The present disclosure belongs to the field of hair, and specifically relates to a hair weft and a preparation process thereof.
In today's society, most women pay more attention to their appearance, especially in the hairdressing industry, various beauty methods are widely used to change or vary the hairstyle to manifest the beauty of women. In recent years, hair extensions have become more and more popular. With extensions, short hair can be turned into long hair, and the volume of hair can be thickened.
The existing traditional hair extensions on the market are generally sorted into two categories: hot melt adhesive hair extensions and non-hot melt hair extensions. Hot-melt adhesive hair extensions need to be heated during installation. After heating, the hot melt becomes hard and the user's wearing experience is not good. Further, when removing, you need to use a reagent that can remove the glue, but there will still be residues in the glue, even if there is no residue, it will also damage the user's hair within a certain range, and the operation will be cumbersome. Non-thermal sol hair extensions, such as woven hair wefts, will thicken and harden the weft head due to the need to coupling and fold the edges during production. Although users are not as cumbersome as thermal sol hair extensions when unloading, the invisibility and comfort of the wearer are not good.
In addition, the above-mentioned traditional hair wefts mostly use a woven process, and because it is unavoidable to couple and fold the edges, the traditional technology will also make the top of the hair weft thicker and feel less comfortable.
Therefore, based on this, the technical solution of the present disclosure is proposed.
In order to solve the problems existing in the prior art, the present disclosure provides a hair weft and a preparation process thereof. The preparation process of the hair weft employs sewing for preliminary fixation, which greatly reduces the amount of glue used in the later period, so that the hair weft product becomes lighter, thinner and softer, and it becomes easier and faster to wear and take off, does not damage the user's hair, and makes the user more invisible and more comfortable when wearing, and improve the wearing experience.
The solution of the present disclosure is to provide a process for preparing hair wefts, wherein it comprises the following steps:
(1) Preparation of raw materials: remove inferior hair from a hair and screen it by length to obtain selected of hair;
(2) Sorting: Sort the selected hair into bunches according to their weights, and comb them to the hair bunches;
(3) Sewing: Flatten one side of a hair bunch, sew and fix it to form a fixed end, to obtain a preliminarily fixed hair;
(4) Glue brushing: Brush the fixed end of the preliminary fixed hair and glue to reinforce fixation, to obtain a reinforced fixed hair;
(5) Treating: Treating the reinforced fixed hair to make the hair smooth and drooping, to obtain a treated hair;
(6) Post-treating: drying, ironing, and trimming the treated hair to obtain the hair weft.
Preferably, in step (3), the sewing method is as follows: firstly employ double-needle sewing, and then adopt single-needle sewing.
Preferably, a density of the double-needle sewing is 32 to 35 stitches/inch; a density of the single-needle sewing is 28 to 30 stitches/inch; a distance between single-needle sewing and double-needle sewing is 0.1 to 0.2 mm.
Preferably, the glue comprises No. 1 mixed glue, No. 2 mixed glue and No. 3 mixed glue; the No. 1 mixed glue comprises 1070 glue, 1090 glue, 8006 glue, CN75 glue, glue, rejuvenating agent, diluent and methyl ethyl ketone; the No. 2 mixed glue comprises 1070 glue, 1090 glue and methyl ethyl ketone; the No. 3 mixed glue is 1070 glue, 1090 glue, de polishing powder and methyl ethyl ketone.
Preferably, the method of brushing glue is:
(I) Brush on one side of the fixed end with No. 1 mixed glue, and dry after completion;
(Ii) Continue to brush No. 2 mixed glue and dry after completion;
(Iii) Continue to brush No. 3 mixed glue and dry after completion;
(Iv) Brush No. 1 mixed glue again to the other side of the fixed end, and dry after completion;
(V) Continue to brush No. 2 mixed glue and dry after completion;
(Vi) Continue to brush No. 3 mixed glue and dry it after completion.
Preferably, the drying temperature is 45 to 50° C., and the drying time is 15 to 280 min.
Preferably, the way of treating is:
(A) Put the reinforced fixed hair into purified water, and add cold perm and shampoo to soak;
(B) After soaking is completed, rinse with purified water for 3 to 5 times, then add conditioner to soak, and rinse after completion.
Preferably, in step (a), the temperature of the purified water is 90 to 95° C., and the soaking time is 15 to 20 min.
Preferably, in step (b), the temperature of the purified water is 40-45° C., and the soaking time is 15 to 20 min.
Based on the same technical concept, another solution of the present disclosure is to provide a hair weft prepared by the above process.
The beneficial effects of the present disclosure are:
The preparation process of the hair weft of the present disclosure, through the use of sewing for preliminary fixing, greatly reduces the amount of glue used in the later period, and makes the hair weft product lighter, thinner, and softer. It is simpler and faster, does not damage the user's hair, and makes the user more invisible and more comfortable when wearing, and improves the wearing experience.
In order to make the objectives, technical solutions and advantages of the present disclosure clearer, the technical solutions of the present disclosure will be described in detail below. Obviously, the described embodiments are merely a part of the embodiments of the present disclosure, rather than all the embodiments. Based on the embodiments of the present disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art without inventive work shall fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
This embodiment provides a process for preparing hair wefts, which includes the following steps:
(1) Preparation of raw materials: select the original material of the corresponding hair according to the customization requirements, remove the inferior hair from the hair, and screen by length to obtain a selected hair;
(2) Sorting: Sort the selected hair according to their weights, and comb them to obtain the hair brunches;
(3) Sewing: flatten one side of the split hair, first use double needle sewing, and then use single needle sewing, sewing and fixing to form a fixed end, to obtain a preliminary fixed hair; wherein, the density of the double needle sewing 32 stitches/inch; the density of the single stitch sewing is 28 stitches/inch;
(4) Glue preparation: compounding 50 g of 1070 glue, 50 g of 1090 glue, 0.08 g of 8006 glue, 0.035 g of CN75 glue, 10 g of glue, 5 g of rejuvenator, 13 g of diluent and 40 g of methyl ethyl ketone to get No. 1 mixed glue; compounding 70 g of 1070 glue, 30 g of 1090 glue and 50 g of methyl ethyl ketone to get No. 2 mixed glue; compounding 60 g of 1070 glue, 40 g of 1090 glue, and 0.2 g of de polishing powder and 50 g methyl ethyl ketone to get No. 3 mixed glue;
(5) Glue brushing: glue brushing the fixed end of the preliminary fixed hair to reinforce the fixation, to obtain the reinforced fixed hair;
Specifically, the method of glue brushing is:
(I) Brush on one side of the fixed end with No. 1 mixed glue to prevent hair loss, and dry it at 45° C. for 15 minutes after completion;
(II) Continue to brush No. 2 mixed glue to improve the softness, and dry it at 50° C. for 15 minutes after completion;
(III) Continue to brush No. 3 mixed glue to improve toughness, and dry it at 45° C. for 120 minutes after completion;
(IV) On the other side of the fixed end, brush No. 1 mixed glue again, and dry it at 45° C. for 15 minutes after completion;
(V) Continue to brush No. 2 mixed glue and dry it at 45° C. for 15 minutes after completion;
(VI) Continue to brush No. 3 mixed glue and dry it at 45° C. for 280 min after completion.
(6) Treating: Treating the reinforced fixed hair to make the hair smooth and drooping, to obtain the treated hair weft;
Specifically, the nursing method is:
(A) Put 100 g of the reinforced fixed hair into 1000 g purified water at 90° C., and add 20 g cold wave essence and 10 g shampoo to soak for 15 min;
(B) After soaking is completed, rinse with 40° C. purified water for 3 times, add conditioner and soak for 15 minutes, and rinse after completion.
(7) Post-treating: Dry the care hair at 45° C. for 570 min, then iron it in sequence until it is dry and smooth, and trim it to a certain length and thickness to obtain the hair weft.
This example provides a process for preparing hair wefts, which includes the following steps:
(1) Preparation of raw materials: select the original material of the corresponding hair according to the customization requirements, remove the inferior hair from the hair, and screen by length to obtain a selected hair;
(2) Sorting: Sort the selected hair according to their weights, and comb them to obtain the hair brunches;
(3) Sewing: flatten one side of the split hair, first use double needle sewing, then use single needle sewing, sewing and fixing to form a fixed end, to obtain a preliminary fixed hair; wherein, the density of the double needle sewing 35 stitches/inch; the density of the single stitch sewing is 30 stitches/inch;
(4) Glue preparation: compounding 50 g of 1070 glue, 50 g of 1090 glue, 0.08 g of 8006 glue, 0.035 g of CN75 glue, 10 g of glue, 5 g of rejuvenator, 13 g of diluent and 40 g of methyl ethyl ketone to get No. 1 mixed glue; compounding 70 g of 1070 glue, 30 g of 1090 glue and 50 g of methyl ethyl ketone to get No. 2 mixed glue; compounding 60 g of 1070 glue, 40 g of 1090 glue, and 0.2 g of de polishing powder and 50 g methyl ethyl ketone to get No. 3 mixed glue;
(5) Glue brushing: the fixed end of the preliminary fixed hair is brushed and glued to reinforce the fixation, to obtain the reinforced fixed hair;
Specifically, the method of brushing glue is:
(I) Brush on one side of the fixed end with No. 1 mixed glue to prevent hair loss, and dry it at 50° C. for 20 minutes after completion;
(II) Continue to brush No. 2 mixed glue to increase the softness, and then dry it at 45° C. for 20 minutes;
(III) Continue to brush No. 3 mixed glue to improve toughness, and dry it at 50° C. for 140 min after completion;
(IV) On the other side of the fixed end, brush No. 1 mixed glue again, and then dry it at 50° C. for 20 minutes;
(V) Continue to brush No. 2 mixed glue and dry it at 50° C. for 20 minutes after completion;
(VI) Continue to brush No. 3 mixed glue and dry it at 50° C. for 260 min after completion.
(6) Treating: Treating the reinforced fixed hair to make the hair smooth and drooping, to obtain the treated hair
Specifically, the nursing method is:
(A) Put 100 g of the reinforced fixed hair into 1000 g purified water at 95° C., and add 20 g cold wave essence and 10 g shampoo to soak for 20 min;
(B) After the soaking is completed, rinse with 45° C. purified water for 5 times, then add the conditioner and soak for 20 minutes, and then rinse after completion.
(7) Post-treating: Dry the care hair at 45° C. for 570 min, then iron it in sequence until it is dry and smooth, and trim it to a certain length and thickness to obtain the hair weft.
