Abstract
A headboard structure includes a backboard mounted on a headboard frame, a sponge cushion on the backboard, and a headboard covering on the sponge cushion. The sponge cushion is formed with at least one groove. The groove is provided with an LED light and a sponge strip in front of the LED light. The headboard covering has a light-pervious area corresponding in position to the LED light. The headboard provided with the LED light has a lighting effect, and the user can lean against the headboard comfortably, thereby improving the function of the headboard.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a bed headboard, and more particularly to a headboard structure with an LED light.


2. Description of the Prior Art

With the improvement of living standards and the increase of people's work pressure, people need a comfortable headboard to take a rest. However, most of the existing headboards are relatively simple in structure, just a wooden board or a soft backrest, and have a single function. In general, a bedside lamp or night light is provided in a bedroom to provide illumination when a person wakes up at night. In this way, it is necessary to design or place the bedside lamp separately or to provide a small night light, which requires an installation space or placement space, causing great inconvenience.


Accordingly, the inventor of the present invention has devoted himself based on his many years of practical experiences to solve these problems.


SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary object of the present invention is to provide a headboard structure with an LED light. The headboard provided with the LED light has a lighting effect, and the user can lean against the headboard comfortably, thereby improving the function of the headboard.


In order to achieve the above object, the present invention adopts the following solutions.


A headboard structure comprises a backboard mounted on a headboard frame, a sponge cushion on the backboard, and a headboard covering on the sponge cushion. The sponge cushion is formed with at least one groove. The groove is provided with an LED light and a sponge strip in front of the LED light. The headboard covering has a light-pervious area corresponding in position to the LED light.


Preferably, the LED light is an LED light strip.


Preferably, the at least one groove includes two vertical spaced grooves arranged on two sides of the sponge cushion. The LED light strip is located in each of the grooves. The sponge strip is arranged in front of the LED light strip. The light-pervious area of the headboard covering includes two strip-shaped light-pervious areas.


Preferably, the headboard frame is an iron frame.


Preferably, the backboard is a medium-density fibreboard (MDF).


Preferably, the headboard covering is made of a leather or fabric material, and the light-pervious area is made of a PP film or light-pervious fabric.


After adopting the above structure, the headboard of the present invention is provided with the LED light. The light passes through the light-pervious area of the headboard covering, so that the headboard has a certain lighting effect and the user can lean against the headboard comfortably. The turned-on LED light has the lighting effect of a small night light, or has a decorative function, thereby improving the function of the headboard.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Embodiments of the present invention will now be described, by way of example only, with reference to the accompanying drawings.


As shown in FIG. 1 through FIG. 3, the present invention discloses a headboard structure with an LED light. The headboard structure comprises a backboard 2 mounted on a headboard frame 1, a sponge cushion 3 on the backboard 2 and a headboard covering 4 on the sponge cushion 3, so as to form a headboard with a soft backrest. The headboard frame 1 may be an iron frame. The backboard 2 may be a medium-density fibreboard (MDF). The headboard covering 4 may be made of a leather or fabric material.


In the present invention, for the bedhead structure to have a lighting effect, the sponge cushion 3 is formed with at least one groove 31. The groove 31 is provided with an LED light 5. A sponge strip 6 is provided in front of the LED light 5. The sponge strip 6 arranged in front of the LED light 5 is configured to prevent the user from touching or leaning against the LED light 5 and can prevent the light from being too bright and dazzling. The headboard covering 4 has a light-pervious area 41 corresponding in position to the LED light 5, so that light can pass through the light-pervious area 41. In order to supply power to the LED light, a power cord may be provided behind the LED light 5 (not shown in the figure). The power cord is connected to a socket or other power supply equipment after passing through a perforation of the backboard. The power cord may be provided with a switch according to the needs of use. As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, in this embodiment, the LED light 5 is an LED light strip. The at least one groove 31 includes two vertical spaced grooves arranged on two sides of the sponge cushion 3. The LED light strip is located in each of the grooves. The sponge strip is provided in front of the LED light strip. The headboard covering 4 has two strip-shaped light-pervious areas 41. The light-pervious area 41 of the headboard covering 4 may be made of a light-pervious material, such as a PP film or light-pervious fabric, which is beneficial for the light to pass through the light-pervious area.


After adopting the above structure, in the present invention, the headboard is provided with the LED light. The light passes through the light-pervious area of the headboard covering, so that the headboard has a certain lighting effect and the user can lean against the headboard comfortably. The turned-on LED light has the lighting effect of a small night light, or has a decorative function, thereby improving the function of the headboard.


Although particular embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail for purposes of illustration, various modifications and enhancements may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the present invention is not to be limited except as by the appended claims.

Claims
  • 1. A headboard structure, comprising a backboard mounted on a headboard frame, a sponge cushion on the backboard, and a headboard covering on the sponge cushion; the sponge cushion being formed with at least one groove, the groove being provided with an LED light and a sponge strip in front of the LED light, the headboard covering having a light-pervious area corresponding in position to the LED light.
  • 2. The headboard structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the LED light is an LED light strip.
  • 3. The headboard structure as claimed in claim 2, wherein the at least one groove includes two vertical spaced grooves arranged on two sides of the sponge cushion, the LED light strip is located in each of the grooves, the sponge strip is arranged in front of the LED light strip, and the light-pervious area of the headboard covering includes two strip-shaped light-pervious areas.
  • 4. The headboard structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the headboard frame is an iron frame.
  • 5. The headboard structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the backboard is a medium-density fibreboard (MDF).
  • 6. The headboard structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the headboard covering is made of a leather or fabric material, and the light-pervious area is made of a PP film or light-pervious fabric.
