The present application claims the benefit of priority from the China Patent Application No. 201822260275.5, filed on 29 Dec. 2018, the disclosure of which is hereby incorporated by reference in its entirety.
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to the technical field of electronic cigarette mouthpieces, and in particular, to an electronic cigarette mouthpiece with high-quality experience.
Existing e-cigarette products on the market have different levels of user experience, and do not completely release a body effect of the e-liquid. Some products have good tastes but less aerosol with much residual liquefaction, which affects a secondary experience, and some products have a large smoke volume but with clear scorching, which may affect the user experience.
Therefore, embodiments of the present disclosure provide an electronic cigarette mouthpiece with high-quality experience, to resolve the problem of insufficient aerosol or a scorching taste due to the improper length and structure of a flue in the prior art.
In order to achieve the goal, the embodiments of the present disclosure provide the following technical solutions.
An electronic cigarette mouthpiece with high-quality experience includes an electronic cigarette body, one end of the electronic cigarette body being provided with a mouthpiece. One end that is on the mouthpiece and that is connected to an atomizer is an air inlet end, one end connected to a lip is an air outlet end, and a straight air passage penetrating through the mouthpiece from the air inlet end to the air outlet end is provided at a center of the mouthpiece, the straight air passage being provided with a first tapered structure for smoke diffusion.
In still another embodiment of the present disclosure, the length of a large-hole air passage on the straight air passage is in a range of 11 mm to 22 mm, and the total length of a small-hole air passage on the straight air passage and the first tapered structure is in a range of 5 mm to 6 mm.
In still another embodiment of the present disclosure, a ratio of a small-hole diameter to a large-hole diameter of the first tapered structure does not exceed 2:4.
In still another embodiment of the present disclosure, the air outlet end of the mouthpiece is provided with a second tapered structure for smoke diffusion.
In still another embodiment of the present disclosure, a ratio of a small-hole diameter to a large-hole diameter of the second tapered structure does not exceed 2:4.
In still another embodiment of the present disclosure, an e-liquid starage cavity surrounding the straight air passage is disposed inside the mouthpiece.
In still another embodiment of the present disclosure, the mouthpiece is made of food-grade PCTG and has VDI18 fine textures.
In still another embodiment of the present disclosure, the air inlet end of the mouthpiece is provided with a protruding structure distributed around the mouthpiece, and a side edge on the protruding structure located at the air outlet end being an arc-shaped side edge like tightly closed upper and lower lips.
According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, there are following advantages.
According to the electronic cigarette mouthpiece with high-quality experience in the embodiments of the present disclosure, it is ensured that neither smoke emits a scorching taste due to an excessively short air passage distance, nor an atomization taste fades in that smoke is liquefied and diluted due to an excessively long air passage distance.

The air outlet end 3 of the mouthpiece 1 is provided with a second tapered structure 6 for smoke diffusion, and a ratio of a small-hole diameter to a large-hole diameter of the second tapered structure 6 does not exceed 2:4, for further smoke diffusion to prevent scorching.
An e-liquid starage cavity 7 surrounding the straight air passage 4 is disposed inside the mouthpiece 1, the e-liquid starage cavity 7 being filled with e-liquid. In comparison to the traditional one-sided e-liquid starage cavity, since an enlarged structure in the air passage in the art occupies the space of the e-liquid starage cavity, in order to ensure that capacity of the e-liquid starage cavity is unchanged, the thickness of the e-liquid starage cavity 7 is reduced, and the area of the e-liquid starage cavity 7 is increased. The e-liquid starage cavity 7 is disposed around the air passage, so that an insulation layer may be disposed for the air passage, thereby avoiding insufficient smoke caused by condensation of the smoke in the air passage due to cooling too quickly.
