The present invention relates to the technical field of shelves, in particular to a high-stability shelf for easy connection.
A shelf is a rack consisting of a base plate and posts, and is used for the placement of miscellaneous items. Most of shelves are supported by strip-shaped brackets with a base plate for support, have a unique shape and smart design, are easy to assemble and disassemble, clean and beautiful, and have an open design that allows for easy visibility of stored items. As shelves are becoming more and more widely used in family life, and there are also increasing types of household daily necessities, a shelf capable of organizing and sorting these daily necessities is needed. The shelf has a very simple, elegant and also flexible design, thus is very helpful for sorting daily necessities, and is particularly beneficial for easy access to the daily necessities without making efforts to search for them.
Most of shelves in the prior art require diagonal braces to tighten and fix four groups of supporting legs during installation. However, the diagonal braces protrude from two sides of the shelves, making it impossible to achieve seamless and tight connection between a plurality of groups of shelves. Moreover, the mode for connection by means of diagonal bracing has relatively high costs, and is inconvenient for enterprises to reduce production costs.
The purpose of the present invention is to propose a high-stability shelf for easy connection to solve the foregoing shortcomings in the prior art.
In order to achieve the foregoing purpose, the following technical solution is adopted for the present invention:
Designed is a high-stability shelf for easy connection, which comprises:
Preferably, the fasteners are bolts, positioning holes are provided on end faces of the bends, and threaded holes fixed to the bolts are symmetrically provided on end faces of the upright posts.
Preferably, cross-sections of the upright posts are axisymmetric figures, and cross-sections of the recesses are half of the axisymmetric figures.
Preferably, the cross-sections of the recesses are of a semicircular, semi-square or V-shaped structure.
Preferably, the laminate board is a slab formed by welding iron plates, wooden plates or iron wires.
The beneficial effects of a high-stability shelf for easy connection proposed by the present invention lie in: in the present invention, the upright posts are mounted in two adjacent groups of recesses by means of providing the recesses on two sides of the laminate board, such that seamless connection of adjacent laminate boards can be achieved, resulting in a more attractive appearance when a plurality of shelves are connected. Meanwhile, the upright posts are connected to inner sides of the laminate board, such that connection is more stable, and the shelf is prevented from shaking back and forth or left and right. Meanwhile, the laminate boards can be connected all around, and kept on a horizontal line for wireless splicing. Compared with a mode for fixing by means of diagonal bracing in the prior art, the shelf of the present invention has lower manufacturing costs. Meanwhile, a plurality of laminate boards can be tightly connected, such that a more attractive appearance is achieved, and use requirements of contemporary people can be better met.
In the drawings: 1. laminate board; 2. fastener; 3. upright post; 4. bend; 5. recess; 6. positioning hole; and 7. threaded hole.
The technical solutions in embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. Obviously, the described embodiments are only a part of embodiments of the present invention, but not all of them.
Referring to
To be more specific, the fasteners 2 are bolts, positioning holes 6 are provided on end faces of the bends 4, and threaded holes 7 fixed to the bolts are symmetrically provided on end faces of the upright posts 3.
Furthermore, cross-sections of the upright posts 3 are axisymmetric figures, cross-sections of the recesses 5 are half of the axisymmetric figures, and the cross-sections of the recesses 5 are of a semicircular, semi-square or V-shaped structure.
The laminate board 1 is a slab formed by welding iron plates, wooden plates or iron wires.
In the present invention, the upright posts 3 are mounted in two adjacent groups of recesses 5 by means of providing the recesses 5 on two sides of the laminate board 1, such that seamless connection of adjacent laminate boards 1 can be achieved, resulting in a more attractive appearance when a plurality of shelves are connected. Meanwhile, the upright posts 3 are connected to inner sides of the laminate board 1, such that connection is more stable, and the shelf is prevented from shaking back and forth or left and right. Meanwhile, the laminate boards 1 can be connected all around, and kept on a horizontal line for wireless splicing.
The foregoing are only preferred specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of protection of the present invention is not limited thereto. Any equivalent replacement or variation made according to the technical solution of the present invention and the inventive concept thereof by those skilled in the art within the technical scope disclosed by the present invention shall fall within the scope of protection of the present invention.
