The present invention relates to a hat structure which conducts heat inside the body from the heating element so as to warm the user's head smoothly.
Conventional hat is worn on user's head so as to shield sunshine, warm and protect the user's head. However, the conventional hat cannot conduct heat smoothly.
The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.
The primary aspect of the present invention is to provide a hat structure which conducts heat inside the body from the heating element so as to warm the user's head smoothly.
To obtain the above aspect, a hat structure provided by the present invention contains: a body on which a protective layer is formed, at least one mesh bag, a heating element, and an isolation sheet. The at least one mesh bag is arranged inside the protective layer, the heating element is accommodated in each of the at least one mesh bag, and the isolation sheet is fixed on each mesh bag and is configured to contact user's head.
Preferably, the heating element is a hand warmer.
With reference to
Each mesh bag 3 includes an opening defined on a top or a peripheral side thereof so as to accommodate the heating element 5 from the opening. Thereby, heat conducts inside the body 1 from the heating element 5 so as to warm user. Preferably, the heating element 5 is a hand warmer or is made of heat conductive material.
Furthermore, an isolation sheet 4 is fixed on each mesh bag 3 and corresponds to user's head so as to stop the heat conducting to the user's head directly, thus avoiding scald to the user's head.
Accordingly, the heat conducts inside the body 1 from the heating element 5 so as to warm the user's head smoothly.
While the preferred embodiments of the invention have been set forth for the purpose of disclosure, modifications of the disclosed embodiments of the invention as well as other embodiments thereof may occur to those skilled in the art. Accordingly, the appended claims are intended to cover all embodiments which do not depart from the spirit and scope of the invention.
