FIG. 1 is a front, right, top isometric view of the heat press pad;

FIG. 2 is a front, left, bottom isometric view of the heat press pad;

FIG. 3 is a front elevation view of the heat press pad, the rear elevation view being a mirror image of the front elevation view;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevation view of the heat press pad, the right side elevation view being a mirror image of the left side elevation view;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view of the heat press pad; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view of the heat press pad.

The shade lines in the figures show contour and not surface ornamentation. The broken lines immediately adjacent to the shaded areas depict the bounds of the claimed design, while all other broken lines are directed to portions of the heat press pad that form no part of the claimed design.
