Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
A) Field of the Invention

The invention generally relates to universal means for fixing various volumetric objects, in particular, for fixing objects of pyrotechnic devices, for illumination, recreational, entertaining and signaling purposes.

B) Description of Related Art

There is a support for the fireworks (CN102980445, grade F42B4/00, published on Mar. 20, 2013), including a base with a rectangular cavity for placing the fireworks, a retractable device located in the center for attaching fireworks, and at least one sidewall of the cavity.

A disadvantage of the device is its design intended for a certain shape and size of a volumetric object, fixed at the base. Taking into account that there is a wide variety of pyrotechnic fireworks in size and shape, the use of this support is significantly limited.

The most similar to the mentioned device is the pyrotechnic product battery holder of the Fireworks type (DK177385, grade F42B4/00, published on Mar. 4, 2013), designed to prevent the batteries of Fireworks type from breaking during firing due to kickback or uneven surface.

The disadvantage of this device is the low reliability of its fastening due to the fact that the side walls are interconnected by flexible nodes, and, therefore, when creating a high load on the connection nodes, their weakening and involuntary ejection of an object clamped in the holder can take place. In addition, the tension springs or rubber band can also stretch under high load and the object clamped in the holder can be thrown out.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The purpose of the invention is to create a holder of a volumetric object, for instance, of a pyrotechnic product that guarantees its safe use and increases of reliability during operation by ensuring the vertical orientation of the object and avoiding tipping, with the possibility of attaching several volumetric items of various shapes and sizes at the same time.

There are two versions of the holder. According to the first variant, the holder is formed by the support bars that are crosswise fixed to each other by use of equidimensional cuts at one end of each bar. Slots in the body of the support bars are required to fasten the flexible element in the form of tape or belt. It is advisable to use this type of holder for securing products with a relatively low tendency to tipping over, for example, a pipe during its installation.

The holder of the volumetric object according to the second variant is made similarly to the variant 1, however, one of the support bars is made as a carrying one. Other support bars are movable and are fixed on the carrying support bar with the help of the flexible connection nodes. Between the adjacent support bars, the sockets are formed for placing volumetric objects in them. The flexible element passes through the slots on the support bars. To avoid tipping over when fixing one or two objects, the carrying support bar outside the flexible connection nodes is made with the outlet. This type of holder is used when fastening the objects with an increased tendency to tipping over.

The proposed design of the holder of the volumetric object ensures its vertical orientation, which is especially important when it is used to fix the pyrotechnic product during the ignition and launch operation, excluding the dangerous situation for the pyrotechnic product's operating person, as well as for people around. In the proposed holder, it is possible to fix reliably and rigidly not only pyrotechnic products but also any volumetric objects, for example, containers, pipes of various configurations and volumes.

The claimed holder of a volumetric object can be made with the use of the existent equipment of simple and affordable materials.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The holder of a volumetric object 1 in variant 1 includes support bars 2 and 3 connected to each other forming an angle and a flexible element 8 fixed to the support bars 2 and 3 to cover the holding object 1. According to the invention, the support bars 2 and 3 are rigidly fixed to each other at the point of formation of the angle, and the flexible element 8 covering the volumetric object 1 is removable and fixed to the support bars 2 and 3 with the possibility of its rigid fixation with the help of slots 6 and 7.

The equidimensional cuts 4 and 5 are made on the support bars 2 and 3 for the cross-shaped interconnection to each other, with the possibility of their pairing with each other with the formation of a right angle and outlets 9 and 10, to increase the support surface, while a cut 4 on one of the support bar 2 is made on one side with the slots 6 of the flexible element 8, and on the other support bar 3 it is made on the side opposite to the slots 7 of the flexible element 8.

The support bars 2 and 3 can be interconnected end-to-end with the outlet 11 on one side.

The support bars 2 and 3 can also be connected to each other rigidly forming an angle by gluing them together and/or using the fixture elements.

The slots 6 and 7 of the flexible element 8 are formed in the body of the support bars 2 and 3 that can be made on the support bars in number varying from one to 100.

The slots 6 and 7 of the flexible element 8 can also be made in the form of the clamps, installed on the support bars 2 and 3.

It is preferable to make a flexible element 8 in the form of a tape, belt or cord made of a polymeric material, metal, fabric or leather.

It is advisable to make the support bars 2 and 3 of a strong rigid material, for example, of wood, polymeric material, or metal, measuring from 500 to 600 mm in length and from 130 to 150 mm in width.

According to a second variant of the invention, the holder of a volumetric object includes support bars 2 and 3 interconnected to each other forming an angle and a flexible element 8 fixed to the support bars to cover the holding object. According to the invention, one of the support bar 2 is made as a carrier, on which, using a flexible connection nodes 12 at least one or two movable support bars 3 are fixed on one or two of its opposite sides forming the sockets 13 for placing the volumetric object in them. At the ends of the support bars 2 and 3, the slots 6 and 7 are made in the form of a comb for fixing a flexible element 8 in them covering a volumetric object. The flexible connection nodes 12 are fixed on both sides of the carrying support bar 2 in its central part forming the cross-shaped form of the holder and the four sockets 13 for placing the volumetric objects in them.

The movable support bars 3 are fixed to the carrying support bar 2 forming an outlet 14 that is a part of the carrying support bar 2 outside the flexible connection nodes 12.

The carrying support bar 2 and the movable support bars 3 can be connected end to end with the help of the flexible connection nodes 12.

The flexible connection nodes 12 can be made in the form of a hinged member, the hinges, the piano type hinges, the elastic material, for example, in the form of a tape, belt, or a cord made of polymeric material, metal, fabric, or leather.

The carrying support bar 2 can preferably be made of wood, or plastic, metal, or synthetic material, measuring from 200 to 900 mm in length and from 50 to 250 mm in width.

The movable support bars 3 can also be made of wood, or plastic, metal, or synthetic material, measuring from 100 to 600 mm in length and from 50 to 250 mm in width.

The rigid fixture of the support bars 2 and 3 to each other in the area of angle formation ensures the strength of the entire structure, which increases reliability due to eliminating damage even under high loads, such as the charge of a pyrotechnic product during its operation.

Making the flexible element 8 covering the volumetric object removable allows quick, reliable and simple fixing the item in the holder, and, in case of its damage, quick replacing with a new one.

The presence of the slots 6 and 7 in the body of the support bars 2 and 3 ensures reliable prevention of the item from falling and unexpected throwing out from the holder under the excessive loads.

The cross-shaped connection of the support bars 2 and 3 by making the slots 6 and 7 at the ends with the possibility of their pairing with each other increases the rigidity of fastening with a simultaneous increase in the support surface due to outlets 14, which allows any volumetric object to be fixed more reliably, without tipping over.

Depending on the size and type of object being held, the support bars 2 and 3 can be paired to each other with the outlets 14 located on both sides, or on one side or butt-to-end in the corner formation area.

A simple and reliable implementation of the slots 6 and 7 is the formation of cuts in the body of the support bars 2 and 3. The number of slots 6 and 7 can vary from one to 100. Increasing the number for more than 100 is impractical. Making a row of catching slots 6 and 7 in the form of a comb allows passing the flexible element 8 sequentially in waves through the slots 6 and 7 in which the flexible element 8 rigidly fastens two support bars 2 and 3 and the volumetric object located in-between them due to the clamping effect and the frictional force.

The support bars 2 and 3 are fixed to each other mainly with the formation of a right angle, the implementation of which is the easiest to manufacture and more reliable when fixing the volumetric object. In addition, in the right angle it is possible to install and fix any object in shape, which greatly expands the capabilities of the holder.

A flexible connection nodes 12, fastening the carrying support bar 2 and the movable support bars 3 between themselves in the area of the formation of an angle, allows fixing the volumetric object of various shapes and sizes in the amount of one to four products reliably in the desired position.

The cross-shaped connection of the carrying support bar 2 and the movable support bars 3 using a flexible connection nodes 12 allows changing the volume of sockets 13 for placing volumetric objects, allowing holding the items different in volume and shape, expanding the functionality of the device.

The slots 6 and 7 at the ends of the support bars 2 and 3 provide a simple and reliable fixation of the flexible element 8 that tightens the fixed object in the sockets 13. Making the slots 6 and 7 in the form of the comb allows the flexible element 8 to sequentially pass through the slots 6 and 7 and due to the friction forces to rigidly tie to support bars 2 and 3 and the volumetric object located in-between them together.

The holder of the volumetric object works as follows. Initially, the holder is installed on a flat surface. The pyrotechnic product 1 is placed in the proposed holder by wrapping it with a flexible element 8 and fixing it on the support bars 2 and 3. For this purpose, one end of the flexible element 8 is fixed in the slots 6. The pyrotechnical product 1 is installed in-between the support bars 2 and 3. The product 1 is embraced with the flexible element 8, and the free end of the flexible element 8 is passed sequentially and in a wave-like manner through the slots 7 rightly, rigidly fixing the product 1. Then one can set fire to a fixed pyrotechnic product 1, which is reliably fixed in a vertical position, without the possibility of tipping over.
