The present application relates to the field of molds, and in particular, to a heat preservation barrel with a faucet heater.
In the prior art, the electric heating water barrel is heated by an electric heating plate that is closely attached to the bottom of the inner pot. The barrel body is composed of an outer case and an inner pot which are interlocked together. The opening of the barrel body is fixed with a middle ring, that is, the middle ring is embedded on the outer case and the inner pot. One end of the top cover of the barrel is hinged on the middle ring, and the other end is fixed on the center ring with a lock, and a top cover of the barrel can close the opening of the inner pot. A transparent water pipe and a fixed communication device communicated with the upper end and the lower end of the inner pot are configured to be a water level display device.
The above-mentioned heat preservation barrel is professionally used for the storage of wax-like liquid products, such as honey, beauty wax liquid and other paste-like liquid products. The wax-like liquid product will crystallize immediately when it encounters low temperature, and it cannot be easily exported for use, which brings great inconvenience to people's daily use.
It can be seen that the prior art needs to be further improved.
n view of the defects of the prior art, the present application provides a heat preservation barrel with a faucet heater, which solves the defects in the prior art.
In order to achieve the above object, the application adopts the following technical solutions:
A heat preservation barrel with a faucet heater, comprises an outer casing, an inner pot and a heating device which are arranged in the outer casing, a cover body which is arranged at the upper part of the outer casing, and a base which is arranged at the lower part of the outer casing; a control device is arranged in the base, and one side of the outer case is provided with a faucet which penetrates the outer case and the inner pot, and the faucet heater is arranged on the faucet; the control device is coupled to the faucet heater.
According to a further optimized technical solution, the faucet heater comprises a heating shell arranged on the faucet, and a crystal heating piece is arranged in the heating shell, and the crystal heating piece is electrically connected to the control device.
According to a further optimized technical solution, the control device comprises an electrical control board arranged in the base and a socket arranged on one side of the base, and the socket is configured to electrically connect to the electrical control board; the socket is configured to electrically connect to the external utility power.
According to a further optimized technical solution, the heating device is a heating plate arranged between the base and the inner pot, the heating plate is configured to connect to the electrical control panel.
According to a further optimized technical solution, a handle is arranged on one side of the outer casing, and a decorative plate is provided on the handle; a water level display tube which communicates with the interior of the inner pot is arranged on the handle.
According to a further optimized technical solution, the water level display tube is connected to the inside of the inner pot through a transparent water pipe.
According to a further optimized technical solution, the bottom of the inner pot is provided with a plurality of supporting feet.

The faucet according to the present application is provided with a crystal heating piece, which can heat the faucet when needed to ensure that the liquid flowing through does not crystallize at room temperature and achieves the purpose of convenient use.
The inner pot according to the present application is heated under the action of the heating plate, to ensure that the product in the inner tank will not crystallize.
The two heating devices according to the present application are configured to work under the control of the electrical control panel, and different heating temperatures are set according to different liquid products as required, which has good versatility, strong practicability, and is easy to popularize.
