Claims
- 1. A hand-held amusement device comprising:
an aerial projectile and a U-shaped conduit having opposite open ends so that one open end can discharge the aerial projectile therefrom while the other open end can receive the aerial projectile therein whereby proper manipulation of the curved conduit by a player in a clockwise/counterclockwise movement will keep the aerial projectile in a continuous play mode.
- 2. The hand-held amusement device as recited in claim 1, wherein said aerial projectile is a ball having a diameter.
- 3. The hand-held amusement device as recited in claim 1, wherein the projectile glows in the dark.
- 4. The hand-held amusement device as recited in claim 2, wherein the U-shaped conduit has a uniform circular cross-section throughout its length having a diameter sufficiently larger than the diameter of the ball, thereby allowing the ball to readily pass therethrough.
- 5. The hand-held amusement device as recited in claim 1, wherein the U-shaped conduit is made out of a flexible material.
- 6. The hand-held amusement device as recited in claim 1, wherein the U-shaped conduit is made out of a non-flexible material.
- 7. The hand-held amusement device as recited in claim 1, wherein the U-shaped conduit is transparent whereby the position of the projectile in the conduit is visible.
