FIG. 4 is a top plan view of the adapter portion thereof taken along the line 4-4 in FIG. 2;



FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;



FIG. 6 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side view being a mirror image;



FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof;



FIG. 8 is an end elevational view thereof; and,



FIG. 9 is another end elevational view thereof.

  • We claim the ornamental design for a heart-sound and ECG sensor and adapter combination, as shown and described.
