FIG. 2 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a bottom view thereof.

The view opposite the side view of FIG. 3 is substantially a mirror image thereof, and therefore, is omitted.

The dashed lines indicate stitching.
