1. Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of daily supplies, in particular to a heat-generating comb brush.
2. Description of Related Art
In the field of existing hair combs and pet brushes, the technology of hair perming, curling and drying is achieved through tools including electric driers or perm browsers, hair curlers and the like. However, the tools can only be generally used by professionals and must be operated after being connected to a power source in the use process. For example, many hair perming devices are heated through PTC thermistors, PTC heaters are heating devices designed by means of the constant temperature heating property of the constant temperature heating PTC thermistors. Due to the fact that structures with good heat conductivity are arranged inside, products cool down very fast once heating is started, on the one hand, heat of products cannot be fully utilized, on the other hand, good effect can be achieved only by heating while using the products, power lines will be coiled in the operation, and danger is easily caused.
The aim of the present invention is to provide a heat-storage heating comb brush. The heating comb brush is simple in structure, heat-generating layers generate heat in an electromagnetic sensing mode, and the inconvenience and danger caused by electric connection of the heat-generating comb brush are avoided. Heat-conducting layers are used inside to release heat slowly, so that constant high temperature is ensured in use. Furthermore, thermosensitive color-changing layers are used on the surfaces of application layers so that a user can estimate the temperature without being prompted by an electric device additionally.
The aim is achieved through the following technical scheme, a heat-storage heating comb brush comprises handles and brush bodies connected with the handles. The brush bodies comprise application layers, heat-conducting layers and heat-generating layers, wherein the application layers, the heat-conducting layers and the heat-generating layers are arranged in sequence, and the heat-conducting layers cling to the heat-generating layers and the application layers. The comb brush further comprises heat-insulation layers arranged outside the heat-generating layers. The structures of two types of comb brushes are explained with examples,
The first clamping-plate type comb brush is designed for perming hair, wherein two comb bodies are of plate-shaped structures. Correspondingly, the comb bodies are each provided with a handle, and the two handles are connected to make the two comb bodies open and close. Application layers face each other.
The second cylindrical comb brush with comb needles is designed for curling hair and further comprises a brush handle. The brush handle is wrapped by a heat insulation layer, which is wrapped by a heat-generating layer, and the heat-generating layer is wrapped by a heat-conducting layer which is wrapped by an application layer. Needle holes for fixing comb needles are formed in the outer side of the application layer.
The application layers of the comb brushes of the two structures are each coated with a thermosensitive color-changing layer.
The comb brush has the advantages that the heat-generating layers are arranged in the comb brush, an electromagnetic sensing heating device is arranged, the electromagnetic sensing heating device stops working after the heat-generating layers are heated to a certain degree, the heat-generating layers conduct heat to heat-conducting layers, the heat-conducting layers have the heat-insulation effect, the application layers transmit heat of the heat-conducting layers out, and heat dissipation is carried out on the surfaces. Meanwhile, the application layers are coated with the thermosensitive color-changing layers, and the thermosensitive color-changing layers can present different colors after sensing the temperature, so that a user will know the temperature of the comb. A power line is not needed to be connected when the comb brush is used, and therefore the danger and inconvenience caused by using while heating the comb brush are reduced. In addition, the temperature can be kept in a certain period of time and will not be reduced too fast, and heat is fully utilized.
In the drawings: 1, heat-generating layer; 2, heat-conducting layer; 3, application layer; 4, heat insulation layer; 5, handle; 6, brush body; 7, plastic part.
The present invention is further explained with a combination of drawings and preferred embodiments. It should be explained that the direction terms mentioned in the embodiments, such as ‘upper, lower, left and right’, are only reference directions of the drawings. Therefore, the direction terms are used for explaining the present invention rather than limiting the present invention.
A heat-storage heating comb brush comprises handles 5 and brush bodies 6 connected with the handles 5. The brush bodies comprise application layers 3, heat-conducting layers 2 and heating layers 1, wherein the application layers 3, the heat-conducting layers 2 and the heating layers 1 are arranged in sequence, and the heat-conducting layers 2 cling to the heat-generating layers 1 and the application layers 3. The application layers 3 can be made of aluminum or ceramic. The comb brush further comprises heat-insulation layers 4 arranged outside the heat-generating layers 1. The heat insulation layers can protect human hands from scald caused by contact with the comb bodies 6. The heat-generating layers 1 are made of a metal iron material and are cooperated with an electromagnetic sensing heating device matched with the comb brush to work in the resonance mode similar to an induction cooker product, so that the heat-generating layers 1 generate heat. The implementation mode can avoid interference with use caused by power line connection in the process that current is adopted for direct heating. Preferably, the heat-conducting layers 2 can further be made of heat-conducting silica gel or other special heat-storage materials. Heat generated by the heat-generating layers 1 can be stored in a certain time range and released slowly during use, so that it is ensured that sufficient temperature is kept in a certain period of time. Plastic parts 7 shown in the drawings are needed for manufacturing the comb bodies 6. The structures of two types of comb brushes are explained with examples,
The first clamping-plate type comb brush is designed for perming hair. As shown in
The second cylindrical comb brush with comb needles is designed for curling hair. As shown in
The application layers 3 of the comb brushes of the two structures are each coated with a thermosensitive color-changing layer. The surfaces of the application layers 3 are partially coated with thermosensitive color-changing layers. When the surface of the comb brush reach a certain temperature, obvious color change happens and is used for visually remind a user that the comb brush is heated to the required temperature.
The above embodiments are not to limit the technical scope of the present invention, and any changes, equivalents or modifications made to the embodiments according to the essence of the present invention still belong to the scope of the technical scheme of the present invention.
By means of the multilayer structure, the comb bodies can be heated in an electromagnetic induction mode, so that convenience and safety are achieved during heating. Meanwhile, it is convenient to put the structure of the comb brush into repeated volume production in industry.
