This present application claims the benefit of Chinese Patent Application No. 201510009230.9 filed on Jan. 8, 2015, the contents of which are hereby incorporated by reference.
The present application relates to a method for preparing fabric, and particularly relates to a method for preparing a high-elastic viscous double-sided weft-knitted fabric with nylon on one side and spandex on the other side. It belongs to the field of weaving technology.
Since stability of knitted material is not as high as that of woven material, and knitted material is formed by looping ordinary yarn and interlocking the loops, therefore knitted material possesses strong retractility and at the same time non-stability. Knitted material possesses retractility during clothes hanging or exercising, but would easily become out of shape. Since spandex possesses high breaking elongation (above 400%), high extensibility (500%-700%), low elasticity modulus (200% elongation 0.04-0.12 g/d) and high elastic recovery rate (200% elongation 95%-99%), therefore spandex material usually is mixed with a small amount of spandex to increase its retractility, recovery capacity and retention capacity, and hence fabric can be upright, extend and retract, and recover its shape quickly.
Natural fiber or chemical fiber is mainly used in weft-knitting production. Spandex filament is an auxiliary material. The mixing proportion of spandex may be 5-30% and the produced fabric has 15%-45% elasticity. However, when certain special kind of clothes requires high elasticity, such as the joining part of lady underwear and brassiere inner lining, ordinary grey cloth usually cannot meet the requirement. If the content of spandex is over 30%, then it will substantially increase the difficulty in manufacturing. For example, even if a loop of a stitch structure falls apart, it will cause lengthwise loosening and breaking of binding yarn, low production efficiency, and formation of horizontal stripes on both sides of the fabric. High proportion of spandex will lead to production problems such as difficulty in weaving, staining of dyes and different colors on both sides of the fabric.
When there is a need of wearing a strapless dress in a party, ladies would have trouble selecting underwear because it has to be body shaping, anti-slip and has a sense of beauty. However, ordinary underwear, including body-shaping underwear, etc., has a tight and uncomfortable feel and may even form marks on the body when worn because it needs to achieve the objects of centralization, body-shaping, steady and anti-slip.
In view of the above, there is a need to meet the market needs, solve the problems in this field, and provide a high-elastic double-sided weft-knitted fabric with nylon on one side and spandex on the other side.
To solve the above technical problems, there is provided a high-elastic double-sided weft-knitted fabric with nylon on one side and spandex on the other side, and a method for preparing the same. The high-elastic double-sided weft-knitted fabric with nylon on one side and spandex on the other side has high retractility, high elasticity, viscosity, shape retention property, stiffness, and soft and smooth feel. It specially possesses load bearing capacity, good feel of adhesion, close-fitting, and comfortable feel on the body.
To achieve the above objects, there is provided a method for preparing a high-elastic viscous weft-knitted fabric including the steps of weft-knitting 20 D and/or 70 D low-temperature spandex filament and 30 D and/or 50 D nylon to form a stitch structure having a needle-containing double-sided stitch, an upper single-sided stitch and a lower single-sided stitch, and weaving in cycles to form the high-elastic viscous weft-knitted fabric, wherein the low-temperature spandex filament is weaved to form the needle-containing double-sided stitch, the low-temperature spandex filament is weaved to form the upper single-sided stitch, the low-temperature spandex filament and the nylon are weaved to form the lower single-sided stitch, and quality content of spandex in the high-elastic viscous weft-knitted fabric is greater than 50%.
In the method for preparing a high-elastic viscous weft-knitted fabric, yarn length of the spandex in the needle-containing double-sided stitch is preferably 15.0 cm-15.5 cm/100 G (yarn length is 15.0 cm-15.5 cm for a width of 100 needles).
In the method for preparing a high-elastic viscous weft-knitted fabric, yarn length of the spandex in the upper single-sided stitch is preferably 13.0 cm-13.5 cm/100 G.
In the method for preparing a high-elastic viscous weft-knitted fabric, yarn length of nylon in the lower single-sided stitch is preferably 25.5 cm-26.5 cm/100 G, and yarn length of the spandex in the lower single-sided stitch is preferably 12.5 cm-13.5 cm/100 G.
In the method for preparing a high-elastic viscous weft-knitted fabric, the preparation method specifically includes the steps of:
weft-knitting the 20 D and/or 70 D low-temperature spandex filament and the 30 D and/or 50 D nylon;
needle-containing (tuck) weaving the low-temperature spandex filament with a needle on an upper needle dial, and simultaneously needle-containing (tuck) weaving the low-temperature spandex filament with a needle on a lower needle dial to form the needle-containing double-sided stitch, as shown by reference numeral 1 in
needle (loop) weaving the low-temperature spandex filament with the needle on the upper needle dial without weaving with the needle on the lower needle dial to form the upper single-sided stitch, as shown by reference numeral 2 in
weaving to form the stitch structure including the needle-containing double-sided stitch, the upper single-sided stitch and the lower single-sided stitch, three feeds (three feeds refer to a needle-containing double-sided stitch, an upper single-sided stitch and a lower single-sided stitch) forming a cycle, and then producing the high-elastic viscous weft-knitted fabric after cycles of weaving.
According to a specific embodiment disclosed in the present application, knitting of low-temperature spandex filament and nylon is carried out on a double-sided circular machine.
The present invention also provides a high-elastic viscous weft-knitted fabric obtained from the above-mentioned method for preparing high-elastic viscous weft-knitted fabric.
The high-elastic viscous double-sided weft-knitted fabric disclosed in the present application is preferably a high-elastic viscous double-sided weft-knitted fabric with nylon on one side and spandex on the other side.
The high-elastic viscous double-sided weft-knitted fabric disclosed in the present application may be used for the manufacturing of high-elastic underwear, strapless dress underwear, body-shaping underwear, sports underwear, swimwear, brassiere inner lining, brassiere flank, brassiere strap, lovers' clothes and body-supporting belt, etc.
There is provided a lady brassiere inner lining made of the above-mentioned high-elastic viscous weft-knitted fabric.
There is also provided a lady brassiere inner lining preferably made of high-elastic viscous weft-knitted fabric with the spandex side as the skin-contacting side.
The high-elastic viscous weft-knitted fabric disclosed in the present application has different usages, such as high-elastic underwear, strapless dress underwear, body-shaping underwear, sports underwear, swimwear, lovers' clothes and body-supporting belt, etc. Clothing made of the high-elastic viscous weft-knitted fabric is suitable for occasions such as party, fitness, dancing, cycling and swimming, etc. It can satisfy the requirement of different occasions. It has the property of high elasticity and anti-slip and can have good adhesion and good adaptability to the skin. It can provide sufficient pressure and yet would not affect accuracy of movement of the body.
The content of spandex in the high-elastic viscous weft-knitted fabric of the present application may reach 60 wt %-75 wt %. When used in producing lady underwear inner lining, the spandex side of the fabric can be the skin-contacting side. The fabric is usually used in producing brassiere inner lining, flank and strap, etc. The fabric possesses high retractility, high elasticity, shape retention property, stiffness, and soft and smooth feel. The fabric specially possesses load bearing capacity, good feel of adhesion, close-fitting and comfort to the body. Therefore, it can make brassiere more close-fitting and can reveal the shape of the body. When the body is wiggling, the fabric is not too tight and the body does not feel uncomfortable. Also, wiggling of the body does not result in displacement of the brassiere. The fabric is like a “second skin” to the body.
The main reference signs in the accompanying drawing are: needle-containing double-sided stitch 1, upper single-sided stitch 2, and lower single-sided stitch 3.
In order to have a clear understanding of the technical characteristics, object and beneficial effect, certain technical solutions and embodiments are described below in detail, but they should not be considered as a limitation of the scope of the embodiments.
The present embodiment provides a high-elastic viscous weft-knitted fabric and a method for preparing the same. The weaving technology of the preparation method is shown in
weft-knitting 20 D H-550 SPANDEX low-temperature spandex filament and 3 D/34 F NYLON6 nylon filament using a “28G 34” double-sided circular machine (SANTEC);
needle-containing (tuck) weaving the 20 D H-550 SPANDEX low-temperature spandex filament with a needle on an upper needle dial, and simultaneously needle-containing (tuck) weaving of the low-temperature spandex filament with a needle on a lower needle dial to form a needle-containing double-sided stitch 1, as illustrated in
needle (loop) weaving the 20 D H-550 SPANDEX low-temperature spandex filament with the needle on the upper needle dial without weaving with the needle on the lower needle dial to form an upper single-sided stitch 2, as illustrated in
needle (loop) weaving the 20 D H-550 SPANDEX low-temperature spandex filament and 30 D/34F NYLON6 nylon simultaneously with the needle on the lower needle dial without weaving with the needle on the upper needle dial to form a lower single-sided stitch 3, as illustrated in
forming a stitch structure having the needle-containing double-sided stitch 1, the upper single-sided stitch 2 and the lower single-sided stitch 3. The needle-containing double-sided stitch 1, the upper single-sided stitch 2 and the lower single-sided stitch 3 may arrange in the form of edges and corners. Three feeds may form a cycle. After cycles of weaving, the high-elastic viscous weft-knitted fabric (a double-sided fabric with nylon on one side and spandex on the other side) can be produced.
The yarn length of spandex in the upper single-sided stitch may be 13.0 cm/100 G. The yarn length of spandex in the needle-containing double-sided stitch may be 15.0 cm/100 G. The yarn length of nylon in the lower single-sided stitch may be 26.0 cm/100 G. The yarn length of spandex in the lower single-sided stitch may be 13.0 cm/100 G.
Tensile test was carried out on the high-elastic viscous weft-knitted fabric (spandex 60%, nylon 40%) produced by the method of the present embodiment, and fabrics with different contents of spandex and nylon produced by the same knitting method (weft-knitting). The test results are shown in Table 1.
As shown by the data in Table 1, the test results on elongation % and recovery % of the double-sided fabric with nylon on one side and spandex on the other side of the present embodiment are better that the results of ordinary fabrics with spandex and nylon.
Also, a test on shape retention capacity of the high-elastic viscous weft-knitted fabric of the present embodiment was carried out. The result shows that the shrinkage rate of the fabric of the present embodiment after washing for three times is: crosswise 2%, lengthwise 2.5%.
In summary, the high-elastic viscous weft-knitted fabric produced by the method of the present application has better elasticity, shape retention capacity, retractility and stiffness.
The present embodiment provides a high-elastic viscous weft-knitted fabric and a method for preparing the same. The preparation method may include the following steps:
weft-knitting 70 D SPANDEX low-temperature spandex filament and 50 D/34 F NYLON6 nylon filament using a “28 G 34” double-sided circular machine (SANTEC);
needle-containing (tuck) weaving the 70 D SPANDEX low-temperature spandex filament with a needle on an upper needle dial, and simultaneously needle-containing (tuck) weaving the low-temperature spandex filament with a needle on a lower needle dial to form a needle-containing double-sided stitch;
needle (loop) weaving the 70 D SPANDEX low-temperature spandex filament with the needle on the upper needle dial without weaving with the needle on the lower needle dial to form an upper single-sided stitch;
needle (loop) weaving the 70 D SPANDEX low-temperature spandex filament and 50 D/34 F NYLON6 nylon filament simultaneously with the needle on the lower needle dial without weaving with the needle on the upper needle dial to form a lower single-sided stitch; and
forming a stitch structure having the needle-containing double-sided stitch, the upper single-sided stitch and the lower single-sided stitch. Three feeds may form a cycle. After weaving in cycles, the high-elastic viscous weft-knitted fabric (a double-sided fabric with nylon on one side and spandex on the other side) can be produced.
The yarn length of spandex in the upper single-sided stitch may be 13.5 cm/100 G. The yarn length of spandex in the needle-containing double-sided stitch may be 15.5 cm/100 G. The yarn length of nylon in the lower single-sided stitch may be 26.5 cm/100 G. The yarn length of spandex in the lower single-sided stitch may be 13.0 cm/100 G.
A friction test was carried out on the high-elastic viscous weft-knitted fabrics produced in embodiments 1 and 2, and fabrics produced by different materials and different knitting methods. The testing results are shown in Table 2, wherein “polyester+spandex” and “cotton+spandex” are fabrics produced using common weft-knitting method in the present field.
As seen from the data in Table 2, the friction coefficients of the spandex sides of the fabrics produced in embodiments 1 and 2 are obviously better than those in other fabrics. This means the fabric produced by the method of the present application is viscous, anti-slip, and has a better feel of adhesion.
