In the hair pin, a lower gripper and an upper gripper are coupled to each other in a form of a gripper through lower and upper hinge parts, a collecting part is rotatably connected to a front end of the upper gripper, and a joint part is connected between the collecting part and the upper gripper.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a hair pin, and more particularly, a hair pin capable of holding hair in a bundle form, in which a connection region of a joint device connected to an upper gripper is in a non-contact state at an upper portion of an pushing part of the upper gripper, so that frequent breakage of the connection region of the joint device, which occurs in a conventional hair pin that is manufactured in a small size, can be prevented from occurring.

2. Description of the Prior Art

The inventor of the present invention has disclosed a hair pin for holding hair in a bundle form as generally known in the art.

One of such a hair pin is disclosed in Korean Patent Registration No. 10-0980909, which will be described with reference to FIG. 1.

The hair pin is configured such that a lower clip piece 3 and an upper clip piece 2 are coupled to each other in a form of a gripper through a bracket 2b, a finger 4 is rotatably connected to a front end of the upper clip piece 2, a rear end of the finger 4 is connected to a front end of a guide loop 5, and a rear end of the guide loop 5 is connected to a rear side of the upper clip piece 2.

Therefore, the hair pin configured as described above is interlocked with the finger 4 and the guide loop 5 when the upper clip piece 2 and the lower clip piece 3 perform a gripping operation to grip the hair.

The finger 4 serves to grip the hair by a front end thereof, and the guide loop 5 rotates the finger 4 while supporting the gripped hair together with the upper clip piece 2.

While performing such a gripping operation, a tip 5t of the guide loop 5 repeatedly performs a sliding operation in a sliding groove 2k formed in a connection part 2q of the upper clip piece 2.

However, the tip 5t of the guide loop 5 is relatively thin, so that the tip 5t is easily broken particularly in the case of a small hair pin.

The reason for this is that surface coating is performed to express glossiness during the production of the hair pin. As surface hardness of a product is increased by the coating, the small hair pin may be easily broken.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS

Hereinafter, an exemplary embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a hair pin according to the present invention, FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view showing a hair pin according to the present invention, and FIG. 4 is a side view showing the hair pin according to the present invention.

As shown in the drawings, a hair pin 100 of the present invention includes a lower gripper 110, an upper gripper 120, a collecting part 130, and a joint part 140.

The lower gripper 110 includes: a lower pressing part 111 for pressing hair; a lower pushing part 112 for widening or narrowing the lower pressing part 111 about a shaft pin 115; and a lower hinge part 113 coupled with an upper hinge part 123 of the upper gripper 120.

In this case, a spring 116 is interposed between the lower hinge part 113 and the upper hinge part 123, and the shaft pin 115 passes through between a shaft hole 114 and a shaft hole 124 so as to be fixedly installed.

Accordingly, the lower gripper 110 and the upper gripper 120 may perform a gripping operation.

The upper gripper 120 includes: an upper pressing part 121 for pressing the hair; an upper pushing part 122 for widening or narrowing the upper pressing part 121 about the shaft pin 115; the upper hinge part 123 coupled with the lower hinge part 113 of the lower gripper 110; a separation preventing part 125 protruding forward of the upper pushing part 122 in a ‘reverse-L’ shape to prevent a hinge shaft part 143 of the joint part 140 from being separated; and a coupling part 127 formed at a front end of the upper pressing part 121 and coupled to an end of an extension part 132 of the collecting part 130.

In this case, the upper pressing part 121 has a length shorter than the lower pressing part 111 of the lower gripper 110, and has a bottom surface formed with a plurality of fixing protrusions 129 as shown in FIG. 6 to hold the pressed hair more tightly.

A first coupling hole 128 is formed in the coupling part 127 and hinge-coupled with a second coupling hole 134 of the collecting part 130 through a pin.

The collecting part 130 includes: a finger-shaped main body 131 for collecting the hair; the extension part 132 extending from both ends of the main body 131; a connection groove 133 formed at an end of the extension part 132 and coupled to a latching shaft 145 formed at a front end 144 of the joint part 140; and the second coupling hole 134 formed on both sides of the maim body 131 and hinge-coupled with the first coupling hole 128 of the upper gripper 120 by the pin.

The joint part 140 includes: a pair of guide parts 141 and 142 formed at both ends of the joint part 140; the hinge shaft part 143 formed at rear ends of the guide parts 141 and 142 while being disposed inward of the separation preventing part 125 of the upper gripper 120, and restrained so as not to be separated to an outside; and a latching shaft 145 formed inward of U-shaped front ends 144 of the guide parts 141 and 142 and fitted into the connection groove 133 of the collecting part 130.

In this case, the hinge shaft part 143 of the joint part 140 is disposed inward of the separation preventing part 125 of the upper gripper 120, and the joint part 140 is vertically rotated about the hinge shaft part 143 and restrained by the separation preventing part 125.

An assembling process, an operation, and an action of the hair pin according to the present invention, which is configured as described above, will be described below.

First, after the lower hinge part 113 of the lower gripper 110 and the upper hinge part 123 of the upper gripper 120 are coupled with each other, the lower hinge part 113 and the upper hinge part 123 are fixed with each other by the shaft pin 115 after interposing the spring 116 therebetween.

Then, the connection groove 133 of the collecting part 130 is fitted to the latching shaft 145 of the front end 144 of the joint part 140.

Next, after the hinge shaft part 143 of the joint part 140 is disposed inward of the separation preventing part 125 of the upper gripper 120, the second coupling hole 134 of the collecting part 130 and the first coupling hole 128 of the coupling part 127 of the upper gripper 120 are coupled with each other by the pin, thereby completing the assembly.

An assembly sequence as described above may be changed into other forms.

After the assembly is completed as described above, the lower gripper 110 and the upper gripper 120 are widened as shown in FIG. 4 when the pushing parts 112 and 122 of the lower gripper 110 and the upper gripper 120 are pressed, and the collecting part 130 and the joint part 140 are levelled with or disposed below the upper gripper 120.

In such a state, when hair H is gripped as shown in FIG. 5, a large amount of the hair H is collected in a bundle and pressed as the collecting part 130 rotates downward to collect a front part of the hair H while a central connection region rises upward together with the joint part 140.

At this time, since the joint part 140 moves up and down about the hinge shaft part 143, and the hinge shaft part 143 is disposed inward of the separation preventing part 125, there is no sliding operation as in the related art, so that the hair pin is not easily broken or damaged even when used for a long period of time.

As described above, the present invention provides the hair pin capable of holding the hair in a bundle form, in which the connection region of the joint device connected to the upper gripper is in a non-contact state at the upper portion of the pushing part of the upper gripper, so that frequent breakage of the connection region of the joint device, which occurs in the conventional hair pin that is manufactured in a small size, can be prevented from occurring, thereby improving product reliability.
