The present invention relates to cleaning device technology and more particularly, to a hair treatment structure used in a cleaning device.
With the development of the times, the design of various equipment used in daily life is becoming more and more sophisticated, and the performance is getting better and better. In the designed floor cleaning device, the drum-type cleaning principle is often used. The drum-type cleaning device is easy to wind the hair through the drum, and the hair is also easily entangled into the motor through the gap between the drum and the main body of the device, causing damage and inconvenience. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a hair treatment structure on the cleaning device.
In view of the above situation, the present invention provides a hair treatment structure used in a cleaning device to meet a better use effect. The hair treatment structure is used in a cleaning device that comprises a cleaning device main body and a drum installed on the cleaning device main body. The hair treatment structure comprises two hair scrubbers, a power drive and a baffle. The two hair scrubbers are set on the cleaning device main body respectively close to the two opposite ends of the drum. Each hair scrubber comprises a supporting member and a plurality of soft and elastic hair-scrubbing components set in the supporting member. The power drive is connected with one end of the drum for driving the drum to rotate. The power drive comprises a housing and a driving member. The driving member passes through the housing from an inner side to an outer side and is connected to the drum. The baffle is provided between the driving member and the housing for blocking hair from entering the housing.
Preferably, the supporting member has a lower arc surface formed thereon and facing the drum.
Preferably, the hair-scrubbing components are linear and are arranged perpendicular to the central axis of the drum.
Preferably, the hair-scrubbing components are linear and are arranged at an acute angle with the central axis of the drum.
Preferably, the hair-scrubbing components are made of plastic.
Preferably, the housing comprises a first inner surface and a second inner surface formed on an inner wall thereof and adjacent to each other. The driving member comprises a first outer surface and a second outer surface formed on an outer wall thereof and adjacent to each other. The baffle comprises four outer surfaces respectively closely interfered with the first inner surface, the second inner surface, the first outer surface and the second outer surface to form a barrier between the housing and the driving member.
Preferably, the first inner surface and the second inner surface are perpendicular to each other.
Preferably, the first outer surface and the second outer surface are perpendicular to each other.
Beneficial effects: the present invention is novel in concept, reasonable in design, and easy to use. According to the characteristics of the drum type cleaning device, the present invention is equipped with hair scrubbers at both ends of the drum to scrape away the hair and avoid hair accumulation. At the same time, a baffle is set between the driving member and the housing to prevent hair from entering the power drive and affecting the work of the drum.
Referring to
The hair scrubber 300 comprises a supporting member 310 and a plurality of soft and elastic hair-scrubbing components 320 arranged on the supporting member 310.
One end of the drum 200 is connected with a power drive 400 for driving the rotation of the drum 200, and the power drive 400 comprises a housing 410 and a driving member 420. The driving member 420 passes through the housing 410 from inside to outside and connects to the drum 200. Between the driving member 420 and the housing 410 is provided a baffle 430 for blocking hair from entering the housing 410. During the use of the drum-type cleaning device, the hair is entangled on the drum rotated together with the drum. As the drum is rotating the entangled hair will gradually accumulate at both ends of the drum. Therefore, the two ends of the drum become a gathering place for hair. As long as the entangled hair is treated uniformly at both ends of the drum, the hair can be cleaned up. In particular, if the cleaning device pulls the hair down by setting a negative pressure system, the hair can be completely sucked away.
Therefore, in the specific implementation of the present invention, the hair scrubbers 300 are set at both ends of the drum 200 to pluck and remove the gathered hair. The hair scrubber 300 includes the necessary supporting structure, which is the supporting member 310, which is specifically fixed to the corresponding fixed structure, such as the cleaning device main body 100, to ensure the stable existence of its structure. The hair-scrubbing components 320 are set on the supporting member 310 to directly scrub the hair, and the hair-scrubbing components 320 use the rotation of the drum 200 to scrub the hair. Generally, the hair-scrubbing components 320 are made of soft and elastic materials, such as plastic materials. In specific implementation, bristles can be installed on the drum to achieve. This existing material has a large size, softness and elasticity, and can arrange the bristles at a larger interval to meet the actual effect. Larger size and larger spacing settings can avoid self-winding hair caused by dense planting. Metal bristles will produce scratch defects, and metal bristles are generally not used.
During the use of the drum type cleaning device, the hair is easy to pass through the gap between the components due to its fineness, and then affects the use of the drum. The most obvious is to enter the power mechanism used to drive the rotation of the drum through the gap. The power mechanism generally comprises a motor for providing rotating speed, a gear mechanism for speed change, and a driving member that connects the drum and the output of the gearbox to drive the drum to rotate. In order to achieve the effect of protection and structural stability, the power mechanism generally comprises a housing. To affect the gear mechanism and motor mentioned above, the hair needs to enter the housing.
Therefore, as shown in
In specific implementation, preferably, as shown in

In the specific implementation, preferably, as shown in
In specific implementation, preferably, the hair-scrubbing components 320 are made of plastic. The softness and elasticity of plastic materials are used, and other parts are not easily damaged.
In the specific implementation, the hair-scrubbing components 320 can be made of nylon plastic in the plastic as the preferred method, or other plastics can be used.

Adopting this preferred structural form can ensure that the housing 410, the driving member 420 and the baffle 430 are tightly assembled, avoiding gaps to allow fine hair to enter.
In specific implementation, preferably, the first inner surface 411 and the second inner surface 412 are perpendicular to each other. Through this structural arrangement, it is convenient to balance the forces during assembly and ensure the tightness and stability of the assembly.
In the specific implementation, preferably, the first outer surface 421 and the second outer surface 422 are perpendicular to each other. Through this structure setting, it is convenient to balance the force during assembly and ensure the tightness and stability of the assembly.
