The disclosure and prior art relates to curling devices and more particularly pertains to a new curling device for heating eyelashes for curling the eyelashes.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

An embodiment of the disclosure meets the needs presented above by generally comprising an eyelash curler for curling eyelashes. A heating unit is coupled to the eyelash curler and the heating unit is in thermal communication with the eyelash curler. Thus, the heating unit heats the eyelashes thereby enhancing curling the eyelashes.

There has thus been outlined, rather broadly, the more important features of the disclosure in order that the detailed description thereof that follows may be better understood, and in order that the present contribution to the art may be better appreciated. There are additional features of the disclosure that will be described hereinafter and which will form the subject matter of the claims appended hereto.

The objects of the disclosure, along with the various features of novelty which characterize the disclosure, are pointed out with particularity in the claims annexed to and forming a part of this disclosure.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF SEVERAL VIEWS OF THE DRAWING(S)

The disclosure will be better understood and objects other than those set forth above will become apparent when consideration is given to the following detailed description thereof. Such description makes reference to the annexed drawings wherein:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a heated eyelash curling assembly according to an embodiment of the disclosure.

FIG. 2 is a front phantom view of an embodiment of the disclosure.

FIG. 3 is a cross sectional view taken along line 3-3 of FIG. 2 of an embodiment of the disclosure.

FIG. 4 is a right side view of an embodiment of the disclosure showing a power supply being plugged into a charge port.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

With reference now to the drawings, and in particular to FIGS. 1 through 4 thereof, a new curling device embodying the principles and concepts of an embodiment of the disclosure and generally designated by the reference numeral 10 will be described.

As best illustrated in FIGS. 1 through 4, the heated eyelash curling assembly 10 generally comprises an eyelash curler 12 that has a first handle 14 being pivotally coupled to a second handle 16, a top crimper 18 being coupled to the first handle 14 and a bottom crimper 20 being slidably coupled to the first handle 14. The bottom crimper 20 is urged upwardly to compress against the top crimper 18 when the first 14 and second 16 handles are urged together. In this way the top 18 and bottom 20 crimpers compress eyelashes for curling the eyelashes. The eyelash curler 12 may be a manually operated eyelash curler 12 of any conventional design. The second handle 16 may include a pivotal articulation 21 common to eyelash crimpers.

A heating unit 22 is provided and the heating unit 22 is coupled to the eyelash curler 12. The heating unit 22 is in thermal communication with the eyelash curler 12 for heating the eyelashes thereby enhancing curling the eyelashes. The heating unit 22 comprises a heating element 23 positioned within the bottom crimper 20 such that the heating element 23 is in thermal communication with the bottom crimper 20. The heating element 23 heats the bottom crimper 20 when the heating element 23 is turned on for heating and curling the eyelashes. The heating element 23 may be an electrical heating element 23 that has an operational temperature ranging between approximately 200.0 and 300.0 degrees Fahrenheit.

A charge port 24, such as a usb port or the like, is coupled to the second handle 16 and a conductor 26 is embedded within the second handle 16. The conductor 26 is electrically coupled between the charge port 24 and the heating element 23. The conductor 26 may additionally be embedded in the pivotal articulation 21 of the second handle 16 in a manner that inhibits the conductor 26 from interfering with manipulation of the pivotal articulation 21. A power supply 28 is provided and the power supply 28 is selectively plugged into the charge port 24 such that the power supply 28 is in electrical communication with the charge port 24. Moreover, the power supply 28 turns the heating element 23 on when the power supply 28 is electrically coupled to the charge port 24.

The power supply 28 comprises at least one battery 30 that has an output 32 and the at least one battery 30 may be a rechargeable battery. A charge cord 34 is included that has a first plug 36 and a second plug 38. The first plug 36 is pluggable into the output 32 such that the charge cord 34 is electrically coupled to the output 32. The second plug 38 is pluggable into the charge port 24 such that the charge cord 34 is electrically coupled to the charge port 24. In this way the heating element 23 receives electrical current from the at least one battery 30.

In use, the charge cord 34 is plugged into the at least one battery 30 and the charge port 24 thereby turning the heating element 23 on to heat the bottom crimper 20. The eyelash curler 12 is manipulated for curling the eyelashes as sufficient time has passed for the heating element 23 to heat the bottom crimper 20 to operational temperature. The eyelashes are crimped between the top 18 and bottom 20 crimpers and the heating element 23 heats the eyelashes. In this way the heating element 23 enhances curling eyelashes as compared to traditional eyelash curlers.

With respect to the above description then, it is to be realized that the optimum dimensional relationships for the parts of an embodiment enabled by the disclosure, to include variations in size, materials, shape, form, function and manner of operation, assembly and use, are deemed readily apparent and obvious to one skilled in the art, and all equivalent relationships to those illustrated in the drawings and described in the specification are intended to be encompassed by an embodiment of the disclosure.

Therefore, the foregoing is considered as illustrative only of the principles of the disclosure. Further, since numerous modifications and changes will readily occur to those skilled in the art, it is not desired to limit the disclosure to the exact construction and operation shown and described, and accordingly, all suitable modifications and equivalents may be resorted to, falling within the scope of the disclosure. In this patent document, the word “comprising” is used in its non-limiting sense to mean that items following the word are included, but items not specifically mentioned are not excluded. A reference to an element by the indefinite article “a” does not exclude the possibility that more than one of the element is present, unless the context clearly requires that there be only one of the elements.
