Abstract
The invention discloses a hat washer, which belongs to the technical field of hats. The hat washer includes a hat mold bracket. A surface of an upper end of the hat mold bracket is provided with a fixing seat, and one end of the fixing seat is provided with a limit block. One end of the limit block is connected with a connecting shaft, and one end of the connecting shaft is connected with a second support bracket. An upper end of the second support bracket is provided with a third support bracket, and an upper end of the third support bracket is provided with a first support bracket. In the invention, a hat is supported by providing the hat mold bracket and the support brackets so as to ensure that the hat will not deform when being washed.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The invention belongs to the technical field of hats, in particular, relates to a hat washer.


BACKGROUND

Hat, a piece of clothing worn on the head, most can cover the entire top of the head. Hats are mainly used to protect the head, and some hats have protruding edges to cover the sun. Hats have the functions of sunshade, decoration, warming and protection, so there are many types of hats. There are many considerations in selecting them.


At present, the hats are directly put into the washing machine when cleaning, and the hats will be deformed after being washed, which will affect the use effect of the hats. Further, the deformed hat is not cleaned properly, resulting in poor cleaning effect and inability of being washed to be clean.


SUMMARY

In order to solve the problems in the background, the invention provides a hat washer with the characteristics of preventing deformation and good cleaning effect.


In order to achieve the above objective, the invention provides the following technical solutions: a hat washer includes a hat mold bracket, wherein a surface of an upper end of the hat mold bracket is provided with a fixing seat, and one end of the fixing seat is provided with a limit block; one end of the limit block is connected with a connecting shaft, and one end of the connecting shaft is connected with a second support bracket; an upper end of the second support bracket is provided with a third support bracket, and an upper end of the third support bracket is provided with a first support bracket; an upper end of an inner portion of the first support bracket is provided with a positioning bolt, a bottom end of the hat mold bracket is provided with a seepage mesh, and a top end of the hat mold bracket is provided with a hat mold mesh.


Preferably, middle parts of the upper ends of the first support bracket, the second support bracket and the third support bracket are provided with mounting holes corresponding to the positioning bolts.


Preferably, both sides of the bottom ends of the first support bracket, the second support bracket and the third support bracket are provided with the connecting shafts.


Preferably, the first support bracket, the second support bracket and the third support bracket are mounted in a cross-stacked manner at one end of the hat mold bracket.


Preferably, the hat mold mesh is connected with the seepage mesh by a zipper.


Preferably, one end of the hat mold mesh is connected with a hanging ring.


Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:


In the invention, a hat is supported by providing the hat mold bracket and the support brackets so as to ensure that the hat will not deform when being washed and to improve the cleaning effect of the hat while ensuring that the cleaning is in place; the hat is limited by providing the hat mold mesh and the seepage mesh to prevent the hat from detaching from the hat mold bracket during washing and to ensure the stability of the equipment during use while storing the support bracket flat after the equipment is used, thereby ensuring the convenience of storage and saving space.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

With reference to FIG. 1, the invention provides the following technical solutions: a hat washer includes a hat mold bracket 2, wherein a surface of an upper end of the hat mold bracket 2 is provided with a fixing seat 8, and one end of the fixing seat 8 is provided with a limit block 7; one end of the limit block 7 is connected with a connecting shaft 9, and one end of the connecting shaft 9 is connected with a second support bracket 5; an upper end of the second support bracket 5 is provided with a third support bracket 6, and an upper end of the third support bracket 6 is provided with a first support bracket 3; an upper end of an inner portion of the first support bracket 3 is provided with a positioning bolt 4, a bottom end of the hat mold bracket 2 is provided with a seepage mesh 10, and a top end of the hat mold bracket 2 is provided with a hat mold mesh 1.


Specifically, middle parts of the upper ends of the first support bracket 3, the second support bracket 5 and the third support bracket 6 are provided with mounting holes corresponding to the positioning bolts 4.


With the above technical solution, the support bracket may further be fixed by means of snap buttons, buckles, ropes, etc. through the mounting holes to ensure that the positioning bolt 4 may pass through all the support brackets at one time for fixing, which improves the use effect of equipment and ensures the convenience of fixing.


Specifically, both sides of the bottom ends of the first support bracket 3, the second support bracket 5 and the third support bracket 6 are provided with the connecting shafts 9.


With the above technical solution, it is ensured that the support brackets may be rotated freely during use, which ensures the convenience of using the equipment and ensures that the support brackets may be rotated and stored after use.


Specifically, the first support bracket 3, the second support bracket 5 and the third support bracket 6 are mounted in a cross-stacked manner at one end of the hat mold bracket 2.


With the above technical solution, two or more support brackets may be freely selected for cross-stacking installation to ensure the supporting effect of the support brackets on the hat and improve the cleaning quality for the hat.


Specifically, the hat mold mesh 1 is connected with the seepage mesh 10 by a zipper.


With the above technical solution, the hat mold mesh 1 may further be connected and engaged with the seepage mesh 10 by means of buttons, snap buttons, Velcro, etc., so as to improve the convenience of connecting and engaging the hat mold mesh 1 and the seepage mesh 10, to ensure the stability of the hat after placement, and prevent the hat from falling off from the upper end of the hat mold bracket 2.


Specifically, one end of the hat mold mesh 1 is connected with a hanging ring.


With the above technical solution, the equipment may be hung, stored and dried conveniently.


The working principles and use process of the invention: when the invention is in use and the hat is required to be cleaned, first the hat mold bracket 2 is placed on the upper end of the seepage mesh 10, then the connecting shaft 9 on the bottom end of the second support bracket 5 is rotated along the fixing seat 8 to be erected at 90°, and then the third support bracket 6 and the first support bracket 3 are rotated respectively to be erected so that the mounting holes on the upper end of the first support bracket 3, the second support bracket 5 and the third support bracket 6 correspond to each other, subsequently, the positioning bolts 4 are inserted into the mounting holes and tightened, followed by buckling the hat on the upper end of the hat mold bracket 2 and supporting the hat through the support brackets, and then the zipper between the hat mold mesh 1 and the seepage mesh 10 is pulled up to ensure that the hat is placed stably; after the above steps, the hat is put into a washing machine for cleaning to ensure that the hat will not be deformed during cleaning and ensure the cleaning effect; after cleaning, the positioning bolts 4 may be loosened and the first support bracket 3, the second support bracket 5 and the third support bracket 6 may be rotated to the level for convenient storage, thereby improving the convenience of using the equipment and saving storage space.

  • 1. A hat washer, comprising a hat mold bracket, wherein a surface of an upper end of the hat mold bracket is provided with a fixing seat, and one end of the fixing seat is provided with a limit block; one end of the limit block is connected with a connecting shaft, and one end of the connecting shaft is connected with a second support bracket; an upper end of the second support bracket is provided with a third support bracket, and an upper end of the third support bracket is provided with a first support bracket; an upper end of an inner portion of the first support bracket is provided with a positioning bolt, a bottom end of the hat mold bracket is provided with a seepage mesh, and a top end of the hat mold bracket is provided with a hat mold mesh.
  • 2. The hat washer according to claim 1, wherein middle parts of the upper ends of the first support bracket, the second support bracket and the third support bracket are provided with mounting holes corresponding to the positioning bolts.
  • 3. The hat washer according to claim 1, wherein both sides of the bottom ends of the first support bracket, the second support bracket and the third support bracket are provided with the connecting shafts.
  • 4. The hat washer according to claim 1, wherein the first support bracket, the second support bracket and the third support bracket are mounted in a cross-stacked manner at one end of the hat mold bracket.
  • 5. The hat washer according to claim 1, wherein the hat mold mesh is connected with the seepage mesh by a zipper.
  • 6. The hat washer according to claim 1, wherein one end of the hat mold mesh is connected with a hanging ring.
