Claims
- 1. A nanoscale oxide powder with purity greater than 99.99% by metal basis, wherein the powder comprises particles with mean size less than 250 nanometers.
- 2. The powder of claim 1, where the purity is greater than 99.999% by metal basis.
- 3. The method of claim 2, wherein the particles have a mean size less than 100 nanometers.
- 4. A product prepared using the powder of claim 1.
- 5. A product prepared using the powder of claim 3.
- 6. The powder of claim 3, where the oxide powder comprises cerium.
