding or the knotting of hair can be smoothly straightened out or unwound through repeating multiple combing under the user is in a painless situation so as to protect the hair. Furthermore, because each of comb tooth sets 20 is independent configured on the comb body 10, it can effectively straighten out or unwind the winding or the knotting of hair in different positions or of different degrees.


In one embodiment of the present invention, the cross-section of the upper surface of the comb tooth portion 21 is an arc-shaped so that the comb needles 211 can be evenly arranged on the comb tooth portion 21, which is good for combing hair.


In the present invention, the support portion 22 comprises a first connection member 221, a plurality of elastic support members 222, and a second connection member 223. The elastic support members 222 are configured side by side between the first connection member 221 and the second connection member 223. The upper surface of the first connection member 221 is connected to the lower surface of the comb tooth portion 21, the lower surface of the second connection member 223 is connected to the upper surface of the base 23. The elastic support members 222 are arranged in a side-by-side in order to provide a good swingability of the support portion 22. Besides, the support members 222 have elasticity so that the support portion 22 also has the effect of cushioning, which can reduce the damage of the comb needles 211 to the scalp and also massage the scalp. Furthermore, the comb needles 211 are provided at an end thereof with soft contact heads, for example the contact head is a ball-shaped, which will prevent that the comb needles 211 are too sharp and therefore hurt the scalp.


In one embodiment of the present invention, the cross sections of the comb tooth portion 21, the first connection member 221, the second connection member 223, and the base 23 are an arc-shaped, respectively. Besides, in the FIG. 2 embodiment of the present invention, the cross sections of the elastic support members 222 of the support portion 22 are cylindrical-shaped. In another embodiment of the present invention, the cross sections of the elastic support members 222 of the support portion 22 are wave-shaped, as shown in FIG. 3. In another embodiment of the present invention, otherwise, the cross sections of the elastic support members 222 of the support portion 22 are arc-shaped, as shown in FIG. 4.


The comb body 10 of the hair comb 100 is further provided at a rear end thereof with a handle 30, as shown in FIG. 5. Thus, the user is convenient for holding the hair comb 100 by the handle 30.


Referring to FIGS. 6 and 7, there are shown a structural view of a hair comb according to another embodiment of the present invention, and a structural view of a comb tooth set according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 6, the comb body 50 of the hair comb 500 is a cylindrical body. A plurality of comb tooth sets 60 can be configured on the cylindrical comb body 50. In one embodiment of the present invention, the comb tooth sets 60 are five sets, including but not limited to this.


As shown in FIG. 7, each of comb tooth sets 60 comprises a comb tooth portion 61, a support portion 62, and a base 63. A plurality of comb needles 611 having elasticity are radially provided on the upper surface of the comb tooth portion 61. The support portion 62 comprises a first connection member 621, a plurality of elastic support members 622, and a second connection member 623. The elastic support members 622 are configured between the first connection member 621 and the second connection member 623. The upper surface of the first connection member 621 is connected to the lower surface of the comb tooth portion 61, the lower surface of the second connection member 623 is connected to the upper surface of the base 63. The cross sections of the comb tooth portion 61, the first connection member 621, the second connection member 623, and the base 63 are a ring-shaped, respectively. Further, the comb tooth portion 61, the second connection member 623, and the base 63 are a hollow ring member, respectively. When the producer wants to perform an assembly procedure for the hair comb 500, firstly, the base 63 can be embedded into a round hole surrounded by the second connection member 623 of the support portion 62, and the support portion 62 can be embedded in a round hole surrounded by the comb tooth portion 61 in such a way that the comb tooth set 60 is assembled. Then, each of assembled comb tooth sets 60 is sequentially configured on the comb body 50 via the base 63 passed through the comb body 50. After the comb tooth sets 60 have been configured on the comb body 50, a cap 51 for stopping the comb tooth sets 60 on the comb body 50 will be sleeved on a front end of the comb body 50, such that the assembly procedure for the hair comb 500 can be completed.


In one embodiment of the present invention, the cross sections of the elastic support members 622 of the support portion 62 are cylindrical-shaped. In another embodiment of the present invention, otherwise, the cross sections of the elastic support members 622 of the support portion 62 are wave-shaped or arc-shaped. Of course, the comb body 50 is also provided at a rear end thereof with a handle 70.


Accordingly, when the hair comb 500 is used for combing the hair and encountered parts of serious winding or knotting, the comb tooth sets 60 can evade these parts of serious winding or knotting by the elastic swing of the supporting portion 62, in such a way the condition that the comb needles 611 forcibly straighten out or unwind the winding or the knotting, resulting in the pain or hair broken for people due to the scalp to be pulled will be prevented, these parts of the winding or the knotting of hair can be smoothly straightened out or unwound through repeating multiple combing under the user is in painless situation so as to protect the hair. Furthermore, because each of comb tooth sets 60 is independent configured on the comb body 50, it can effectively straighten out or unwind the winding or the knotting of hair in different positions or of different degrees.

All equivalent variations and modifications on the basis of shapes, structures, features and spirits described in the claims of the present invention should be included in the claims of the present invention.

Claims
  • 1. A hair comb, comprising: a comb body; anda plurality of comb tooth sets, configured side by side on the comb body, wherein each of comb tooth sets comprises a comb tooth portion, a base, and a support portion;wherein the comb tooth portion is provided on an upper surface thereof with a plurality of comb needle having elasticity, the support portion comprises a first connection member, a plurality of elastic support members, and a second connection member, the elastic support members are configured between the first connection member and the second connection member, the first connection member is connected at an upper surface thereof to a lower surface of the comb tooth portion, the second connection member is connected at a lower surface thereof to an upper surface of the base.
  • 2. The hair comb according to claim 1, wherein the comb tooth set is a disassemblable component, the comb tooth portion, the base, and the support portion are combined into the comb tooth set by the means of embedding.
  • 3. The hair comb according to claim 1, wherein cross sections of the comb tooth portion, the first connection member, the second connection member, and the base are an arc-shaped, respectively.
  • 4. The hair comb according to claim 3, wherein the comb body is a rectangular comb body.
  • 5. The hair comb according to claim 3, wherein cross sections of the elastic support members are cylindrical-shaped, wave-shaped, or arc-shaped.
  • 6. The hair comb according to claim 1, wherein cross sections of the comb tooth portion, the first connection member, the second connecting member, and the base are ring-shaped.
  • 7. The hair comb according to claim 6, wherein the comb body is a cylindrical body, the comb tooth portion, the first connection member, the second connection member, and the base are a hollow ring member, respectively, the base is embedded into a round hole surrounded by the second connection member of the support portion, and the support portion is embedded into a round hole surrounded by the comb tooth portion in such a way that the comb tooth set is assembled, each of the comb tooth sets is configured on the comb body via the base passed through the comb body.
  • 8. The hair comb according to claim 6, wherein cross sections of the elastic support members are cylindrical-shaped, wave-shaped, or arc-shaped.
  • 9. The hair comb according to claim 8, wherein the comb body is provided at a front end thereof with a cap for stopping the comb tooth sets on the comb body.
  • 10. The hair comb according to claim 1, wherein the comb body is provided at a rear end thereof with a handle.
