2. The compound according to claim 1 wherein R2 is unsubstituted aryl or aryl substituted by one or more substituents selected from halogen, C1-C6alkyl, halogen-C1-C6alkyl and —OR6, wherein R6 is C1-C6alkyl, halogen-C1-C6alkyl or phenyl.

The compound according to claim 1 wherein R3 is heteroaryl selected from pyridinyl, thiazolyl, thiophenyl, indolyl, benzo[b]thiophenyl, 4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-benzo[b]thiophenyl, benzofuranyl and 4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-benzothiazolyl, which heteroaryl is unsubstituted or substituted by one or more substituents selected from halogen, C1-C6alkyl, halogen-C1-C6alkyl, C3-C8cycloalkyl and halogen-C3-C8cycloalkyl.

The compound according to claim 1 wherein R4 is a group (a) wherein (i) -A-B-D-E- is —CR17—CR18—CR19—CR20— wherein R17, R18 and R20 independently are hydrogen halogen, C1-C6alkyl, C1-C6alkoxy or C2-C6alkenyl, and R19 is hydrogen, halogen, C1-C6alkyl, C1-C6alkoxy, C2-C6alkenyl or phenyl; and R10 and R11 are independently hydrogen, halogen, C1-C6alkyl, COR wherein R is C1-C6alkyl, C1-C6alkoxy or C3-C6cycloalkyl, S(O)2—C1-C6alkyl, C3-C6cycloalkyl, or phenyl; or together are C1-C6alkylene; or R11 and R17 together are —CH═CH—, —CH2—CH2— or —N═CH—; or(ii) A is N, B is CR18 or N, wherein R18 is hydrogen, halogen, C1-C6alkyl, C1-C6alkoxy or C2-C6alkenyl; D is CR19 or N, wherein R19 is hydrogen, halogen, C1-C6aklyl, C1-C6alkoxy, C2-C6alkenyl or phenyl; E is CR20 or N, wherein R20 is hydrogen, halogen, C1-C6alkyl, C1-C6alkoxy or C2-C6alkenyl; R10 and R11 are independently hydrogen, halogen, C1-C6alkyl, COR wherein R is C1-C6alkyl, C1-C6alkoxy or C3-C6cycloalkyl, S(O)2—C1-C6alkyl, C3-C6cycloalkyl, or phenyl; or together are C1-C6alkylene; or(iii) B is N, A is CR17 or N, wherein R17 is hydrogen, halogen, C1-C6alkyl, C1-C6alkoxy, C2-C6alkenyl; D is CR19 or N, wherein R19 is hydrogen, halogen, C1-C6alkyl, C1-C6alkoxy, C2-C6alkenyl or phenyl; E is CR20 or N, wherein R20 is hydrogen, halogen, C1-C6alkyl, C1-C6alkoxy or C2-C6alkenyl; R10 and R11 are independently hydrogen, halogen, C1-C6alkyl, COR wherein R is C1-C6alkyl, C1-C6alkoxy or C3-C6cycloalkyl, S(O)2—C1-C6alkyl, C3-C6cycloalkyl, or phenyl; or together are C1-C6alkylene, or, when A is CR17, R11 and R17 together are —CH═CH—, —CH2—CH2— or —N═CH—.
