Abstract
Disclosed is a handle locking structure of an open fire oven. The handle locking structure includes an oven base, where an upper end surface of the oven base is provided with a clamping recess; an upper cover, where the upper cover is rotatably mounted on the oven base, a joint of the upper cover and the oven base is opposite the clamping recess in position, a side surface of the upper cover is provided with a mounting recess, a handle is rotatably mounted on the mounting recess, and the handle fits the clamping recess; and the handle is provided with a clamping flange, the clamping flange being clamped in the clamping recess or released therefrom by rotating the handle; and other components. Consumers can unlock and open the upper cover conveniently and quickly, and lock the upper cover conveniently as well.

CROSS REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

The present application claims the benefit of Chinese Patent Application No. 202220066559.4 filed on Jan. 11, 2022, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference in their entirety.


TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to the technical apparatus field of open fire ovens, and in particular to a handle locking structure of the open fire oven.


BACKGROUND ART

An existing household/small-sized open fire oven generally adopts a locking structure of mechanical buckling, which is generally arranged on a rotary upper cover or front panel independently.


When in use, the existing locking structure is required to open a fastener in advance, and then open the upper cover or front panel with a handle for taking out/putting in food. However, a linkage between the locking structure and the handle is difficult since they are not integrated and do not structurally fit each other. As a result, consumers cannot open the upper cover or the front panel solely by opening the fastener.


To this end, it is urgent to design a handle locking structure of the open fire oven that can solve one or more of the above problems.


SUMMARY

To solve one or more problems existing in the prior art, the present invention provides a handle locking structure of an open fire oven. To solve the above problems, a technical solution used by the present invention is as follows: the handle locking structure of an open fire oven includes an oven base, where a grill is placed on an upper end surface of the oven base, and the upper end surface of the oven base is provided with the clamping recess; and

  • an upper cover, where the upper cover is rotatably mounted on the oven base, a joint of the upper cover and the oven base is opposite the clamping recess in position, a side surface of the upper cover is provided with a mounting recess, a handle is rotatably mounted on the mounting recess, and the handle fits the clamping recess; and
  • the handle is provided with a clamping flange, the clamping flange being clamped in the clamping recess or released therefrom by rotating the handle.


Further, the upper cover is a housing.


Further, the handle is provided with a mounting protrusion fitting the mounting recess, and the clamping flange is arranged on an outer side surface of the mounting protrusion.


Further, the mounting protrusion is provided with a limit flange, and the limit flange fits the mounting recess and is used for limiting a turning range of the handle.


Further, the clamping flange is arranged at a lower side of the outer side surface of the mounting protrusion and extends downwards.


Further, the clamping flange is of a crescent shape.


Further, a central angle of the clamping flange is less than or equal to 180°.


The present invention has benefits as follows: the oven base, the upper cover and the handle are connected together through an ingenious structure, such that the handle may be released from being clamped to open the upper cover after being turned by a certain angle, and then the handle is limited and locked after being released from being clamped by means of turning, such that the upper cover may be conveniently lifted upwards by the handle, which greatly facilitates unlocking and opening of the upper cover by consumers. The clamping flange is clamped and locked in the clamping recess, and may also be clamped in the mounting recess, so as to limit the turning of the handle; and the overall structure is simple, and is smooth and reliable in connection, thereby greatly improving the practical values of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

To make the above objectives, features and advantages of the present invention clearer and more comprehensible, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following description, numerous specific details are provided to fully understand the present invention. However, the present invention may be implemented in many other manners different from those described herein, and those skilled in the art may make similar improvements without violating the connotation of the present invention, so the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.


As shown in FIGS. 1-4, disclosed is a handle locking structure of an open fire oven. The handle locking structure of an open fire oven includes an oven base 101, where a grill 401 is placed on an upper end surface of the oven base 101, and the upper end surface of the oven base 101 is provided with the clamping recess 110;

  • an upper cover 201, where the upper cover 201 is rotatably mounted on the oven base 101, a joint of the upper cover 201 and the oven base 101 is opposite the clamping recess 110 in position, a side surface of the upper cover 201 is provided with a mounting recess 210, a handle 301 is rotatably mounted on the mounting recess 210, and the handle 301 fits the clamping recess 110; and
  • the handle 301 is provided with a clamping flange 304, the clamping flange 304 may be clamped in the clamping recess 110 or released therefrom by rotating the handle 301, and the clamping flange 304 may further be clamped in the mounting recess 210 or released therefrom during turning.


It should be noted that the clamping flange 304 is clamped in the mounting recess 210 to limit turning of the handle 301. As shown in FIG. 2, in this case, the clamping flange 304 on the handle 301 is clamped in the mounting recess 210, such that the handle 301 is fixed in a horizontal position to be forced to open the upper cover 201. Similarly, another way is available to limit the turning of the handle 301: as shown in FIGS. 3-4, the mounting protrusion 302 is provided with a limit flange 303, the limit flange 303 fits the mounting recess 210, the limit flange 303 is used for limiting a turning range of the handle 301, and in this case, the limit flange 303 may also play the role of connection and fixation. Limited angles of the handle 301 are generally 270 degrees and 360 degrees, which correspond to a vertical state and a transverse state of the handle 301 respectively, for convenience of consumers.


It should be noted that the upper cover 201 is generally a housing, so as to cover the oven base 101. The upper cover 201 is generally provided with a transparent panel 202 for observing inside.


Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 3-4, the handle 301 is provided with a mounting protrusion 302 which fits the mounting recess 210, the clamping flange 304 is arranged on an outer side surface of the mounting protrusion 302, and the mounting protrusion 302 is generally cylindrical so as to be rotatably connected to the mounting recess 210.


In Embodiment 1, as shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, the clamping flange 304 may be arranged at a lower side of the outer side surface of the mounting protrusion 302 and extends downwards. In this embodiment, when the handle 301 is in a vertical state (FIG. 1), the clamping flange 304 is clamped in the clamping recess 110, thereby locking the upper cover 201 and the oven base 101 together. When the handle 301 is in the transverse state (FIG. 2), the clamping flange 304 is no longer clamped in the clamping recess 110, instead, the clamping flange 304 is clamped in the mounting recess 210, thereby restraining the handle 301 from further rotating upwards, and in this case, a user may conveniently open the upper cover 201 upwards by means of the handle 301.


In Embodiment 2, as shown in FIGS. 1-3, a clamping flange 304 is of a crescent shape, which may achieve the functions described in Embodiment 1, reduce a size of the clamping flange 304 and improve connection strength. Generally, a central angle of the clamping flange 304 is less than or equal to 180°, such that clamping and releasing may be achieved with a simplest structure. To achieve that a handle 301 is locked in the vertical state (FIG. 1) and released in the transverse state (FIG. 2), two ends of the clamping flange 304 of a crescent shape are located at an upper end and a lower end of a mounting protrusion 302 (FIG. 3) correspondingly. Similarly, the clamping flange 304 of a crescent shape may also be clamped in a mounting recess 210, so as to limit turning of the handle 301.


With reference to FIGS. 1-2, in the present invention, the upper cover 201 is naturally placed on the oven base 101, then the handle 301 is turned downwards to a position where the handle 301 is limited, such that the upper cover 201 and the oven base 101 are locked together, and in this case, the handle 301 is in the vertical state. When the upper cover 201 is required to be opened, the handle 301 is turned upwards to a position where the handle 301 is limited, locking of the upper cover 201 and the oven base 101 is released, and in this case, the handle is in the transverse state. In the process of opening the upper cover 201, the handle 301 is released from being locked and lifts the upper cover 201 in one step without other operations.


To sum up, according to the present invention, the oven base 101, the upper cover 201 and the handle 301 are connected together through an ingenious structure, such that the handle may be released from being clamped to open the upper cover after being turned by a certain angle, and then the handle is limited and locked after being released from being clamped through turning, in this case, the upper cover may be conveniently lifted upwards by the handle, thereby greatly facilitating unlocking and opening of the upper cover by consumers. The clamping flange is clamped and locked in the clamping recess, and may also be clamped in the mounting recess, so as to limit turning of the handle; and the overall structure is simple, and is smooth and reliable in connection, thereby greatly improving the practical values of the present invention.


The embodiments above are merely one or more types of embodiments of the present invention, and are specifically described in details, but cannot be interpreted as limiting the patent for the present invention as a result. It shall be noted that for those of ordinary skill in the field, they may make several transformations and improvements on the premise without deviating from a concept of the present invention, such transformations and improvements shall be integrated as falling within the protection scope of the present invention. Hence, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the appended claims.

Claims
  • 1. A handle locking structure of an open fire oven, comprising: an oven base, wherein an upper end surface of the oven base is provided with a clamping recess; and an upper cover, wherein the upper cover is rotatably mounted on the oven base, a joint of the upper cover and the oven base is opposite the clamping recess in position, a side surface of the upper cover is provided with a mounting recess, a handle is rotatably mounted on the mounting recess, and the handle fits the clamping recess; andthe handle is provided with a clamping flange, the clamping flange being clamped in the clamping recess or released therefrom by rotating the handle.
  • 2. The handle locking structure of an open fire oven according to claim 1, wherein the upper cover is a housing.
  • 3. The handle locking structure of an open fire oven according to claim 1, wherein the handle is provided with a mounting protrusion fitting the mounting recess, and the clamping flange is arranged on an outer side surface of the mounting protrusion.
  • 4. The handle locking structure of an open fire oven according to claim 3, wherein the clamping flange is arranged at a lower side of the outer side surface of the mounting protrusion and extends downwards.
  • 5. The handle locking structure of an open fire oven according to claim 3, wherein the clamping flange is of a crescent shape.
  • 6. The handle locking structure of an open fire oven according to claim 5, wherein a central angle of the clamping flange is less than or equal to 180°.
