Abstract
The present invention discloses a handheld intelligent waxing device for depilatory wax comprising a housing, a feeding inlet and a discharging outlet are provided on the housing; a conveying channel for a depilatory wax strip to pass through is provided between the feeding inlet and the discharging outlet; a conveying device is provided at one end of the conveying channel where the feeding inlet is located, and a heating device is provided at the other end of the conveying channel where the discharging outlet is located; the housing is further provided with a control device for controlling the heating device and the conveying device.
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to the field of depilatory wax applying equipment, and in particular to a handheld intelligent waxing device for depilatory wax.


BACKGROUND

Methods for removing hair of the human body mainly comprise physical depilation, chemical depilation and photoelectric depilation, wherein the physical depilation is used to pull out hair by an external force, and mainly comprises mechanical depilation and waxing depilation. Mechanical depilation generally refers to removing hair by use of an electric hair removal machine. The depilation method has characteristics of unclean and incomplete hair removal, more residue and the like. Depilatory wax is divided into two types: frozen wax and hot wax. The main ingredients of frozen wax are various resins, and frozen wax has strong viscosity, is soluble in water and gelatinous. When in use, frozen wax can be applied directly to the skin of the areas to be depilated without being heated, and it adheres closely to the skin without discomfort, and is suitable for depilation of sensitive skin. Hot wax is prepared by mixing beeswax and resins, generally in a solid state; when in use, it needs to be heated to melt before being applied to the skin.


Since in use of the solid depilatory wax (hot wax), it needs to be heated and then applied to the skin by means of a tool, the process is slightly complicated and inconvenient to use, and to a certain extent, purchase desires of consumers on the solid depilatory wax are decreased.


SUMMARY

Accordingly, the present disclosure provides a handheld intelligent waxing device for depilatory wax, which can solve the problem that the solid depilatory wax is inconvenient to use.


The technical solutions of the present invention are realized as follows:


A handheld intelligent waxing device for depilatory wax is provided, and comprises: a housing; a feeding inlet and a discharging outlet are provided on the housing; a conveying channel for a depilatory wax strip to pass through is provided between the feeding inlet and the discharging outlet; a conveying device is provided at one end of the conveying channel where the feeding inlet is located, and a heating device is provided at the other end of the conveying channel where the discharging outlet is located; the housing is further provided with a control device for controlling the heating device and the conveying device.


As a further optional solution of the handheld intelligent waxing device for depilatory wax, the conveying device comprises a motor and a toggling member driven to rotate by the motor, wherein the toggling member is located at a side of the conveying channel, and a toggling end extends from the toggling member; when the toggling member rotates, the toggling end enters the conveying channel to touch the depilatory wax strip; the conveying channel is provided with an opening for allowing the toggling end to insert.


As a further optional solution of the handheld intelligent waxing device for depilatory wax, the heating device is an electric heating wire provided on the conveying channel, and the electric heating wire is electrically connected to the control device.


As a further optional solution of the handheld intelligent waxing device for depilatory wax, the control device comprises a PCB circuit board and a power supply, and the heating device and the conveying device are electrically connected to the PCB circuit board respectively.


As a further optional solution of the handheld intelligent waxing device for depilatory wax, the housing is provided with a first heat dissipation hole corresponding to the conveying device, and a second heat dissipation hole corresponding to the heating device.


As a further optional solution of the handheld intelligent waxing device for depilatory wax, the housing is provided with a temperature reduction button, a temperature increase button, an LED display screen, a switch, a feeding button, and a USB interface.


As a further optional solution of the handheld intelligent waxing device for depilatory wax, the housing comprises a first housing and a second housing.


As a further optional solution of the handheld intelligent waxing device for depilatory wax, the conveying channel comprises a heating section and a pushing section; the electric heating wire is wound on the heating section, and the conveying device is provided on the pushing section; material of the heating section is aluminum, and material of the pushing section is high temperature resistant plastic.


As a further optional solution of the handheld intelligent waxing device for depilatory wax, a heating temperature of the electric heating wire is 70° C. to 100° C.


As a further optional solution of the handheld intelligent waxing device for depilatory wax, the discharging outlet is detachably connected with a waxing head.


As a further optional solution of the handheld intelligent waxing device for depilatory wax, the waxing head comprises a flat discharging hole.


Beneficial effects of the present disclosure are that: the depilatory wax strip (strip-shaped solid depilatory wax) can be melted and applied, the applying efficiency is high, and the process of applying the depilatory wax is more convenient. Only using the handheld intelligent waxing device for depilatory wax is sufficient to complete application of depilatory waxes without other heating tools and applying tools, such that preparation work before application is reduced, and efficiency improvement is especially obvious for beauty stores. To a certain extent, purchase desires of consumers on solid depilatory waxes are improved, and sale volume of solid depilatory waxes is increased.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely below. Apparently, the embodiments described are merely part of the embodiments of the present invention, rather than all the embodiments. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without creative efforts are included within the protection scope of the present invention.


In the present invention, unless otherwise clearly specified and defined, the terms “mounted,” “ connecting ” “connected,” “ fixed”, and the like are to be interpreted broadly; for example, “connecting” may be a fixed connection, also be a detachably connection, or integrated into one piece; may be a mechanical connection or electrical connection; may be a direct connection, may also be indirect connection by an intermediate medium; or may be an internal communication of two elements or an interaction relationship between two elements. Specific meanings of the above-mentioned terms in the present invention can be understood by the ordinary skilled in the art based on specific circumstances.


In the present invention, unless otherwise clearly specified and defined, a first feature is “on” or “under” a second feature, it may mean that the first feature is in direct contact with the second feature, or the first and second features are in indirect contact through an intermediate medium.


Referring to FIGS. 1-5, the handheld intelligent waxing device for depilatory wax comprises a housing 10. A feeding inlet 30 and a discharging outlet 20 are provided on the housing 10. A conveying channel 40 for the depilatory wax strip 00 to pass through is provided between the feeding inlet 30 and the discharging outlet 20. A conveying device 50 is provided at one end of the conveying channel 40 where the feeding inlet 30 is located. A heating device 60 is provided at the other end of the conveying channel 40 where the discharging outlet 20 is located. The housing 10 is further provided with a control device for controlling the heating device 60 and the conveying device 50.


Specifically, referring to the viewing angles of FIG. 1 and FIG. 3, the depilatory wax strip 00 made of solid depilatory wax is inserted from the discharging outlet 20. The depilating wax strip 00 enters the conveying channel 40, and then the conveying device 50 in the upper part of the conveying channel 40 moves the depilatory wax strip 00 in the conveying channel 40, and the heating device 60 in the lower part of the conveying channel 40 causes the depilatory wax strip 00 to melt. The depilatory wax strip 00 is output from the discharging outlet 20 after it is melted, and the discharging outlet 20 is aimed at the skin, such that the depilatory wax can be applied to the skin.


It should be noted that, the conveying device 50 should act on the unmelted depilatory wax strip 00, and the depilatory wax strip 00 must pass through the conveying device 50 and then pass through the heating device 60. The conveying device 50 is preferably far away from the heating device 60, so as to prevent the part of the depilatory wax strip 00 that the conveying device 50 acts on from being excessively softened by the influence of the heating device 60 to cause the conveying device 50 to lose the function of moving the depilatory wax strip 00. Therefore, the conveying device 50 is provided at the position on the conveying channel 40 close to the feeding inlet 30.


Meanwhile, the function of the heating device 60 is to melt the depilatory wax strip 00 so as to apply it to the skin. Since the temperature of surrounding environment in winter is relatively low, after the depilatory wax strip 00 is melted in the conveying channel 40, it may be solidified again at the position of the discharging outlet 20. Therefore, the heating device 60 is provided at the position on the conveying channel 40 close to the discharging outlet 20, so as to prevent the melted depilatory wax strip 00 from being solidified again to block the discharging outlet 20.


In this way, the depilatory wax strip 00 (strip-shaped solid depilatory wax) can be melted and applied, application efficiency is high, and the process of applying the depilatory wax is more convenient; only using the handheld intelligent waxing device for depilatory wax is sufficient to complete application of depilatory waxes without other heating tools and applying tools, such that preparation work before application is reduced, efficiency improvement is especially obvious for beauty stores. To a certain extent, purchase desires of consumers on solid depilatory waxes are improved, and sale volume of solid depilatory waxes is increased.


In some specific embodiments, referring to FIGS. 2-4, the conveying device 50 comprises a motor 51 and a toggling member 52 driven by the motor 51. The toggling member is located at a side of the conveying channel 40. A toggling end 53 extends from the toggling member 52. When the toggling member 52 rotates, the toggling end 53 can enter the conveying channel 40 to touch the depilatory wax strip 00. The conveying channel 40 is provided with an opening 41 for allowing the toggling end 53 to insert.


Specifically, referring to FIG. 4, after the depilatory wax strip 00 enters the conveying channel 40, the depilatory wax strip 00 can be moved by the conveying device 50. The process is as follows: the motor 51 drives the toggling member 52 to rotate, and the toggling end 53 which extends from the toggling member 52 may pass through the opening 41 on the conveying channel 40 during rotating and toggle the depilatory wax strip 00. Other parts of the toggling member 52 except the toggling end 53 cannot touch the depilatory wax strip 00. With the rotation of the toggling member 52, the toggling end 53 frequently pushes the depilatory wax strip 00. It should be understood that the hardness of the depilatory wax strip 00 is not very high even before being melted, therefore, when the toggling end 53 touches the depilatory wax strip 00, the toggling end 53 will be slightly embedded into the surface of the depilatory wax strip 00, such that the depilatory wax strip 00 is caught by the toggling end 53, and then when the toggling end 53 rotates with the toggling member 52, the depilatory wax strip 00 can move along with the toggling end 53 to realize movement of the depilatory wax strip 00 in the conveying channel 40.


Wherein, the number of the toggling end 53 may be determined according to actual conditions. Without changing the rotation speed of the motor 51, the number of the toggling end 53 determines moving speed of the depilatory wax strip 00 in the conveying channel 40.


In some specific embodiments, referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, the heating device 60 is an electric heating wire provided on the conveying channel 40, and the electric heating wire is electrically connected with the control device. The electric heating wire can be wound on the position of the conveying channel 40 closer to the discharging outlet 20. When the depilatory wax strip 00 passes through the section of the conveying channel 40 winding with the electric heating wire, the depilatory wax strip 00 will be melted.


Wherein, the heating temperature of the heating wire is 70° C. to 100° C. It should be noted that, the conveying channel 40 is made of a high temperature resistant material so as to ensure that the conveying channel 40 itself is not melted by the electric heating wire. The conveying channel 40 is not necessarily a channel integrally formed by single material, the conveying channel 40 can be formed by combination of many material sections. Referring to FIG. 3, the conveying channel 40 comprises a heating section 42 and a pushing section 43. The electric heating wire is wound on the heating section 42. The conveying device 50 is provided on the pushing section 43. The heating section 42 is made of aluminum, the pushing section 43 can be made of a material with high temperature resistance and low thermal conductivity, such as high temperature resistant plastic. In this way, the electric heating wire is wound on the heating section 42, the heat can be easily transferred to the discharging outlet 20, so as to prevent the depilatory wax from blocking the discharging outlet 20, while the heat is not easily transferred from the heating section 42 to the pushing section 43, and thus the depilatory wax strip in the pushing section 43 will not be melted.


In some specific embodiments, referring to FIG. 1, in order to facilitate heat dissipation of the conveying device 50 and the heating device 60, a first heat dissipation hole 13 corresponding to the conveying device 50 and a second heat dissipation hole 14 corresponding to the heating device 60 are provided on the housing 10. It should be noted that, the first heat dissipation hole 13 or the second heat dissipation hole 14 is not a hole in a narrow sense, and can represent heat dissipation holes formed by a plurality of holes.


In some specific embodiments, referring to FIGS. 1-3, the control device comprises a PCB circuit board 80 and a power supply 70; and the heating device 60 and the conveying device 50 are electrically connected with the PCB circuit board 80 respectively. The housing 10 is provided with a temperature reduction button 17, a temperature increase button 18, an LED display screen 16, a switch 19, a feeding button 15 and a USB interface 110. Wherein, the USB interface 110 is connected with the power supply 70, and the power source 70 can be charged through the USB interface 110; the temperature reduction button 17, the temperature increase button 18, the LED display screen 16, the switch 19 and the feeding button 15 are all electrically connected with the PCB circuit board 80; the heating temperature of the heating wire is controlled by the temperature reduction button 17 and the temperature increase button 18, and the LED display screen 16 can display electric quantity, temperature and the like; the feeding button 15 is used for controlling the conveying device 50 to work; when the feeding button 15 is pressed, the conveying device 50 feeds the depilatory wax strip 00, and when the feeding button 15 is released, the conveying device 50 stops working; the switch 19 is used for starting/closing the handheld intelligent waxing device for depilatory wax.


In some specific embodiments, referring to FIG. 2 or FIG. 3, in order to facilitate assembly of those components into a whole, the housing 10 comprises a first housing 11 and a second housing 12. In this way, all components are respectively assembled in the first housing 11 and the second housing 12, and then the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 are combined to form a handheld intelligent waxing device for depilatory wax.


As a further optional solution of the handheld intelligent waxing device for depilatory wax, referring to FIGS. 3 and 5, in order to avoid flattening the depilatory wax on the skin again when the depilatory wax is applied, the discharging outlet 20 is detachably connected to a waxing head 90. The waxing head 90 comprises a flat discharging hole 91. In other words, the depilatory wax enters the waxing head 90 after leaving from the discharging outlet 20, and then is output from the discharging hole 91 to the skin. Since the discharging outlet 20 is flat, the depilatory wax output from the discharging hole 91 is directly flattened on the skin, and the depilatory wax laid on the skin does not need to be flattened again, and thus the speed of applying the depilatory wax is increased. According to the skin position where the depilatory wax needs to be applied, the discharging outlet 20 with different shapes and sizes can be required, and thus the waxing head 90 and the discharging outlet 20 are connected by means of a thread, which can facilitate the replacement of the waxing head 90 with different sizes and shapes on the discharging outlet 20. Additionally, the waxing head 90 can select different sizes of discharging outlet 20 according to needs, and the control device can set different heating temperatures and discharging speeds of wax strips according to actual conditions.


It should be noted that, the viscosity of the depilatory wax is strong even if the depilatory wax strip 00 is melted. Thus, the conveying device 50 is required to push the unmelted depilatory wax strip 00 to squeeze the depilatory wax, so that the depilatory wax can be squeezed out from the discharging outlet 20. Therefore, the depilatory wax cannot be squeezed out if the feeding button 15 is not pressed. Wherein, in order to prevent the depilatory wax from flowing upward along the conveying channel 40, the gap between the depilatory wax strip 00 and the conveying channel 40 is not too large, and the gap is preferably within 2.5 mm.

Claims
  • 1. A handheld intelligent waxing device for depilatory wax, comprising: a housing provided with a feeding inlet and a discharging outlet, wherein a conveying channel is provided between the feeding inlet and the discharging outlet to allow a depilatory wax strip to pass through, a conveying device is provided at one end of the conveying channel where the feeding inlet is located, a heating device is provided at the other end of the conveying channel where the discharging outlet is located, the housing is further provided with a control device configured to control the heating device and the conveying device.
  • 2. The handheld intelligent waxing device for the depilatory wax according to claim 1, wherein the conveying device comprises a motor and a toggling member driven by the motor to rotate, the toggling member is located at a side of the conveying channel, and a toggling end extends from the toggling member, when the toggling member rotates, the toggling end enters the conveying channel and touches the depilatory wax strip, the conveying channel is provided with an opening allowing the toggling end to enter.
  • 3. The handheld intelligent waxing device for depilatory wax according to claim 1, wherein the heating device is an electric heating wire provided on the conveying channel, and the electric heating wire is electrically connected to the control device.
  • 4. The handheld intelligent waxing device for depilatory wax according to claim 3, wherein the control device comprises a PCB circuit board and a power supply, and the heating device and the conveying device are electrically connected to the PCB circuit board, respectively.
  • 5. The handheld intelligent waxing device for depilatory wax according to claim 1, wherein the housing is provided with a first heat dissipation hole corresponding to the conveying device, and a second heat dissipation hole corresponding to the heating device.
  • 6. The handheld intelligent waxing device for depilatory wax according to claim 1, wherein the housing is provided with a temperature reduction button, a temperature increase button, an LED display screen, a switch, a feeding button, and a USB interface.
  • 7. The handheld intelligent waxing device for depilatory wax according to claim 3, wherein the conveying channel comprises a heating section and a pushing section, the electric heating wire is wound on the heating section, and the conveying device is provided on the pushing section, the heating section is made of aluminum, and the pushing section is made of high temperature resistant plastic.
  • 8. The handheld intelligent waxing device for depilatory wax according to claim 3, wherein a heating temperature of the electric heating wire is 70° C. to 100° C.
  • 9. The handheld intelligent waxing device for depilatory wax according to claim 1, wherein the discharging outlet is detachably connected to a waxing head.
  • 10. The handheld intelligent waxing device for depilatory wax according to claim 9, wherein the waxing head comprises a flat discharging hole.
