Abstract
A hand gripper, including a first handle and a second handle; the first handle and the second handle are in rotary connection and are able to perform opening and closing movements relative to each other; the second handle includes a rotating piece and a handle piece; the rotating piece is in a rotary connection with the first handle; the handle piece is disposed opposite to the first handle, and is movably connected to the rotating piece; therefore, a distance between the handle piece and the first handle, namely a grip distance, can be adjusted according to the size of a user's palm, thus being accommodative to the training needs of different users.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

A Chinese patent CN217246562U has disclosed a force-adjustable hand gripper, comprising a handle and a trigger movably connected with the handle; a first connecting hole is penetratingly formed on the handle; a second connecting hole is penetratingly formed on the trigger; the first connecting hole and the second connecting hole are connected through a first rivet; the handle and the trigger are also connected through a spring; a force adjuster is provided on the trigger; the force adjuster is rotably connected inside the trigger; an adjusting bolt is in a threaded connection with the force adjuster; a fixing piece is provided between the trigger and the force adjuster; the fixing piece comprises a fixing ring fixedly connected with the trigger. The force adjuster of the aforementioned utility model is snap fitted inside the trigger by a snapping ring; an embedding groove provided on the fixing ring is corresponding to a snapping groove provided on the force adjuster; the embedding groove and the snapping groove are limited by a fixing pin, so as to fix the force adjuster.


Although the aforementioned force-adjustable hand gripper enables the adjustment of grip strength, it is not capable of adjusting the gripping distance thereof; a user with smaller palms may not be able to grip the handle and the trigger at the same time for a grip strength training, or even if they can, the user's experience is poor; therefore, the aforementioned force-adjustable hand gripper cannot adapt to the training needs of different users.


BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

It is an object of the present invention to solve the above problems of the prior art by providing a hand gripper with an adjustable grip distance.


To attain the above object, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:


A hand gripper, comprising a first handle and a second handle; the first handle and the second handle are in rotary connection and are capable of opening and closing relative to each other; wherein the second handle comprises a rotating piece and a handle piece; the rotating piece is in a rotary connection with the first handle; the handle piece is disposed opposite to the first handle, and is movably connected to the rotating piece; therefore, a distance between the handle piece and the first handle, namely a grip distance, can be adjusted according to the size of a user's palm, thus being accommodative to the training needs of different users.


The handle piece is movably connected to the rotating piece by a first bolt and nut assembly with a self-locking function; after adjusting a position of the handle piece, the handle piece stably stays at an adjusted position without displacement.


The rotating piece is provided with a first sliding groove extending along a moving direction of the handle piece; a first sliding block is slidably arranged inside the first sliding groove; the handle piece is fixedly connected to the first sliding block; the first bolt and nut assembly comprises a first screw bolt rotably connected to the rotating piece, and a first screw hole formed on the first sliding block and in threaded connection with the first screw bolt; the first screw bolt rotates and drives the first sliding block to slide, thereby adjusting position of the handle piece, which is convenient to operate.


An end of the first screw bolt is provided with a first rotation-supporting part; a first supporting hole allowing the first rotation-supporting part to rotate inside is provided inside the rotating piece; the first rotation-supporting part and the first supporting hole fit with each other for the first screw bolt to rotate smoothly and stably.


A first annular limit groove is formed on a part of the first screw bolt proximal to the first rotation-supporting part; the rotating piece is provided with a first limit pin corresponding to a position of the first annular limit groove; when mounting the first screw bolt, insert the first rotation-supporting part of the first screw bolt into the first supporting hole, and then insert the first limit pin, thereby completing the mounting of the first screw bolt, which is convenient to operate.


Another end of the first screw bolt is provided with a first operating knob exposed outside the rotating piece; it is convenient to rotate the first screw bolt through the first operating knob.


An elastic piece is provided between the first handle and the second handle to bias the second handle away from the first handle.


The first handle is provided with a connecting portion extending towards a direction away from a connected part of the first handle and the rotating piece; the elastic piece is a spring connected to the connecting portion and the rotating piece. During exercise, a user grips the first handle and the second handle; then, the user imposes a gripping force to overcome an elastic force of the spring so that the first handle and the second handle are brought towards each other; when the user releases the gripping force on the first handle and the second handle, the spring biases the second handle away from the first handle; the user may repeat the aforesaid steps to improve grip strength.


A second sliding block is movably provided inside the rotating piece; the spring is fixedly connected to the second sliding block; the second sliding block is movably provided inside the rotating piece through a second bolt and nut assembly; tensioning of the spring can be adjusted by adjusting a position of the second block, so as to adjust resistance force of the hand gripper during exercise.


The rotating piece is provided with a second sliding groove extending along a moving direction of the second sliding block; the second bolt and nut assembly comprises a second screw bolt rotably connected to the rotating piece, and a second screw hole formed on the second sliding block and in threaded connection with the second screw bolt; an end of the second screw bolt is provided with a second rotation-supporting part; a second supporting hole allowing the second rotation-supporting part to rotate inside is provided inside the rotating piece; a second annular limit groove is formed on a part of the second screw bolt proximal to the second rotation-supporting part; the rotating piece is provided with a second limit pin corresponding to a position of the second annular limit groove, which is convenient for mounting the hand gripper.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

As illustrated in FIGS. 1-3, the present invention provides a hand gripper, comprising a first handle 1 and a second handle A; the first handle 1 and the second handle A are in rotary connection and are able to perform opening and closing movements relative to each other; the second handle A comprises a rotating piece 3 and a handle piece 2; the rotating piece 3 is in a rotary connection with an upper part of the first handle 1; two rotary connecting boards 12 arranged in opposite to each other with a space in between are formed on the upper part of the first handle 1; a connecting board 31 is formed on the rotating piece 3 and fits with the space between the two rotary connecting boards 12; a first rivet 122 passes through the two rotary connecting boards 12 and the connecting board 31, thereby achieving the rotary connection of the first handle 1 and the second handle A; a convex curved surface is formed on each rotary connecting board 12; a concave curved surface fitting with a corresponding convex curved surface is formed on each of two sides of the connecting board 31 of the rotating piece 3; each convex curved surface fits with a corresponding concave curved surface to allow the rotating piece 3 to rotate smoothly and limit a range of rotation of the rotating piece 3.


The handle piece 2 is disposed opposite to the first handle 1, and is movably connected to the rotating piece 3; therefore, a distance between the handle piece 2 and the first handle 1, namely a grip distance, can be adjusted according to the size of a user's palm, thus being accommodative to the training needs of different users; the handle piece 2 is movably connected to the rotating piece 3 by a first bolt and nut assembly 761 with a self-locking function; after adjusting a position of the handle piece 2, the handle piece 2 stably stays at an adjusted position without displacement; a bottom part of the rotating piece 3 is provided with a first sliding groove 33 extending along a moving direction of the handle piece 2; specifically, the first sliding groove 33 opens at a bottom surface and an end surface of the rotating piece 3; a first sliding block 6 is slidably arranged inside the first sliding groove 33; the first sliding block 6 and the first sliding groove 33 fit with each other; the first sliding groove 33 opens at the end surface of the rotating piece 3 to allow the first sliding block 6 to slide from the end surface of the rotating piece 3 into the first sliding groove 33; an upper end of the handle piece 2 is fixedly connected to the first sliding block 6; the first bolt and nut assembly 761 comprises a first screw bolt 7 rotably connected to the rotating piece 3, and a first screw hole 61 formed on the first sliding block 6 and in threaded connection with the first screw bolt 7; the first screw bolt 7 rotates and drives the first sliding block 6 to slide, thereby adjusting position of the handle piece 2, which is convenient to operate; an end of the first screw bolt 7 is provided with a first rotation-supporting part 71; a first supporting hole 34 allowing the first rotation-supporting part 71 to rotate inside is provided inside the rotating piece 3; the first rotation-supporting part 71 and the first supporting hole 34 fit with each other for the first screw bolt 7 to rotate smoothly and stably.


A first annular limit groove 72 is formed on a part of the first screw bolt 7 proximal to the first rotation-supporting part 71; the rotating piece 3 is provided with a first limit pin 74 corresponding to a position of the first annular limit groove 72; when mounting the first screw bolt 7, insert the first rotation-supporting part 71 of the first screw bolt 7 into the first supporting hole 34, and then insert the first limit pin 74, thereby completing the mounting of the first screw bolt 7 which is convenient to operate; another end of the first screw bolt 7 is provided with a first operating knob 73 exposed outside the rotating piece 3; it is convenient to rotate the first screw bolt 7 through the first operating knob 73.


When the gripping distance of the hand gripper needs to be adjusted, rotate the first screw bolt 7 through the first operating knob 73 to drive the first sliding block 6 to slide, so that the handle piece 2 is able to move towards or away from the first handle 1, thereby adjusting the gripping distance.


Apart from the first bolt and nut assembly, position of the handle piece 2 can be adjusted through a plurality of screw holes opened on the rotating piece 3 and in communication with the first sliding groove 33; the screw holes are arranged along a length direction of the first sliding groove 33; the first sliding block 6 is fixed by lock bolts inserted to corresponding screw holes after adjusting a position of the first sliding block 6.


An elastic piece is provided between the first handle 1 and the second handle A to bias the second handle A away from the first handle 1; an upper end of the first handle 1 is provided with an arc-shaped connecting portion 11 extending towards a direction away from a connected part of the first handle 1 and the rotating piece 3; a second sliding block 4 is movably provided inside the rotating piece 3; the elastic piece is a spring 5 connected to an upper end of the connecting portion 11 and the second sliding block 4; the second sliding block 4 is movably provided inside the rotating piece 3 through a second bolt and nut assembly 842; tensioning of the spring 5 can be adjusted by adjusting a position of the second block 4, so as to adjust resistance force of the hand gripper during exercise; a top part of the rotating piece 3 is provided with a second sliding groove 32 extending along a moving direction of the second sliding block 4; the second sliding groove 32 opens at a top surface and an end surface of the rotating piece 3; the second sliding block 4 is inserted into the second sliding groove 32 through the end surface of the rotating piece 3; the second sliding block 4 is provided with a protruding block 41 exposed outside a top surface of the sliding piece 3; the protruding block 41 is provided with a hook hole 411 for a hook at an end of the spring 5 to pass through so as to be fixedly connected to the protruding block 41 of the second sliding block 4, and another end of the spring 5 is fixedly connected to the upper end of the connecting portion 11; the upper end of the connecting portion 11 is provided with two side boards 13 arranged in opposite to each other with a space in between; a second rivet 132 passes through the two side boards 13; said another end of the spring 5 hooks the second rivet 132 that passes through the two side boards 13.


The second bolt and nut assembly 842 comprises a second screw bolt 8 rotably connected to the rotating piece 3, and a second screw hole 42 formed on the second sliding block 4 and in threaded connection with the second screw bolt 8; an end of the second screw bolt 8 is provided with a second rotation-supporting part 81; a second supporting hole 44 allowing the second rotation-supporting part 81 to rotate inside the second supporting hole 44 is provided inside the rotating piece 3; a second annular limit groove 82 is formed on a part of the second screw bolt 8 proximal to the second rotation-supporting part 81; the rotating piece 3 is provided with a second limit pin 84 corresponding to a position of the second annular limit groove 82; the second screw bolt 8 and the first screw bolt 7 are arranged in parallel and are spaced from each other; for better convenience to operate, the second screw bolt 8 is provided with a second operating knob 83; the first sliding block 6 and the second sliding block 4 are both in a cube structure to prevent rotation thereof inside the first sliding groove 33 and the second sliding groove 32 respectively.


When resistance force of the hand gripper needs to be adjusted, rotate the second operating knob 83 to drive the second screw bolt 8 to rotate, and then the second sliding bock 4 is driven to slide along the second sliding groove 32, so as to adjust the tensioning of the spring 5, thereby adjusting the resistance force of the hand gripper.


During exercise, a user grips the first handle 1 and the handle piece 2 of the second handle A; then, the user imposes a gripping force to overcome an elastic force of the spring so that the first handle 1 and the handle piece 2 of the second handle A are brought towards each other; when the user releases the gripping force on the first handle 1 and the handle piece 2 of the second handle A, the spring 5 biases the second handle A away from the first handle 1; the user may repeat the aforesaid steps to improve grip strength.


The descriptions above are only the preferable embodiments of the present invention, which are not intended to set a limit to the protection scope of the present invention; equivalent changes and modifications without departing from the essence of the present invention shall also fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

  • 1. A hand gripper, comprising a first handle and a second handle; the first handle and the second handle are in rotary connection and are capable of opening and closing relative to each other; wherein the second handle comprises a rotating piece and a handle piece; the rotating piece is in a rotary connection with the first handle; the handle piece is disposed opposite to the first handle, and is movably connected to the rotating piece.
  • 2. The hand gripper of claim 1, wherein the handle piece is movably connected to the rotating piece via a first bolt and nut assembly.
  • 3. The hand gripper of claim 2, wherein the rotating piece is provided with a first sliding groove extending along a moving direction of the handle piece; a first sliding block is slidably arranged inside the first sliding groove; the handle piece is fixedly connected to the first sliding block; the first bolt and nut assembly comprises a first screw bolt rotably connected to the rotating piece, and a first screw hole formed on the first sliding block and in threaded connection with the first screw bolt.
  • 4. The hand gripper of claim 3, wherein an end of the first screw bolt is provided with a first rotation-supporting part; a first supporting hole allowing the first rotation-supporting part to rotate inside the first rotation-supporting part is provided inside the rotating piece.
  • 5. The hand gripper of claim 4, wherein a first annular limit groove is formed on a part of the first screw bolt proximal to the first rotation-supporting part; the rotating piece is provided with a first limit pin corresponding to a position of the first annular limit groove.
  • 6. The hand gripper of claim 4, wherein another end of the first screw bolt is provided with a first operating knob exposed outside the rotating piece.
  • 7. The hand gripper of claim 1, wherein an elastic piece is provided between the first handle and the second handle to bias the second handle away from the first handle.
  • 8. The hand gripper of claim 7, wherein the first handle is provided with a connecting portion extending towards a direction away from a connected part of the first handle and the rotating piece; the elastic piece is a spring connected to the connecting portion and the rotating piece.
  • 9. The hand gripper of claim 8, wherein a second sliding block is movably provided inside the rotating piece; the spring is fixedly connected to the second sliding block; the second sliding block is movably provided inside the rotating piece through a second bolt and nut assembly.
  • 10. The hand gripper of claim 9, wherein the rotating piece is provided with a second sliding groove extending along a moving direction of the second sliding block; the second bolt and nut assembly comprises a second screw bolt rotably connected to the rotating piece, and a second screw hole formed on the second sliding block and in threaded connection with the second screw bolt; an end of the second screw bolt is provided with a second rotation-supporting part; a second supporting hole allowing the second rotation-supporting part to rotate inside the second support hole is provided inside the rotating piece; a second annular limit groove is formed on a part of the second screw bolt proximal to the second rotation-supporting part; the rotating piece is provided with a second limit pin corresponding to a position of the second annular limit groove.
