Abstract
Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose an electronic cigarette mouthpiece with high-quality experience, including an electronic cigarette body, one end of the electronic cigarette body being provided with a mouthpiece. One end on the mouthpiece connected to an atomizer is an air inlet end, and one end connected to a lip is an air outlet end. A straight air passage penetrating through the mouthpiece from the air inlet end to the air outlet end is provided at a center of the mouthpiece, the straight air passage being provided with a first tapered structure for smoke diffusion. According to the electronic cigarette mouthpiece with high-quality experience in the embodiments of the present disclosure, it is ensured that neither smoke emits a scorching taste due to an excessively short air passage distance, nor an atomization taste fades in that smoke is liquefied and diluted due to an excessively long air passage distance.

CROSS REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

The present application claims the benefit of priority from the China Patent Application No. 201822260275.5, filed on 29 Dec. 2018, the disclosure of which is hereby incorporated by reference in its entirety.


BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Field of the Invention

Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to the technical field of electronic cigarette mouthpieces, and in particular, to an electronic cigarette mouthpiece with high-quality experience.


Description of the Related Art

Existing e-cigarette products on the market have different levels of user experience, and do not completely release a body effect of the e-liquid. Some products have good tastes but less aerosol with much residual liquefaction, which affects a secondary experience, and some products have a large smoke volume but with clear scorching, which may affect the user experience.


SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Therefore, embodiments of the present disclosure provide an electronic cigarette mouthpiece with high-quality experience, to resolve the problem of insufficient aerosol or a scorching taste due to the improper length and structure of a flue in the prior art.


In order to achieve the goal, the embodiments of the present disclosure provide the following technical solutions.


An electronic cigarette mouthpiece with high-quality experience includes an electronic cigarette body, one end of the electronic cigarette body being provided with a mouthpiece. One end that is on the mouthpiece and that is connected to an atomizer is an air inlet end, one end connected to a lip is an air outlet end, and a straight air passage penetrating through the mouthpiece from the air inlet end to the air outlet end is provided at a center of the mouthpiece, the straight air passage being provided with a first tapered structure for smoke diffusion.


In still another embodiment of the present disclosure, the length of a large-hole air passage on the straight air passage is in a range of 11 mm to 22 mm, and the total length of a small-hole air passage on the straight air passage and the first tapered structure is in a range of 5 mm to 6 mm.


In still another embodiment of the present disclosure, a ratio of a small-hole diameter to a large-hole diameter of the first tapered structure does not exceed 2:4.


In still another embodiment of the present disclosure, the air outlet end of the mouthpiece is provided with a second tapered structure for smoke diffusion.


In still another embodiment of the present disclosure, a ratio of a small-hole diameter to a large-hole diameter of the second tapered structure does not exceed 2:4.


In still another embodiment of the present disclosure, an e-liquid starage cavity surrounding the straight air passage is disposed inside the mouthpiece.


In still another embodiment of the present disclosure, the mouthpiece is made of food-grade PCTG and has VDI18 fine textures.


In still another embodiment of the present disclosure, the air inlet end of the mouthpiece is provided with a protruding structure distributed around the mouthpiece, and a side edge on the protruding structure located at the air outlet end being an arc-shaped side edge like tightly closed upper and lower lips.


According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, there are following advantages.


According to the electronic cigarette mouthpiece with high-quality experience in the embodiments of the present disclosure, it is ensured that neither smoke emits a scorching taste due to an excessively short air passage distance, nor an atomization taste fades in that smoke is liquefied and diluted due to an excessively long air passage distance.

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

The following describes implementations of the present disclosure by using specific embodiments. Those skilled in the art can easily understand other advantages and effects of the present disclosure from the content disclosed in this specification. Obviously, the described embodiments are some rather than all of the embodiments of the present disclosure. All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments of the present disclosure without creative effects shall fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.


In addition, terms such as “above”, “below”, “left”, “right”, “middle”, and the like in the specification are only used for the clarity of description, and are not intended to limit the implementation scope of the present disclosure. Without substantially changing the technical content, an alteration or adjustment of the relative relationship of such terms shall be construed as falling within the implementation scope of the present disclosure.


As shown in FIG. 1, an electronic cigarette mouthpiece 1 with high-quality experience includes an electronic cigarette body, one end of the electronic cigarette body being provided with a mouthpiece 1. One end that is on the mouthpiece 1 and that is connected to an atomizer is an air inlet end 2, and one end connected to a lip is an air outlet end 3. A straight air passage 4 penetrating through the mouthpiece 1 from the air inlet end 2 to the air outlet end 3 is provided at a center of the mouthpiece 1, and the straight air passage 4 is provided with a first tapered structure 5 for smoke diffusion. Such an air passage structure is a straight structure. In comparison to an arc-shaped flue or a bent flue in the traditional mouthpiece 1, the smoke in the art does not need to turn, and therefore the air pressure is not damaged, and temperature loss may not be caused due to turns and friction with surrounding walls, so that the original taste of the smoke may be ensured. The first tapered structure 5 may diffuse smoke from a small space to a large space, and the air passage may be used to diffuse the smoke, thereby preventing high-concentration smoke from being sucked due to a constant hole diameter of the traditional air passage, and avoiding the problem of scorching. The length of a large-hole air passage on the straight air passage 4 is in a range of 11 mm to 22 mm, and the total length of a small-hole air passage on the straight air passage 4 and the first tapered structure 5 is in a range of 5 mm to 6 mm. A ratio of a small-hole diameter to a large-hole diameter of the first tapered structure 5 does not exceed 2:4. A preferred solution is that the ratio of the small-hole diameter to the large-hole diameter is 2:3.


The air outlet end 3 of the mouthpiece 1 is provided with a second tapered structure 6 for smoke diffusion, and a ratio of a small-hole diameter to a large-hole diameter of the second tapered structure 6 does not exceed 2:4, for further smoke diffusion to prevent scorching.


An e-liquid starage cavity 7 surrounding the straight air passage 4 is disposed inside the mouthpiece 1, the e-liquid starage cavity 7 being filled with e-liquid. In comparison to the traditional one-sided e-liquid starage cavity, since an enlarged structure in the air passage in the art occupies the space of the e-liquid starage cavity, in order to ensure that capacity of the e-liquid starage cavity is unchanged, the thickness of the e-liquid starage cavity 7 is reduced, and the area of the e-liquid starage cavity 7 is increased. The e-liquid starage cavity 7 is disposed around the air passage, so that an insulation layer may be disposed for the air passage, thereby avoiding insufficient smoke caused by condensation of the smoke in the air passage due to cooling too quickly.


The mouthpiece 1 is made of food-grade PCTG and has VDI18 fine textures. As shown in FIG. 2, the air inlet end 2 of the mouthpiece 1 is provided with a protruding structure 8 distributed around the mouthpiece 1, and a side edge on the protruding structure 8 located at the air outlet end 3 being an arc-shaped side edge like tightly closed upper and lower lips. The arc-shaped side edge may better seal the closed lips, and two side surfaces are attached to the upper and lower lips, so that the mouthpiece 1 and the occluded lips are closely attached. The shape and size of the mouthpiece 1 in this embodiment can be optimally attached to the upper and lower lips.


Although the present disclosure has been described in detail above by using the general description and specific embodiments, it is apparent to those skilled in the art that some modifications or improvements may be made based on the present disclosure. Therefore, such modifications or improvements made without departing from the spirit of the present disclosure shall fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.

Claims
  • 1. A high-quality electronic cigarette mouthpiece, comprising an electronic cigarette body, one end of the electronic cigarette body being provided with the mouthpiece, wherein one end on the mouthpiece and connected to an atomizer is an air inlet end, and one end to be connected to a lip is an air outlet end, a straight air passage penetrating through the mouthpiece from the air inlet end to the air outlet end being provided at a center of the mouthpiece, and the straight air passage being provided with a first tapered structure for smoke diffusion.
  • 2. The high-quality electronic cigarette mouthpiece according to claim 1, wherein the length of a large-hole air passage on the straight air passage is in a range of 11 mm to 22 mm, and the total length of a small-hole air passage on the straight air passage and the first tapered structure is in a range of 5 mm to 6 mm.
  • 3. The high-quality electronic cigarette mouthpiece according to claim 2, wherein a ratio of a small-hole diameter to a large-hole diameter of the first tapered structure does not exceed 2:4.
  • 4. The high-quality electronic cigarette mouthpiece according to claim 1, wherein the air outlet end of the mouthpiece is provided with a second tapered structure for smoke diffusion.
  • 5. The high-quality electronic cigarette mouthpiece according to claim 4, wherein a ratio of a small-hole diameter to a large-hole diameter of the second tapered structure does not exceed 2:4.
  • 6. The high-quality electronic cigarette mouthpiece according to claim 1, wherein an e-liquid starage cavity surrounding the straight air passage is disposed inside the mouthpiece.
  • 7. The high-quality electronic cigarette mouthpiece according to claim 1, wherein the mouthpiece is made of food-grade PCTG and has VDI18 fine textures.
  • 8. The high-quality electronic cigarette mouthpiece according to claim 1, wherein the air inlet end of the mouthpiece is provided with a protruding structure distributed around the mouthpiece, and a side edge on the protruding structure located at the air outlet end being an arc-shaped side edge like tightly closed upper and lower lips.
