The present disclosure relates to small household electrical appliances, and more specifically, to a high pressure steam ironing machine with automatic control of heating and water addition.
An iron is one of the most commonly used household appliances in modern times to iron clothes. Similar products on the market, such as hand-held steam irons, usually adopt open-type heating, which has the disadvantage that there is no pressure chamber and no pressure.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a high pressure steam ironing machine that automatically controls heating and water addition in order to solve the above-mentioned problems proposed in the background art.
To achieve the above objective, the present disclosure provides technical schemes as follows.
A high pressure steam ironing machine with automatic heat and water addition controlling is provided. The ironing machine includes a housing, a bracket, an air release valve, a pressure chamber, an ironing board, a dual water and pressure control assembly, and a water pump. The pressure chamber is arranged under the bracket. The pressure chamber comprises an upper cover and a lower seat. The upper cover and the lower seat are fixedly connected. The upper cover is provided with a steam outlet, a water inlet port, a steam inlet and a water and pressure control valve port. The lower seat is provided with an electric heating pipe. The bottom of the lower seat is connected with a double-convex self-resetting thermostat. The ironing board is connected to the lower seat.
The water outlet of the water pump is connected with the water inlet port. The air release valve assembly is connected with the steam outlet port and the steam inlet port. The dual water and pressure control assembly includes a microswitch, a pressure push rod and a pressure valve. The inlet of the pressure valve is connected with a water and pressure control valve port. The pressure push rod is connected with a valve core of the pressure valve. The microswitch is provided at one side of the pressure push rod, and both the microswitch and the water pump are connected to a circuit board.
As a further scheme of the present disclosure, the air release valve assembly includes an air release valve and a valve button. The air release valve is provided with a steam inlet, a steam outlet, a push rod, a piston and a compression spring. The steam inlet and the steam outlet are respectively connected with the steam outlet port and the steam inlet port. The pressure spring and the push rod are respectively provided at two sides of the piston, and the valve button is provided at one side of the push rod.
As a further scheme of the present disclosure, a silicone gasket for sealing is provided between the upper cover and the lower seat. The silicone gasket is provided with a water inlet nozzle and a water passage end through hole, and the water inlet nozzle is connected with the water inlet port.
As a further scheme of the present disclosure, the ironing machine further includes a pressure relief valve assembly. The upper cover is provided with an abnormal pressure relief interface, and the pressure relief valve assembly is connected with the abnormal pressure relief interface.
As a further scheme of the disclosure, a sealing gasket is arranged between the ironing plate and the lower seat.
As a further scheme of the present disclosure, the housing is provided with a handle.
As a further scheme of the present disclosure, the ironing machine further includes a water tank connected at one side of the bracket, and a water inlet of the water pump is connected to the water tank.
Compared with the prior art, advantageous effects of the present disclosure are:
By providing a heatable pressure chamber, the high-pressure steam with 30-40 KPa can be generated. The heating, generation and termination of the steam can be automatically controlled, thereby ensuring safety and high efficiency;
A preheat time is short, the steam is generated immediately. The water is not completely boiled and is automatically fed and the steam is generated automatically without waste and saving energy.

It is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present disclosure, but not all of the embodiments. Based on the embodiments of the present disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by the ordinary person skilled in the art without creative efforts fall within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.

In case of failure of the dual pressure control water and pressure control assembly and the pressure reaches the set 5.0 bar, the third vent is connected to the external safety (abnormal) relief valve assembly and starts to leak to ensure a pressure safety.

The user turns on the steam release switch during the use.
A, the pressure in the chamber is gradually reduced, when the pressure is lower than the set value of 3.5 bar, the pressure push rod 72 of the dual water and pressure control assembly is reset, and the circuit is connected. If the temperature controller is reset, the electric heating pipe 432 starts to heat up, and the steam continues to release. When the pressure is lower than the set value of 2.5 bar, the pressure push rod 72 is reset, the water pump 8 is turned on, and the chamber continues to generate steam.
In addition, when the pressure in the cavity starts to decrease, the temperature at the bottom of the electric heating pipe 432 also decreases. When the temperature decreases to the set value, the temperature controller automatically closes. If the pressure push rod 72 is reset, and the circuit is turned on, the electric heating pipe 432 starts to heat and the cavity continues to generate steam (generally, the electric heating pipe 432 is reset earlier than the pressure push rod 72 is reset).
In case of failure of the dual water and pressure control assembly, and the pressure reaches the set 5.0 bar, the external safety (abnormal) pressure relief valve assembly connected to the second vent interface will start to leak to ensure pressure safety.
The dual water and pressure control assembly includes a double-headed pressure control valve, a pair of microswitches, a water pump circuit and the like. The microswitch 71 closes the circuit of the water pump 8, thereby cutting off the water supply. If the user releases steam, the microswitch 71 is turned on as the air pressure in the chamber decreases, turning it back on to the water supply mode.
During the operation, through the selection of three parameters of water flow rate, power and temperature controller, the water supplied are all turned into steam without waste, thus saving the energy. At the same time, the effect of high-pressure steam is achieved.
