Abstract

A hollow magnetic fixing structure of a showering device, comprising: a column shower; a connection lower main body, connected to a wall or a shower component; a connection upper main body, disposed under the connection lower main body, and having insertion holes provided at its center; a main body cover, disposed in the insertion hole, and a through hole being provided on the main body cover, to facilitate the column shower to pass through, a diameter of the through hole is greater than an outer diameter of the column shower, an outer magnetic body, disposed between the main body cover and the insertion hole; and an inner magnetic body, disposed in a center of the column shower, having its magnetism opposite to that of the outer magnetic body.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a fixing structure, and in particular to a hollow magnetic fixing structure of a showering device.

The Prior Arts

Presently, the shower of a showing device is placed in a socket used for receiving the shower, so that the shower can be put in or taken out only from above, thus in operation, the shower tends to scratched and damaged. Since the socket is fixed at a height that can not be adjusted, therefore, for a user of taller or shorter stature, the use of the shower is quite inconvenient.

Therefore, presently, the design and performance of the showering device is not quite satisfactory, and it leaves much room for improvement.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of the problems and drawbacks of the prior art, the present invention provides a hollow magnetic fixing structure of showering device, to overcome the shortcomings of the prior art.

The present invention provides a hollow magnetic fixing structure of showering device, comprising: a column shower, a connection lower main body, a connection upper main body, a main body cover, an outer magnetic body, and an inner magnetic body. The connection lower main body is connected to a wall or a shower component. The connection upper main body is disposed under the connection lower main body, and having insertion holes provided at its center. The main body cover is disposed in the insertion hole, while a through hole is provided on the main body cover, to facilitate the column shower to pass through. The diameter of the through hole is greater than the outer diameter of the column shower. The outer magnetic body is disposed between the main body cover and the insertion hole; while the inner magnetic body is disposed in the center of the column shower, having its magnetism opposite to that of the outer magnetic body.

In an aspect of the present invention, the inner magnetic body and the outer magnetic body are of a ring-shape or an arc-shape.

In another aspect of the present invention, a plurality of installation slots are disposed respectively on the inner walls of the insertion holes and on an outer wall of the main body cover, to fix the outer magnetic body.

In a further aspect of the present invention, a rear cover is disposed on a rear portion of the connection upper main body and the connection lower main body.

The present invention also provides a method for installing the hollow magnetic fixing structure of a showering device, comprising the following steps:

(1) disposing the inner magnetic body in the column shower;

(2) disposing the outer magnetic body in an insertion hole of the connection upper main body, then installing the main body cover, to fix the outer magnetic body;

(3) installing to fix the connection upper main body and the connection lower main body;

(4) connecting to fix the connection lower main body to the wall or a shower component; and

(5) inserting the column shower into the through hole on the main body cover, and attracting and fixing the column shower, through using magnetic attraction between the inner magnetic body and the outer magnetic body.

Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following advantages: it is simple in construction, the shower is fixed through magnetic attraction, to avoid it being scratched and damaged. Further, the user may take out or put in the shower from above or below, thus it being convenient and suitable to use by users of various heights. In addition, the fixing portion of the shower is located at its central portion, to ensure overall aesthetical appearance.

However, it should be understood that the detailed descriptions and specific examples, while indicating preferred embodiments of the present invention, are given by way of illustration only, since various changes and modifications within the spirit and scope of the present invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art from the detail descriptions.

The purpose, construction, features, functions and advantages of the present invention can be appreciated and understood more thoroughly through the following detailed descriptions with reference to the attached drawings.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the present invention provides a hollow magnetic fixing structure of showering device, comprising: a column shower 1, a connection lower main body 3, a connection upper main body 2, a main body cover 5, an outer magnetic body 6, and an inner magnetic body 7. The connection lower main body 3 is connected to a wall or a shower component 9. The connection upper main body 2 is disposed under the connection lower main body 3, and having insertion holes provided at its center. The main body cover 5 is disposed in the insertion hole, while a through hole is provided on the main body cover 5, to facilitate the column shower 1 to pass through. The diameter of the through hole is greater than the outer diameter of the column shower 1. The outer magnetic body 6 is disposed between the main body cover 5 and the insertion hole; while the inner magnetic body 7 is disposed in the center of the column shower 1, having its magnetism opposite to that of the outer magnetic body 6.

In the present embodiment, the inner magnetic body 7 and the outer magnetic body 6 are of a ring-shape or an arc-shape.

In the present embodiment, a plurality of installation slots 8 are disposed respectively on the inner walls of the insertion holes and on the outer wall of the main body cover 5, to fix the outer magnetic body 6.

In the present embodiment, a rear cover 4 is disposed on a rear portion of the connection upper main body 2 and the connection lower main body 3.

The present invention also provides a method for installing the hollow magnetic fixing structure of a showering device, comprising the following steps:

(1) disposing the inner magnetic body 7 in the column shower 1;

(2) disposing the outer magnetic body 6 in an insertion hole of the connection upper main body 2, then installing the main body cover 5, to fix the outer magnetic body 6;

(3) installing to fix the connection upper main body 2 and the connection lower main body 3;

(4) connecting to fix the connection lower main body 3 to the wall or a shower component 9; and

(5) inserting the column shower 1 into the through hole on the main body cover 5, and attracting and fixing the column shower 1, through using magnetic attraction between the inner magnetic body 7 and the outer magnetic body 6.

In the present embodiment, a water input tube, a water output tube, and water control elements are provided in the connection lower main body 3, while the water output tube is connected to the column shower 1 through a water channel.

When it is not in use, the column shower 1 is fixed through magnetic attraction, to avoid it being damaged by scratches. When it is to be used, the column shower 1 can be taken out from above or below, to be suitable for use by users of various heights.

1. A hollow magnetic fixing structure of a showering device, comprising: a column shower;a connection lower main body, connected to a wall or a shower component;a connection upper main body, disposed under the connection lower main body, and having insertion holes provided at its center;a main body cover, disposed in the insertion hole, and a through hole being provided on the main body cover, to facilitate the column shower to pass through, a diameter of the through hole is greater than an outer diameter of the column shower;an outer magnetic body, disposed between the main body cover and the insertion hole; andan inner magnetic body, disposed in a center of the column shower, having its magnetism opposite to that of the outer magnetic body.

2. The hollow magnetic fixing structure of a showering device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner magnetic body and the outer magnetic body are of a ring-shape or an arc-shape.

3. The hollow magnetic fixing structure of a showering device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising: a plurality of installation slots, disposed respectively on inner walls of the insertion holes and on an outer wall of the main body cover, used to fix the outer magnetic body.

4. The hollow magnetic fixing structure of a showering device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising: a rear cover, disposed on a rear portion of the connection upper main body and the connection lower main body.
