Description
FIELD

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of vacuum cleaners, in particular to a hair scraping plate for a floor brush, and a floor brush and a vacuum cleaner containing the same.

BACKGROUND

In an industry of vacuum cleaners, winding of hair on a brush head of a floor brush is still a problem that plagues the entire industry. The hair wound on the floor brush head slowly moves in a shaft body direction of the floor brush head and is slowly wound on a brush shaft, which will gradually cause the floor brush head to jam and seriously cause a motor to burn.

At present, although there also are tools for clearing the hair on a surface of the floor brush head or hair clearing components integrated on the vacuum cleaner, it often increases structural complexity of the vacuum cleaner, which makes the floor brush head bulky and too cumbersome, and even has to sacrifice overall dust clearing performance of a part of the vacuum cleaners as a price.

Although part of the floor brush heads on the market has been provided with a scraping plate and other structures in an area close to a rolling brush body, when the scraping plate is arranged in an existing dust suction head, most of the following problems exist: since the scraping plate needs to be arranged, it is necessary to adjust and increase an internal space of the dust suction head, which cannot directly match existing mature products; and a scraping effect of the scraping plate is not ideal or the scraping plat is prone to being broken.

SUMMARY

In order to solve the above technical problems, the present disclosure provides a hair scraping plate for a floor brush and a vacuum cleaner containing the same. By utilizing the hair scraping plate of the present disclosure, hair wound on a surface of the floor brush can be timely scraped off, and quickly discharged into a dust discharging outlet along with a dust suction process, thereby greatly reducing clearing burden of a user. The hair scraping plate of the present disclosure does not obviously increase or change an original structural design form of a dust suction head of the vacuum cleaner, and minimizes adjustment of a structure of the original dust suction head, but can effectively reduce hair wound on the surface of the floor brush.

A hair scraping plate for a floor brush of the present disclosure is used for cooperating with a rolling brush of a vacuum cleaner for use, the hair scraping plate and a dust discharging outlet of the vacuum cleaner are arranged close to each other, and the hair scraping plate includes a plate body, and further includes: a plurality of hair scraping pieces. The hair scraping pieces are located on one side of the plate body close to the rolling brush, and an area of the hair scraping pieces close to the rolling brush is provided with a scraping area. The scraping area has a first structural plane and a second structural plane which are not located on the same plane, at least part of an area of the first structural plane is inclined to one side close to the second structural plane, and an edge where the first structural plane and the second structural plane are connected is an abutting edge. A plane, where the abutting edge is located, parallel to a horizontal plane is taken as a first plane, and the first plane forms a blocking space with the first structural plane. A plane, where an area with a largest distance between the first structural plane and the first plane is located, parallel to the horizontal plane is taken as a first datum plane, a plane, where one end of the first structural plane away from the abutting edge is located, perpendicular to the horizontal plane is taken as a second datum plane, a plane where the first datum plane deflects by 2° to a direction away from the second datum plane is taken as a first set plane, a plane where the second datum plane deflects by 15 degrees to a direction away from the first datum plane is taken as a second set plane, and the abutting edge is arranged within a space range formed between the first set plane and the second set plane. Therefore, by utilizing the hair scraping plate of the present disclosure, it can be ensured that the scraping area can effectively scrape off the hair wound on a surface of a rolling brush body, an overall design structure and an occupied space of the hair scraping pieces may not be too large, and an existing structure of a floor brush head is directly utilized without additional adjustment or change of the structure of an existing dust suction head.

Further, a height of the blocking space does not exceed 8 mm, and a distance between a projection of the plate body on the first plane and the abutting edge does not exceed 8 mm. By utilizing the hair scraping plate of the present disclosure, the hair wound on the rolling brush can be effectively reduced without changing the original structure and size of the dust suction head. At the same time, through testing, the hair scraping plate of the present disclosure is stable in structure and long in service life.

Further, a cross section of the rolling brush in a horizontal direction is taken as a second plane, and a position of the abutting edge is located within a 90-degree sector radiation range covered by the second plane rotating by 45 degrees clockwise and counterclockwise.

Further, a space width between any two adjacent hair scraping pieces is 2 mm-5 mm.

Further, a tooth thickness of any one of the hair scraping pieces is 0.5 mm-2.5 mm.

Further, a thickness of tooth roots of the hair scraping pieces is greater than a thickness of tooth tips of the hair scraping pieces.

Further, the hair scraping pieces can be embedded into the soft scraping layer when the floor brush rotates, and an embedded depth is not less than 0.1 mm.

Furthermore, the first structural plane is an arc-shaped surface, a plane or a curved surface.

Furthermore, an area, on the hair scraping plate, close to a dust suction inlet is further provided with a guide surface gradually inclined to the dust suction inlet.

The present disclosure further provides a floor brush, including the aforementioned hair scraping plate.

The present disclosure further provides a vacuum cleaner, including the aforementioned hair scraping plate for the floor brush.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

Preferred embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail below in combination with accompanying drawings, so that advantages and features of the present disclosure can be more easily understood by those skilled in the art, and a scope of protection of the present disclosure can be more clearly defined.

Embodiment 1

Referring to FIG. 1, the present embodiment provides a hair scraping plate for a floor brush, which is arranged in a dust suction head of a vacuum cleaner and cooperates with a rolling brush 2 of the vacuum cleaner for work. The hair scraping plate and a dust discharging outlet 3 of the vacuum cleaner are arranged close to each other. In a dust suction process, hair wound on the rolling brush 2 can be scraped off under an action of the hair scraping plate, and can be smoothly sucked off through the dust discharging outlet 3 under an action of a dust suction force of the vacuum cleaner. Therefore, under the action of the hair scraping plate, winding of the hair on the rolling brush 2 can be effectively avoided.

The hair scraping plate of the present disclosure includes a plate body 14, and further includes a plurality of hair scraping pieces 4 arranged on the plate body, the hair scraping pieces 4 are located on one side of the plate body 14 close to the rolling brush 2, and an area of the hair scraping pieces 4 close to the rolling brush 2 is provided with a scraping area 1. When the rolling brush 2 rotates, the hair wound on the rolling brush 2 can be scraped off by the scraping area 1.

The scraping area 1 has a first structural plane 11 and a second structural plane 12 which are not located on the same plane, and at least part of an area of the first structural plane 11 is inclined to one side close to the second structural plane 12.

The rolling brush 2 includes a rolling brush body 21, and a soft scraping layer 22 projecting away from the rolling brush body 21 is arranged in part of an area of an outer surface of the rolling brush body 21. An edge where the first structural plane 11 and the second structural plane 12 are connected is an abutting edge 13 (referring to FIG. 2). When the rolling brush 2 rotates, components located at the same position of the soft scraping layer 22 sequentially pass through the first structural plane 11 and the abutting edge 13, and then rotate to a direction away from the second structural plane 12. Therefore, when the rolling brush 2 rotates, the hair wound on the surface of the rolling brush 2 is first blocked and intercepted by the first structural plane 11, so that the hair can be intercepted by the scraping area 1 and further discharged smoothly through the dust discharging outlet 3.

Referring to FIG. 3(a), in the present disclosure, a plane, where the abutting edge 13 is located, parallel to a horizontal plane is taken as a first plane α, and the first plane α forms a blocking space 6 with the first structural plane 11.

Referring to FIG. 3(b)-FIG. 3(c), a plane, where an area with a largest distance between the first structural plane 11 and the first plane a is located, parallel to the horizontal plane is taken as a first datum plane 15, a plane, where one end of the first structural plane 11 away from the abutting edge 13 is located, perpendicular to the horizontal plane is taken as a second datum plane 16, a plane where the first datum plane 15 deflects by 2° to a direction away from the second datum plane 16 is taken as a first set plane 17, a plane where the second datum plane 16 deflects by 15 degrees to a direction away from the first datum plane 15 is taken as a second set plane 18, and the abutting edge 13 is arranged within a space range formed between the first set plane 17 and the second set plane 18. According to the present disclosure, by always arranging the abutting edge 13 in the space range formed between the first set plane 17 and the second set plane 18, that is, by ensuring that the scraping area is always within the range, it can be ensured that the scraping area can effectively scrape off the hair wound on the surface of the rolling brush body 21, and an overall design structure and occupied space of the hair scraping pieces 4 may not be too large, which does not affect spatial layout of an interior of a floor brush head. Therefore, a structure and spare parts of an existing floor brush head can be utilized without additional mold opening or adjusting the structure of the floor brush head.

In some implementations, a distance D1 between a projection of the plate body 14 of the present disclosure on the first plane α and the abutting edge 13 does not exceed 8 mm. A height of the blocking space 6 of the present disclosure does not exceed 8 mm, that is, a distance D2 between each point on the first structural plane 11 and the first plane a does not exceed 8 mm. For limitation of the size, it can prevent the hair from being wound on the rolling brush 2 to the greatest extent, and the scraping plate is stable in structure, and is not prone to being broken or worn.

In the following, specific comparative data will be given to explain the influence of the hair scraping plate of the present application on the effect of preventing hair winding.

During a hair suction experiment, a certain amount of broken hair was weighed and spread on the ground, and the amount of hair left on the rolling brush 2 after the dust suction is completed was weighed. The more hair left on the rolling brush 2, the more serious the winding phenomenon.

The dust discharging outlet 3 of the present disclosure is connected with a vacuum pumping device of the vacuum cleaner. In some implementations, the dust discharging outlet 3 is integrally connected with the hair scraping plate. In some possible implementations, the dust discharging outlet 3 may also be connected with the plate body of the hair scraping plate separately.

By arranging the scraping area 1 on each hair scraping piece 4, when the rolling brush 2 rotates, the hair wound on the surface of the rolling brush 2 may be intercepted by the scraping area 1 and further discharged smoothly through the dust discharging outlet 3. All the hair scraping pieces 4 may be arranged parallel or not parallel to each other.

In some implementations, the first structural plane 11 is an arc-shaped surface. Referring to FIG. 5(a)-FIG. 5(d), the arc-shaped surface faces a direction of rotation of the rolling brush 2 body, that is, the hair on the surface of the rolling brush 2 body can be blocked by the first structural plane 11 during its rotation, and most of them can be intercepted in the blocking space 6.

The first structural plane 11 may also be a plane shown in FIG. 4(a) and a curved surface shown in FIG. 4(b).

Referring to FIG. 5(a)-FIG. 5(d), a section of the rolling brush 2 in a horizontal direction is taken as a second plane β, and a position of the abutting edge β is located within a range radiated by a 90-degree sector covered by the second plane β rotating by 45 degrees clockwise and counterclockwise. Therefore, it can be ensured that the overall structure of the floor brush head of the vacuum cleaner is kept small and compact, and that the hair on the rolling brush 2 is effectively scraped off.

According to the present disclosure, a tooth spacing between any two adjacent hair scraping pieces 4 is 2 mm-5 mm. The “tooth spacing” here refers to a tooth spacing between central planes of any two adjacent hair scraping pieces 4.

A tooth thickness of any one of the hair scraping pieces 4 is 0.5 mm-2.5 mm. In some implementations, a thickness of tooth roots of the hair scraping pieces 4 is greater than a thickness of tooth tips of the hair scraping pieces 4. A shape that the thickness gradually increases and transits from the tooth tips to the tooth roots may be adopted; and a mode that the thickness of the tooth tips is one thickness, and the thickness of the tooth roots is another thickness may also be adopted. The tooth root thickness is greater than the tooth tip thickness, thus ensuring overall mechanical strength of the hair scraping pieces 4.

Referring to FIG. 6, the hair scraping pieces 4 can be embedded into the soft scraping layer 22 when the floor brush rotates, and an embedded depth is not less than 0.1 mm. Therefore, the hair wound on the soft scraping layer 22 of the rolling brush 2 can be accommodated and intercepted by the blocking space 6 of the hair scraping pieces 4 of the present disclosure, and can be smoothly sucked away.

Referring to FIG. 7, an area, on the hair scraping plate, close to a dust suction inlet is further provided with a guide surface 5 gradually inclined to the dust suction inlet. The guide surface 5 is shaped as a bell mouth gradually expanding outward away from the dust suction inlet, thus dust suction force is collected conveniently, and efficiency of sucking the hair and dust from the dust suction inlet is improved.

Embodiment 2

The present embodiment is a floor brush, including the aforementioned hair scraping plate for the floor brush.

Embodiment 3

The above implementations are only intended to illustrate the technical concept and characteristics of the present disclosure, are intended to let those familiar with the technology understand the content of the present disclosure and implement it, and cannot limit the scope of protection of the present disclosure hereby. Any equivalent changes or modifications made according to the spirit of the present disclosure should be covered in the scope of protection of the present disclosure.
