Claims
- 1. A high-Tc superconducting ceramic oxide film structure comprising insulating domains have a size of from 5 Å and 1000 Å.
- 2. A method of making a thin film high-Tc superconducting ceramic oxide product having microscopic insulating domains formed therein, said method comprising passing a current between two conductive members disposed on opposite sides of a superconducting thin film, thereby passing said current through said superconducting thin film.
- 3. A high-Tc superconducting ceramic oxide thin film product produced by the method of claim 2.
