FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof in an open condition;

FIG. 3 is a side view thereof in the open condition;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof in the open condition;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof in the open condition;

FIG. 6 is a perspective view thereof in the open condition; and,

FIG. 7 is a side elevational view, opposite that of FIG. 4, in the open condition.
