Abstract
A hair heating cap includes a cap body, a fastener belt, a heating element and an adjusting element. The cap body includes a bottom part and a side wall. The bottom part and the side wall form a wearing chamber and a wearing opening. The side wall has a first inner chamber and two first openings. A part of the fastener belt is located in the first inner chamber and the other part of the fastener belt connected extending from the two first openings. The heating element is located in second inner chamber. The adjusting element is able to slide along the fastener belt and to be fixed at two positions adjacent to the two first openings, so as to adjust a length of the part of the fastener belt located in the first inner chamber and fasten the cap body on a user's head.
Description
FIELD

The present disclosure generally relates to hair care devices, and particularly relates to a hair heating cap.


BACKGROUND

In addition to going to hair salons or barber shops to get professional hair treatment, people can also buy hair care products (such as hair oil and hair mask) to take care of hair at home. People usually will apply hair care products to the wet hair after washing hair, and then covers the hair with towel and take shower or bath, using the steam in the bathroom to heat the hair, which helps the hair to absorb the nutrition from the hair care products. However, the heat of the steam of the bathroom and the heat dissipated from the user's body are not enough provide a good hair care effect.


Hair heating caps are developed to help the hair to absorb the nutrition by providing a better heat effect. A conventional hair heating cap comprises a cap body, electrically heating wires provided in the cap body. After applying hair care products to the hair, the user can put on the hair heating cap, so that the heating wires will produce heat to improve the temperature inside the cap.


However, how to fastener the cap body on a user's head and make a wear opening of the cap body fit the heads with different sizes are important problems.


SUMMARY

In order to overcome the disadvantage of the existing hair heating capes, the present disclosure provides a hair heating cap which can carry objects easily.


The present disclosure provides a hair heating cap including: A hair heating cap including: a cap body including a bottom part and a side wall connected with the bottom part, the bottom part and the side wall forming a wearing chamber and a wearing opening communicating the wearing chamber, the side wall including a first inner chamber surrounding the wearing opening, two first openings adjacent to each other and communicating two ends of the first inner chamber and a second inner chamber surrounding the wearing chamber; a fastener belt, a part of the fastener belt located in the first inner chamber and the other part of the fastener belt connected extending from the two first openings; a heating element located in second inner chamber and configured to heat hair; and an adjusting element disposed on the fastener belt, wherein the adjusting element is able to slide along the the fastener belt and to be fixed at two positions of the fastener belt adjacent to the two first openings, as as to adjust a length of the part of the fastener belt located in the first inner chamber and fasten the cap body on a user's head.


In at least one embodiment, the adjusting element includes a base element, an elastic element, and a driving element, the base element includes two first through holes passing through the base element along a first direction and a first groove along a second direction, the driving element includes two second through holes passing through the driving element, the first groove communicates the two first through holes, the other part of the fastener belt passes through the two first through holes and the two second through holes, at least a part of the driving element is disposed in the first groove, the elastic element is connected between the driving element and a bottom portion of the first groove, when the driving element is driven toward the base element along the second direction by an external force, the elastic element is compressed and the two second through holes align with two first through holes, such that the adjusting element releases the fastener belt and is able to slide to the two positions of the fastener belt adjacent to the two first openings along the fastener belt; when the external force is stopped, the elastic element drives the driving element move away from the base element along the second direction, and a part of the two second through holes stagger with a part of the two first through holes, such that the fastener belt is clamped by first side surfaces of the first through holes and second side surfaces of the second through holes.


In at least one embodiment, an external surface of the driving element away from the first groove is an arc-shaped surface protruding toward an external side of the first groove.


In at least one embodiment, the driving element includes a guiding notch, the bottom portion of the first groove including a first sub-groove, the bottom surface of the guiding notch includes a second sub-groove, and the elastic element is connected between a bottom surface of the second sub-groove and a bottom surface of the first sub-groove.


In at least one embodiment, the base element includes a half hole located at one side of the base element and communicating the first groove along the first direction, a block is disposed on the driving element and located in the half hole and able to slide in the half hole along the second direction, and the block is configured to contact with an inner surface of the half hole to avoid separating from the base element, and a middle part of the elastic element is exposed from the half hole.


In at least one embodiment, a cross-section of the base element along a plane surface perpendicular to the first direction is elliptical.


In at least one embodiment, two ends of the part of the fastener belt are connected with two ends of the other parts the fastener belt such that the fastener belt forms a circular shape structure.


In at least one embodiment, the hair heating cap further includes an inner cap, and the inner cap is configured to be disposed in the wearing chamber and be detachably connected with a side of the side wall away from the bottom part.


In at least one embodiment, the inner cap and the cap body are detachably connected to each other by a zipper, the zipper includes a first zipper portion disposed at an external surface of the cap body and surrounding the wearing opening, a second zipper portion disposed at a round edge of the inner cap, and a zipper head disposed on one of the first zipper portion and the second zipper portion and configured to connect or disconnect with the first zipper portion and the second zipper portion.


In at least one embodiment, the first inner chamber is located at an inner side of the first zipper portion, and a side of the first zipper portion away from the bottom part protrudes from the cap body.


In at least one embodiment, the heating element includes at least one heating wire and a heat insulation element connected with the at least one heating wire, the side wall of the cap body includes an external layer, an inner layer facing the external layer and connected with the external layer, and an extending portion forms the first inner chamber and connected with the external layer and the inner layer, the second inner chamber is located between the inner layer and the external layer, the inner layer and the inner cap are made of waterproof and insulation material, the external layer is made of heatproof and insulation material, the at least one heating wire is at least one silicon heating wire.


In at least one embodiment, the heat insulation element includes a first insulation layer, a second insulation layer, and a heat insulation layer, the at least one heating wire is located between the first insulation layer and the second insulation layer, the heat insulation layer includes fireproof sponge material and located between the second insulation layer and the external layer.


In at least one embodiment, the cap body includes a second opening communicating the second inner chamber, the hair heating cap further includes a control device, a first cable pass through the second opening and electrically connected between the heating element and the control device, and the control device is configured to control the hair heating cap by controls of the heating element.


In at least one embodiment, he hair heating cap further includes a plug configured to connected with a socket to obtain a working voltage and a second cable connected between the plug and the control device.


In at least one embodiment, the hair heating cap includes a plurality of heating modes, the number of the heating modes is greater than and equal to 3, heating temperatures of the plurality of heating modes are different from each other, different values of two adjacent heating temperatures are same, and the heating temperatures ranges from 20° C. to 65° C.


In at least one embodiment, the number of the heating modes is 10, a different value of each of two adjacent heating temperatures are 5° C., and a highest heating temperatures is 65° C. and the lowest heating temperatures is 35° C.


In at least one embodiment, the hair heating cap includes an timing function, and the control device is also configured to control the hair heating cap heat in three different times.


In at least one embodiment, the three different times are 20 mins, 30 mins and 45 mins.


In at least one embodiment, the hair heating cap includes at least one temperature sensor disposed in the cap body and electrically connected with the control device, the control device is configured to receive at least one sensing signal from the at least one temperature sensor and control the heating element according to the at least one sensing signal, when a temperature of the cap body is greater than and equal to a first value, the control device controls the heating element stop heating according to the at least one sensing signal; when a temperature of the cap body is less than and equal to a second value less than the first value, the control device controls the heating element heating again according to the at least one sensing signal.


In at least one embodiment, the first value is 65° C. and the second value is 35° C.


The hair heating cap provided by the present disclosure includes the fastener belt and the adjusting element, the adjusting element is able to slide along the the fastener belt and to be fixed at two positions of the fastener belt adjacent to the two first openings, as as to adjust a length of the part of the fastener belt located in the first inner chamber and fasten the cap body on a user's head. Thus, the cap body can be putted on user's heads with different sizes and avoid sliding down, user experience of the hair heating cap is improved.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

an adjusting belt is disposed on the cap body and surrounds an first opening of the the cap body, and the size of a wearing chamber of the cap body can be adjusted by the adjusting belt in order to fit the user's head.


Furthermore, the hair heating cap may has an elastic belt disposed on the cap body and surrounding a wearing opening of the cap body, and the elastic belt is configured to fix the heating cap on a user's head.


Referring to FIGS. 1-3, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a hair heating cap 10. The hair heating cap 10 includes a cap body 20, a fastener belt 30, a heating element 40, an adjusting element 50, an inner cap 60, and a control device 70.


The cap body 20 includes a bottom part 21 and a side wall 22 connected with the bottom part 21. The bottom part 21 and the side wall 22 form a wearing chamber 201 and a wearing opening 202 communicating the wearing chamber 201. The side wall 22 includes a first inner chamber 221 surrounding the wearing opening 202. Two first openings 202 are adjacent to each other and communicates two ends of the first inner chamber 221 and a second inner chamber 222 surrounding the wearing chamber 201.


A part of the fastener belt 30 is located in the first inner chamber 221 and the other part of the fastener belt 30 connected the part of the fastener belt 30, and the other part of the fastener belt 30 extends from the two first openings 202.


The heating element 40 is located in second inner chamber 222 and configured to heat hair.


The adjusting element 50 is disposed on the fastener belt 30. The adjusting element 50 is able to slide along the the fastener belt 30 and to be fixed at two positions P of the fastener belt 30 adjacent to the two first openings 202, as as to adjust a length of the part of the fastener belt 30 located in the first inner chamber 221 and fasten the cap body 20 on a user's head.


The adjusting element 50 includes a base element 51, an elastic element 52, and a driving element 53. The base element 51 includes two first through holes 511 passing through the base element 51 along a first direction X and a first groove 512 along a second direction Y. the driving element 53 includes two second through holes 531 passing through the driving element 53. The first groove 512 communicates the two first through holes 511. The other part of the fastener belt 30 passes through the two first through holes 511 and the two second through holes 531. At least a part of the driving element 53 is disposed in the first groove 512, the elastic element 52 is connected between the driving element 53 and a bottom portion of the first groove 512.


When the driving element 53 is driven toward the base element along the second direction Y by an external force from a user, the elastic element 52 is compressed and the two second through holes 531 align with two first through holes 511, and the adjusting element 50 is in a releasing state, such that the adjusting element 50 releases the fastener belt 30 and is able to slide to the two positions P of the fastener belt adjacent to the two first openings 202 along the fastener belt 30.


When the external force 53 is stopped, the elastic element 52 drives the driving element 53 move away from the base element 51 along the second direction Y, and a part of the two second through holes 531 stagger with a part of the two first through holes 511, such that the fastener belt 30 is clamped by first side surfaces of the first through holes 511 and second side surfaces of the second through holes 531, and the adjusting element 50 is in a clamping state.


It can be understood, the cap body 20 can be putted on user's heads with different sizes and avoid sliding down, user experience of the hair heating cap 10 is improved.


Referring to FIG. 4, a cross-section of the base element 31 along a plane surface perpendicular to the first direction X can be elliptical, and two ends of the part of the fastener belt 30 are connected with two ends of the other parts the fastener belt such that the fastener belt forms a circular shape structure.


The inner cap 60 is configured to be disposed in the wearing chamber 201 and be detachably connected with a side of the side wall 22 away from the bottom part 21. The inner cap 60 and the cap body 20 are detachably connected to each other by a zipper 90. The zipper 90 includes a first zipper portion 91 disposed at an external surface of the cap body 20 and surrounding the wearing opening 201, a second zipper portion 92 disposed at a round edge of the inner cap 60, and a zipper head 93 disposed on one of the first zipper portion 91 and the second zipper portion 92 and configured to connect or disconnect with the first zipper portion 91 and the second zipper portion 92.


The first inner chamber 221 is located at an inner side of the first zipper portion 91, and a side of the first zipper portion 91 away from the bottom part 21 protrudes from the cap body 20.


The heating element 40 includes at least one heating wire 41 and a heat insulation element 42 connected with the at least one heating wire 41. The side wall 22 of the cap body 20 includes an external layer 23, an inner layer 24 facing the external layer 23 and connected with the external layer 23, and an extending portion 25 forms the first inner chamber 221 and connected with the external layer 23 and the inner layer 24, the second inner chamber 222 is located between the inner layer 24 and the external layer 23, the inner layer 24 and the inner cap 60 are made of waterproof and insulation material, the external layer 23 is made of heatproof and insulation material, the at least one heating wire 41 is at least one silicon heating wire.


Referring to FIG. 5, the heat insulation element 42 includes a first insulation layer 421, a second insulation layer 422, and a heat insulation layer 423. The at least one heating wire 41 can be located between the first insulation layer 421 and the second insulation layer 422. The heat insulation layer 42 includes fireproof sponge material and located between the second insulation layer 422 and the external layer 23.


Referring to FIGS. 1-3 again, the cap body 20 includes a second opening 523 communicating the second inner chamber 521. A first cable 81 passes through the second opening 523 and electrically connected between the heating element 40 and the control device 70, and the control device 70 is configured to control the hair heating cap 10 by controls of the heating element 40.


The hair heating cap 10 further includes a plug 82 configured to connected with a socket to obtain a working voltage and a second cable 83 connected between the plug 82 and the control device 70.


Referring to FIGS. 6-8, an external surface of the driving element 53 away from the first groove 512 is an arc-shaped surface protruding toward an external side of the first groove 512. When the adjusting element 50 is in the clamping state, the driving element 53 protrudes out from the first groove 512. Through above structure, it is easy to press the driving element 53 by the user.


The driving element 50 a guiding notch 54, the bottom portion of the first groove 512 includes a first sub-groove 5121, the bottom surface of the guiding notch 54 includes a second sub-groove 541, and the elastic element 52 is connected between a bottom surface of the second sub-groove 541 and a bottom surface of the first sub-groove. 5121 to avoid sliding out.


The base element 51 includes a half hole 514 located at one side of the base element 51 and communicating the first groove 512 along the first direction X. A block 515 is disposed on the driving element 51 and located in the half hole 514 and able to slide in the half hole 514 along the second direction Y. The block 515 is configured to contact with an inner surface of the half hole 514 to avoid separating from the base element 51. A middle part of the elastic element 52 is exposed from the half hole 514.


The hair heating cap 10 has a plurality of heating modes, the number of the heating modes is greater than and equal to 3, heating temperatures of the plurality of heating modes are different from each other, different values of two adjacent heating temperatures are same, and the heating temperatures ranges from 20° C. to 65° C.


In one embodiment, the number of the heating modes is 10, a different value of each of two adjacent heating temperatures are 5° C., and a highest heating temperatures is 65° C. and the lowest heating temperatures is 35° C. The hair heating cap 10 has an timing function, and the control device 70 is also configured to control the hair heating cap heat in three different times, and the three different times can be 20 mins, 30 mins and 45 mins.


Referring to FIG. 9, the hair heating cap 10 includes at least one temperature sensor 84 disposed in the cap body 20 and electrically connected with the control device 70, the control device 70 is configured to receive at least one sensing signal from the at least one temperature sensor 84 and control the heating element 40 according to the at least one sensing signal,


When a temperature of the cap body 20 is greater than and equal to a first value, the control device 70 controls the heating element 60 stop heating according to the at least one sensing signal. When a temperature of the cap body 20 is less than and equal to a second value less than the first value, the control device 70 controls the heating element 40 heating again according to the at least one sensing signal. In the embodiment, he first value is 65° C. and the second value is 35° C.

Claims
  • 1. A hair heating cap, comprising: a cap body comprising a bottom part and a side wall connected with the bottom part, the bottom part and the side wall forming a wearing chamber and a wearing opening communicating the wearing chamber, the side wall comprising a first inner chamber surrounding the wearing opening, two first openings adjacent to each other and communicating two ends of the first inner chamber and a second inner chamber surrounding the wearing chamber;a fastener belt, a part of the fastener belt located in the first inner chamber and the other part of the fastener belt connected extending from the two first openings;a heating element located in second inner chamber and configured to heat hair; andan adjusting element disposed on the fastener belt, wherein the adjusting element is able to slide along the the fastener belt and to be fixed at two positions of the fastener belt adjacent to the two first openings, as as to adjust a length of the part of the fastener belt located in the first inner chamber and fasten the cap body on a user's head.
  • 2. The hair heating cap according to claim 1, wherein the adjusting element comprises a base element, an elastic element, and a driving element, the base element comprises two first through holes passing through the base element along a first direction and a first groove along a second direction, the driving element comprises two second through holes passing through the driving element, the first groove communicates the two first through holes, the other part of the fastener belt passes through the two first through holes and the two second through holes, at least a part of the driving element is disposed in the first groove, the elastic element is connected between the driving element and a bottom portion of the first groove, when the driving element is driven toward the base element along the second direction by an external force, the elastic element is compressed and the two second through holes align with two first through holes, such that the adjusting element releases the fastener belt and is able to slide to the two positions of the fastener belt adjacent to the two first openings along the fastener belt;when the external force is stopped, the elastic element drives the driving element move away from the base element along the second direction, and a part of the two second through holes stagger with a part of the two first through holes, such that the fastener belt is clamped by first side surfaces of the first through holes and second side surfaces of the second through holes.
  • 3. The hair heating cap according to claim 2, wherein an external surface of the driving element away from the first groove is an arc-shaped surface protruding toward an external side of the first groove.
  • 4. The hair heating cap according to claim 2, wherein the driving element comprises a guiding notch, the bottom portion of the first groove comprising a first sub-groove, the bottom surface of the guiding notch comprises a second sub-groove, and the elastic element is connected between a bottom surface of the second sub-groove and a bottom surface of the first sub-groove.
  • 5. The hair heating cap according to claim 2, wherein the base element comprises a half hole located at one side of the base element and communicating the first groove along the first direction, a block is disposed on the driving element and located in the half hole and able to slide in the half hole along the second direction, and the block is configured to contact with an inner surface of the half hole to avoid separating from the base element, and a middle part of the elastic element is exposed from the half hole.
  • 6. The hair heating cap according to claim 2, wherein a cross-section of the base element along a plane surface perpendicular to the first direction is elliptical.
  • 7. The hair heating cap according to claim 1, wherein two ends of the part of the fastener belt are connected with two ends of the other parts the fastener belt such that the fastener belt forms a circular shape structure.
  • 8. The hair heating cap according to claim 1, wherein the hair heating cap further comprises an inner cap, and the inner cap is configured to be disposed in the wearing chamber and be detachably connected with a side of the side wall away from the bottom part.
  • 9. The hair heating cap according to claim 8, wherein the inner cap and the cap body are detachably connected to each other by a zipper, the zipper comprises a first zipper portion disposed at an external surface of the cap body and surrounding the wearing opening, a second zipper portion disposed at a round edge of the inner cap, and a zipper head disposed on one of the first zipper portion and the second zipper portion and configured to connect or disconnect with the first zipper portion and the second zipper portion.
  • 10. The hair heating cap according to claim 9, wherein the first inner chamber is located at an inner side of the first zipper portion, and a side of the first zipper portion away from the bottom part protrudes from the cap body.
  • 11. The hair heating cap according to claim 8, wherein the heating element comprises at least one heating wire and a heat insulation element connected with the at least one heating wire, the side wall of the cap body comprises an external layer, an inner layer facing the external layer and connected with the external layer, and an extending portion forms the first inner chamber and connected with the external layer and the inner layer, the second inner chamber is located between the inner layer and the external layer, the inner layer and the inner cap are made of waterproof and insulation material, the external layer is made of heatproof and insulation material, the at least one heating wire is at least one silicon heating wire.
  • 12. The hair heating cap according to claim 11, wherein the heat insulation element comprises a first insulation layer, a second insulation layer, and a heat insulation layer, the at least one heating wire is located between the first insulation layer and the second insulation layer, the heat insulation layer comprises fireproof sponge material and located between the second insulation layer and the external layer.
  • 13. The hair heating cap according to claim 1, wherein the cap body comprises a second opening communicating the second inner chamber, the hair heating cap further comprises a control device, a first cable pass through the second opening and electrically connected between the heating element and the control device, and the control device is configured to control the hair heating cap by controls of the heating element.
  • 14. The hair heating cap according to claim 13, wherein the hair heating cap further comprises a plug configured to connected with a socket to obtain a working voltage and a second cable connected between the plug and the control device.
  • 15. The hair heating cap according to claim 13, wherein the hair heating cap comprises a plurality of heating modes, the number of the heating modes is greater than and equal to 3, heating temperatures of the plurality of heating modes are different from each other, different values of two adjacent heating temperatures are same, and the heating temperatures ranges from 20° C. to 65° C.
  • 16. The hair heating cap according to claim 15, wherein the number of the heating modes is 10, a different value of each of two adjacent heating temperatures are 5° C., and a highest heating temperatures is 65° C. and the lowest heating temperatures is 35° C.
  • 17. The hair heating cap according to claim 13, wherein the hair heating cap comprises an timing function, and the control device is also configured to control the hair heating cap heat in three different times.
  • 18. The hair heating cap according to claim 17, wherein the three different times are 20 mins, 30 mins and 45 mins.
  • 19. The hair heating cap according to claim 13, wherein the hair heating cap comprises at least one temperature sensor disposed in the cap body and electrically connected with the control device, the control device is configured to receive at least one sensing signal from the at least one temperature sensor and control the heating element according to the at least one sensing signal, when a temperature of the cap body is greater than and equal to a first value, the control device controls the heating element stop heating according to the at least one sensing signal;when a temperature of the cap body is less than and equal to a second value less than the first value, the control device controls the heating element heating again according to the at least one sensing signal.
  • 20. The hair heating cap according to claim 19, wherein the first value is 65° C. and the second value is 35° C.
