FIG. 1 is an isometric view of the hand-held oscillating spindle sander;

FIG. 2 is a side view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a back view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a top view thereof.

Only one side view is shown as each side view is the mirror image of the other. The bottom of the hand-held oscillating spindle sander forms no part of the claimed design. The broken line illustration of environmental structure in the figures is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
