Abstract
The disclosure takes the generic appearance of a hooded sweatshirt and modifies it to incorporate a variety of assortments that alter and/or switch up the aesthetics thereof. The design is uniquely designed to eliminate the need to purchase multiple sweatshirts in order to have a variation of looks and the attire is intended to include modified features that are compatible with technological devices, such as integrated ear buds and other tech support. The disclosure includes clothing having a top including a neckline, arm lines and sleeves, multiple hoods for the top and an inside neck zipper configured to attach a hood to the neckline. The disclosure also includes front pockets for the top and an inside pocket zipper configured to attach an inner seam of one of the front pockets to the top, wherein the front pocket is detachable from the top via the inside pocket zipper.
Description
BACKGROUND

These sweatshirts which are often a go to for keeping warm and casual; unfortunately, tend to have lackluster designs and restricted decorative opportunities. There have been no products available as original equipment or as an aftermarket to address this problem.


An apparatus or attire to wear, keeping you warm and casual but allowing for decorative personalized designs. There have been no products available as original equipment or as an aftermarket to address this problem either.


There exists a need for hooded sweatshirt attire that can be customized for the individual that is not being met by any known or disclosed device or system of present.


SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The main purpose of the Hooded Sweatshirt is to serve as an efficient outlet for the creative expression of consumers by offering a means to personalize attire. Hooded sweatshirts are common pieces of clothing designed to provide a full covering of the torso and arms, as well as an optional head covering, for individuals.


The disclosure includes a piece of clothing having a top including a neckline, arm lines and sleeves, multiple hoods for the top and an inside neck zipper configured to attach a hood of the multiple hoods to the neckline. The disclosure also includes multiple front pockets for the top and an inside pocket zipper configured to attach an inner seam of one of the front pockets to the top, wherein the front pocket is detachable from the top via the inside pocket zipper.

The present disclosed Hoodie, also known as “Customizable Hoodies”, is a hooded sweatshirt that allows the user to modify certain areas of the fit for aesthetic pleasure. Expanding upon the initial design of a sweatshirt, Customizable Hoodies features a base sweatshirt with detachable hoodies and front pockets that are easily interchangeable with fabrics of different styles via hidden zippers in addition to interchangeable drawstrings that are managed via a clasp. Comprised of breathable fabric, Customizable Hoodies essentially permits a person to invest in one hooded sweatshirt and then purchase “Accessory Packs” that would include a front pocket. A hood and drawstrings that can style the “Base” of the sweatshirt. This unit of clothing complements bodies of all sizes and is intended to wear well without the potential for shrinkage or over-stretching with extended use. Customizable Hoodies is a high-quality clothing that grants the consumer the ability to express their individuality in a fashionable and trend-setting manner.


Although the operations of the method(s) herein are shown and described in a particular order, the order of the operations of each method may be altered so that certain operations may be performed in an inverse order or so that certain operations may be performed, at least in part, concurrently with other operations. In another embodiment, instructions or sub-operations of distinct operations may be implemented in an intermittent and/or alternating manner.

Claims
  • 1. A piece of clothing comprising: a top having a neckline, arm lines and sleeves;a plurality of hoods for the top;an inside neck zipper configured to attach a hood of the plurality of hoods to the neckline; andan inside pocket zipper attached to an inner seam of a front pocket,wherein the front pocket is detachable from the top via the inside pocket zipper.
  • 2. The piece of clothing of claim 1, further comprising an inside arm zipper configured to make the sleeves detachable from the arm lines.
  • 3. The piece of clothing of claim 1, wherein the plurality of hoods are interchangeable with each other and the inside neck zipper.
  • 4. The piece of clothing of claim 1, wherein the plurality of hoods differ from each other via an ornamental design thereon.
  • 5. The piece of clothing of claim 1, wherein the plurality of hoods differ from each other via various fabric types and textures.
  • 6. The piece of clothing of claim 1, further comprising a plurality of interchangeable drawstrings for each of the plurality of hoods.
  • 7. The piece of clothing of claim 1, further comprising an excess fabric flap configured to cover the inside neck zipper.
  • 8. The piece of clothing of claim 1, wherein the top is a sweatshirt.
  • 9. The piece of clothing of claim 1, wherein the top is a shirt.
  • 10. The piece of clothing of claim 1, wherein the top is a jacket.
  • 11. The piece of clothing of claim 1, further comprising an excess fabric flap configured to cover the inside pocket zipper.
  • 12. The piece of clothing of claim 1, further comprising an excess fabric flap configured to cover an inside arm zipper.
  • 13. The piece of clothing of claim 1, wherein the top is a crop top.
  • 14. The piece of clothing of claim 1, wherein the top is a body suit.
  • 15. The piece of clothing of claim 1, wherein the front pocket is a kangaroo pocket defining openings for both hands of a wearer.
  • 16. A piece of clothing comprising: a top having a neckline, arm lines and sleeves;a plurality of hoods for the top;an inside neck zipper configured to attach a hood of the plurality of hoods to the neckline;a plurality of front pockets for the top; andan inside pocket zipper configured to attach an inner seam of one of the front pockets to the top,wherein the front pocket is detachable from the top via the inside pocket zipper.
  • 17. The piece of clothing of claim 16, wherein the plurality of front pockets are kangaroo style double pockets.
  • 18. The piece of clothing of claim 16, wherein the plurality of front pockets are breast style pockets.
  • 19. The piece of clothing of claim 16, wherein the plurality of front pockets differ from each other via various fabric types and textures.
  • 20. The piece of clothing of claim 16, wherein one of the plurality of hoods and one of the plurality of front pockets are same as to a color thereof.
