Claims
- 1. A hair treatment agent comprising, as an effective ingredient, an ascorbic acid derivative which is a compound represented by formula (1) or a salt thereof:
- 2. The hair treatment agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein said ascorbic acid derivative has a dechlorinating ability and a hydroxyl radical-scavenging ability.
- 3. The hair treatment agent as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein said ester bond-containing group is an acyloxy group or a group selected from the group consisting of a sulfuric acid group, a phosphoric acid group, a pyrophosphoric acid group, a triphosphoric acid group and polyphosphoric acid group.
- 4. The hair treatment agent as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein said ascorbic acid derivative is ascorbyl 2-phosphate ester or a salt thereof.
- 5. The hair treatment agent as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein said ascorbic acid derivative is ascorbyl 2-glucoside or a derivative thereof.
- 6. The hair treatment agent as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the hair treatment agent is in a liquid form and the ascorbic acid derivative content in the hair treatment agent is from 0.01 to 50% by mass.
- 7. A hair care composition comprising the hair treatment agent claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6.
- 8. The hair care composition as claimed in claim 7, which is used for hair-styling.
- 9. The hair care composition as claimed in claim 7 or 8, which is used for pets.
- 10. The hair care composition as claimed in any one of claims 7 to 9, which is in the form of shampoo, rinse, hair conditioner, hair tonic or styling jell.
