Abstract
A hose-type cosmetic container structure configures a scrape on the top opening of a hose-type liquid storage bottle, and is then locked with a hard middle cover element to form a container mouth for locking a brush bar assembled with a brush cotton head; the upper half of the brush bar is configured with a diversion hole extended to the upper half outer edge of the bar, allowing the cosmetic material accommodated inside the bottle to be guided to flow to the cotton head element on the top end of the brush bar, thereby capable of material discharge by squeezing the bottle directly to put on makeup after an outer cover is taken off or taking out the brush bar for makeup after the middle cover element is unscrewed. Whereby, the present invention can be used as a multipurpose makeup tool.
Description
(a) TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a hose-type cosmetic container structure, and more particular to a multipurpose cosmetic container structure, capable of cosmetic material discharge for makeup by squeeze and cosmetic material taking for makeup by soaking.


(b) DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART

Traditional packages for cosmetics generally are hard tubes or hard cases, mainly in consideration of the cosmetic material soaking and stable, safe hand gripping upon makeup. However, hard containers are inconvenient and occupy space in carrying and using.


SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

To overcome the defects mentioned above, use a squeezable hose-type container to improve makeup operation, accommodate cosmetic material simply and safely and reduce occupied space, the present invention is proposed.


The main object of the present invention is to provide a hose-type cosmetic container structure, using a hose-type liquid storage bottle operated in coordination with a hard middle cover element for locking a brush bar configured on the opening of the bottle to lock a brush bar, configuring a diversion hole inside the upper half section of the brush bar to guide liquid material accommodated in the bottle to flow to a cotton head element assembled on the top end of the brush bar for direct application makeup, and capable of traditional cosmetics soaking makeup by taking the brush bar out of the bottle, thereby achieving all-purpose makeup use with only one single cosmetic container.


To achieve the object mentioned above, the present invention proposes a hose-type cosmetic container structure, including a liquid storage bottle for the accommodation of a cosmetic material, a scrape inserted in an opening of the liquid storage bottle, a brush bar having a brush cotton head inserted inside the brush bar, and an outer cover adapted to cover a top edge of the liquid storage bottle, wherein the liquid storage bottle is made of compressible flexible tube material; the brush bar is formed into a T-shaped bar, wherein a T-shaped bar head with a larger diameter is configured with a concave-down groove hole, a bottom thereof is passed through to a bar face of a upper half of the brush bar, a top end of a head of the T-shaped bar is inserted in a cotton head element, an outside thereof is covered with a middle cover element, and a bottom of the T-shaped bar is configured with a brush cotton head, thereby allowing the upper, lower ends of the brush bar to be respectively configured with the cotton head element and brush cotton head for makeup; the outer cover is a U-shaped body covering and locked to an outside of the middle cover element, thereby constituting a complete hose-type cosmetic container structure, whereby, the middle cover element is able to be gripped with a hand after unscrewed from the opening of the liquid storage bottle, and the brush cotton head is usable for makeup; on the other hand, the outer cover is taken off after the middle cover element is locked to the opening of the liquid bottle, and the liquid storage bottle is squeezed to cause a cosmetic material in the liquid storage bottle to be guided to flow to the cotton head element on the top of the brush bar, thereby directly operating cosmetic material application makeup, allowing the whole cosmetic container structure to be used for multipurpose makeup.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 5, a hose-type cosmetic container structure of the present invention is used for the accommodation of a liquid cosmetic material therein and being of multipurpose use; it includes a liquid storage bottle 10 for the accommodation of a cosmetic material, a cosmetic brush bar 20 for makeup use, a cotton brush head 21 for cosmetic material application configured on the top of the brush bar 20, and an outer cover 30 for the covering of the bottle opening and the convenient gripping of the brush bar 20, where the liquid storage bottle 10 is made of a flexible hose, which is similar to a toothpaste packing flexible material capable of material squeezing operation, and the inner edge of the top opening of the liquid storage bottle 10 is secured with a U-shaped scrape 11; the T-shaped brush bar 20 fixed with a cosmetic brush cotton head 21 on the bottom end thereof can be simply inserted and assembled inside the liquid storage bottle 10, and the entire T-shape end of the brush bar 20 can exactly be pressed against the U-shaped end edge of the scrape 11 after the insertion, and the inner edge part of the end of the larger T-shaped is configured with a stepped groove hole 22 extended to a proper position of the upper half of the bar body and passed therethrough to form orifices to be in communication with the inside space of the bottle 10. Too prevent the cosmetic liquid inside from flowing out through the communication orifices, the stepped middle section of the stepped groove hole 22 is configured with a simple elastic valve assembly constituted by a ball body 23 with a spring 24 and an inbuilt inverted T-shaped positioning element 25, which is inserted in a cosmetic cotton head 27 having a diversion hole 26 on the center thereof, thereby preventing material overflow by proper compression resilient closure. Furthermore, the outer side of the opening of the liquid storage bottle 10 is locked by a hard cylinder-type middle cover element 31, which is used to fix the entire cosmetic cotton head 27, and the outside of the extended mouth of the middle cover element 31 is covered and shielded by a U-shaped outer cover 30, the inner U-shaped bottom center of which is protruded out with a bolt bar 32 of a proper length corresponding to the diversion hole 26 on the center of the positioning element 25 built inside the cotton head 27 and used as a direct stopper on the exit of the diversion hole 26, thereby forming a gripping face when the brush bar 20 is used for makeup. With the shielding assembly of the middle cover 31 and outer cover 30, a safe cosmetic container structure for the accommodation and storage of cosmetic material can be formed.


Upon the use of the entire cosmetic container, the middle cover 31 can be gripped directly depending on makeup use requirements, and the entire brush bar 20 is unscrewed from the liquid storage bottle 10 and drawn out toward the outside of the bottle opening of the liquid storage bottle 10. Thereafter, a cosmetic material such as commonly used mascara, eye shadow or lip gloss accommodated in the liquid storage bottle 10 can be soaked easily with the brush cotton head 21 configured on the bottom of the brush bar 20, and the scrape 11 scrapes the excess sticky cosmetic material when the brush bar 20 is being drawn out so that makeup can be done, thereby achieving more delicate makeup operation, as FIG. 4 shows. After the makeup, the brush bar 20 is inserted back in the bottle 10 after makeup, and the middle cover element 31 is then locked with the opening of the bottle 10 so that the cosmetic material can be safely accommodated and stored in the cosmetic container. When quick freshen-up (reapplication of makeup) or makeup of lip gloss or lip balm is put on, the only thing needed to do is to remove the outer cover 30 to expose the cotton head 27 as FIG. 5 shows. Thereafter, the hose-type liquid storage bottle 10 is directly squeezed (similar to toothpaste squeezing), and the cosmetic material accommodated inside the bottle 10 will then flow toward the opening of the bottle 10 due to the internal pressure in the bottle 10 caused by the squeeze of the bottle; it is better that the opening of the bottle 10 faces downward so that the cosmetic material can easily be squeezed out through the stepped groove hole 22 passed through the upper half section of the brush bar 20 with the weight of the cosmetic material itself in combination with the squeeze force; the high pressure generated in the bottle 10 due to the squeezing force will then force the ball body 23 to move away to open the diversion hole 26 on the center of the positioning element 25 and compress the spring 24, and the cosmetic material will flow through the diversion hole 26 to the cotton head 27, Whereby, a user only needs to grip the middle cover element 31 and operates cosmetic application directly with the cotton head 27, thereby achieving another simple makeup use.


The cosmetic container structure of the present invention is characterized in that the hose-type liquid storage bottle 10 is in combination with the hard-tube type locking middle cover element 31 configured on the opening thereof and T-shaped brush bar 20 inserted therein, and the T-shaped top end of the brush bar 20 is configured the stepped groove hole 22, the bottom end of which is extended to the outer edge face of the upper half section of the brush bar 20. In addition, the inside of the stepped hole edge of the groove hole 22 is configured with the simple valve assembly constituted by the spring 24 and ball body 23, capable of opening and closing the communication of the groove hole 22 with the liquid storage bottle 10; the indentation of the T-shaped top of the brush bar 20 is inserted with the cotton head 27, and the positioning element 25 having the diversion element 26 is inserted in the bottom of the cotton head 27, allowing the cosmetic material to be squeezed to discharge and guided to flow to the cotton element 27 on the top of the brush bar 20 for direct cosmetics application makeup use, thereby achieving simple makeup use; after makeup, the outer cover 30 may cover the container, and the extended bolt bar 32 inside the outer cover 30 can be directly inserted in the diversion hole 26, further preventing larger internal pressure generated from generating the overlarge deformation of the liquid storage bottle 10 due to careless pressing thereof to open the valve to let the squeezed liquid cosmetic material overflow out of the diversion hole 26 because the exit of the diversion hole 26 is blocked by the bolt bar 32, ensuring that the cosmetic material is used and stored very safely. In addition, the groove hole 22 of the brush bar 20 maybe directly extended with the diversion hole 26 to the upper half of the assembled cotton head 27 without needing an extra valve assembly if a paste material is accommodated in the bottle 10 as FIGS. 6 and 7 shows, so that the bolt bar 32 of the outer cover 30 inserted in the diversion hole 26 can also stop the paste material flowing out of the exit on the top of the diversion hole 26 when the outer cover 30 is covered on the container, thereby also preventing the material from overflowing when the container is not in use. Therefore, the present invention not only maintain the conventional makeup way of cotton head 21 soaking cosmetic material but have a simple makeup way of the application of cosmetic material with the cotton head element 27, achieving the convenient selection of different cosmetic elements, the cosmetic container of the present invention being an almost all-purpose makeup tool.

Claims
  • 1. A hose-type cosmetic container structure, comprising a liquid storage bottle for the accommodation of a cosmetic material, a scrape inserted in an opening of said liquid storage bottle, a brush bar having a brush cotton head inserted inside said brush bar, and an outer cover adapted to cover a top edge of said liquid storage bottle, wherein said liquid storage bottle is made of compressible flexible tube material; said brush bar is formed into a T-shaped bar, wherein a T-shaped bar head with a larger diameter is configured with a concave-down groove hole, a bottom thereof is passed through to a bar face of a upper half of said brush bar, a top end of a head of said T-shaped bar is inserted in a cotton head element, an outside thereof is covered with a middle cover element, and a bottom of said T-shaped bar is configured with a brush cotton head, thereby allowing said upper, lower ends of said brush bar to be respectively configured with said cotton head element and brush cotton head for makeup; said outer cover is a U-shaped body covering and locked to an outside of said middle cover element, thereby constituting a complete hose-type cosmetic container structure, whereby, said middle cover element is able to be gripped with a hand after unscrewed from said opening of said liquid storage bottle, and said brush cotton head is usable for makeup; on the other hand, said outer cover is taken off after said middle cover element is locked to said opening of said liquid bottle, and said liquid storage bottle is squeezed to cause a cosmetic material in said liquid storage bottle to be guided to flow to said cotton head element on said top of said brush bar, thereby directly operating cosmetic material application makeup, allowing said whole cosmetic container structure to be used for multipurpose makeup.
  • 2. The structure according to claim 1, wherein a stepped groove hole is configured inside said head of said T-shaped brush bar, an bottom edge of said stepped hole is installed with an elastic valve assembly to control the communication of said groove hole with an inside of said liquid storage bottle.
  • 3. The structure according to claim 2, wherein said valve assembly comprises a ball body operated in coordination with a spring to seal said stepped hole.
  • 4. The structure according to claim 1, wherein a top end opening of said groove hole configured on said top end of said brush bar is inserted with a positioning element having a diversion hole on a center thereof for the assembly of said cotton head element therewith.
  • 5. The structure according to claim 1, wherein a center of a T-shaped top end of said groove hole of said brush bar is directly extended with a diversion hole extended to a upper half of said assembled cotton head element to directly guide said liquid material to flow out.
  • 6. The structure according to claim, wherein a U-shaped inner bottom face center of said outer cover is extended with a bolt bar adapted to insert in and seal said diversion hole.
